A delicious pizza restaurant in the Chelsea area that is definitely worth a try I will definitely return to him ✅

We held an intimate celebration (14 of us) following our court wedding at Chelsea Town Hall and I could not recommend Made in Italy enough! Thank you for accommodating us so generously in the lovely space upstairs. An extra special thank you to James for his excellent service - you made the day for us! Food was delicious and presented beautifully. Everything was perfect. Thank you to everyone involved for such a happy and memorable day. I absolutely recommend!!

Lovely restaurant. We sat upstairs on the terrace. Was a bit sceptical due to being the hottest day of the year!, but it was covered and was nice to see over some greenery. The restaurant tried its best to keep it as cool as they could, but it was an exceptionally hot day! We walked from the Natural History museum, and was advised here from their sister restaurant "Mia Mamma" Big menu with some wonderful pizza options. Our waiter was really friendly too! I would advise eating here for an authentic vibe and some pretty tasty food too!

A lovely terrace and a very good pizza !

Walked past this spot for years and finally went for a Sunday lunch. Had the bruschetta with tomatoes, ricotta, ham and buratta for starters. Then two pastas for mains. Excellent food and good value too. Great espresso macchiato to finish the meal. Would recommend.

Came here to watch the euros and had a super good pizza proper Italian style and my favourite ichnusa beer from sardinian, couldn’t ask for anything better. The waitress was super gentle and she said that they were short of stuff and that was a waiting time but the pizza came in less than 5minutes. Top service, definitely coming back💯

A wonderful atmosphere, fantastic food, great prices (especially considering the aerea) and superb service (and customer service). I recommend it for family gathering, a simple bite with a friend or for a venue/party.

Delicious truffle pizza, could do with a bit more truffle shavings though - wasn’t very generous. Seafood pasta was average, very little seafood and quality was subpar. Enjoyed the rooftop during the summer!

Good food and good pizza. Nice terrace (would be nice if they opened it up during sunny dry days, not sure if they do that). Service needs improvement, pizzas took>1 hour to arrive. Everything was incredibly slow.

Really nice pizza but such a factory atmosphere which really ruins it. Gluten free dough wasn’t available despite us specifying in our booking that one of our party was gluten intolerant and that we’d be having pizza, and even though it was at the start of the service (6pm)… quite disappointed overall, there definitely are better places to go.

A very warm & inviting restaurant. Rustic & genuine. Our pizza was excellent & authentic. Staff attentive. Our evening was lovely until right at the end when our waitress pretty well insisted that I add a tip (for her) to the overall bill notwithstanding the bill already included an amount for the tip! This soured our enjoyment & I'm unsure if we will now return. Such a shame.

lovely lively place - went out with the family and all meals were spectacular. the pappardelle was fabulous, along with the chicken Milanese, pesto pizza, and funghi pizza. the aperol spritz’s were HUGE! (we didn’t indulge - but a pair next to us had them and they did look fab.

Loved this place! First night in town and we went straight here! The meal was simple yet flavorful and fulfilling. Highly recommend sitting on the rooftop patio.

We haven’t been here for 15 years (we used to be regulars) and thought we’d introduce our children. Attentive staff, amazing food as we remembered and just as good as the pizza we recently ate in Florence. Thank you for Pizza as it should be.

We had pizza Tartufina and Rigatini alla norma - both incredible, the Sardinian beer called Ichnusa was also very good. The service was fantastic: professional and attentive, but not suffocating like in many London restaurants. We really enjoyed our time and will be back!

Delicious bowl of rigatoni with Genovese beef sauce. For my taste, it was a touch too salty (I was reaching for my glass of water by the end of the bowl) but I still give 5 stars because others often prefer more salt to me. Service excellent, and efficient. Lovely stuff.

A big group of us came here for my partner's birthday in early October and had a fantastic time – it genuinely feels like an authentic trattoria, with a lovely atmosphere. The team at Made in Italy were super helpful when I was organising the booking, and on the night they were fantastic – really hospitable and couldn't do more for us. We had the Made in Italy set menu; all of the courses were delicious and there was more than enough for everyone (and this was a group with healthy appetites!). We'd definitely recommend visiting here – we'll certainly be coming back for dinner soon!

Amazing food and outstanding staff! They went above and beyond to offer what we liked. 5 star service. The food felt like a home cooked meal.

I went there today with my girlfriend and at the time around 12:40 till 1:45 we set up stairs in the terrace balcony. The appearance was good however the service was poor . The waitress took out order and we waited nearly an hour for our food to come I approached the manager and waitress only to find she took out order wrong when the restaurant was quiet only 3 tables off customers. The problem was resolved out food came but was not good . They apologised and gave us a discount on the food , as a whole the experience was bad I felt treated unfairly and the energy I felt there was terrible.

Eating at Made in Italy was a very enjoyable experience and the food was exceptional. I ordered a pasta pomodoro with burrata. The pasta had an excellent bite and an amazing texture, as I assume it was freshly made. The sauce was amazing and even better with the burrata on too creating an extra stringy texture. I added some parmesan cheese on top which added an extra pinging flavour in my mouth. This meal was very memorable and I thoroughly enjoyed every mouthful of it. My sister ordered this dish as well; both our plates were spotless after this meal. My mum ordered a gluten free pizza. The sauce and cheese was excellent, she said, however, the pizza base could be better as it needed to be a little puffier and chewier. But it was a very enjoyable pizza - there was a lot of sauce, the same as my pasta sauce, and a good amount proportionally to the cheese and base. My dad ordered the poletto marinato which was some Italian marinated chicken with roast potatoes. This was some of the best chicken I have ever had. The flavour was incredible and it was cooked really well. The texture was amazing, and the roast potatoes had an amazing crispy coating. This dish was exceptionally good. Overall, the atmosphere was wonderful in this place, very rustic. And the food was incredible: I would 100% recommend this restaurant.

Made in Italy was the place in my 30s. I used to dine there at least twice a week. The atmosphere was amazing. You d feel like you really are in Naples . The shouting and screaming between the kitchen and the waiters. Even the crowd was different. Proper cosa nostra place it was. Haven't been there for ages . This time, I was disappointed. No sign of the old family owned restaurant ambience. Not only that they don't even do the same pizza . Expensive too.

And the restaurant is so nice and italian. I do not like to go to Italian restaurants when I come to England, but Made in Italy worths to try and enjoy

Their rooftop terrace is perfect for summer outdoor dining. Had their truffle pizza with added Parma ham and mushrooms, which was nice overall. The dough was a bit overdone but the quality of ingredients was good. The waitress was super friendly and helpful.

Beautiful food on the rooftop terrace! I ordered pizza, it had to be done! It was fresh, piping hot and flavourful! The staff were polite and friendly, and it was reasonably priced for a London restaurant. I would highly recommend this place! And I will definitely be coming back! Thank you.

Ordered a Margarita pizza here and it was quite possibly one of the best Neopolitan style pizzas I've ever had. The tomato sauce is rich with flavour and the bread is very tasty. On top of that, they have an excellent rooftop seating area with very kind and polite staff. Highly recommend this place.

I dined here yesterday with my friends and it was amazing! Delicious food, beautiful terrazza and nice atmosphere! Our waitress was so lovely and sweet, and also the Italian host ❤️ grazie ragazzi! I will be back soon.

I am a moron!! I have been walking past Made in Italy for a long time (double digit years), and I have never gone in. It is, without a shadow of a doubt, the best Italian in Britain! I had a pasta dish, a pizza, a salad and a glass of wine. I stopped eating not when I was full, but when I started to loath myself, which is a rare bench-mark indeed. I would highly recommend this place… and thank you Romeo for the excellent and positive service.

Il mio compagno ha preso la pasta con i gamberetti e ha confermato anche lui che era davvero tanto buona. Ci siamo finiti per caso, ma è stata una bella scoperta. Lo consiglio vivamente!

We founded this good spot and we sat in the first table by the window.Romeo our waiter looked after us wonderfully.Explained us the history of the restaurant and advised us the best dishes which we enjoyed very much. I came here yesterday evening. To which I have been coming for many years. Romeo was not here unfortunately. He is the waiter who always looks after us, always very helpful and always makes our experience 10/10! Anyway food is always amazing and service on point

Best pizza in south west London

I’ve traveled all over Italy and have had some of the best food that I still dream about. But when I’m back in london - Made in Italy kings Rd is a must visit. I know it’s a chain restaurant but this location is a standout. The food is top notch Italian from the spices, to the cheese to the pizza and off to the rigatoni bolognese. I was immediately transported to my adventures in Italy after the first bite. And if the food isn’t enough to convince you, the staff - especially Nino, is a star. He’s attentive, smart, an Italian native who ensures your experience from start to finish is amazing and authentic. Their space is fantastic too - an outdoor terrace, great indoor seating and a welcoming bar. Skip passport control. This is the spot.

The food is gorgeous and the portions are so generous. The team is super friendly and so knowledgeable. Made in Italy is located not far from Sloane Square on the Kings Road. Nice inside and the upstairs patio is great. Pizza is great!

Been here a while back. Had chicken Milanese which was quite dry and a few drinks. Overpriced place and you only get average food and drinks. Will not be my choice again.

It was the worst dinig experience in London. The staff were ignoring me and were very unfriendly (especially the male staff). It almost felt like a discrimination cause he was checking other tables and not ours, I was the only asian. The food came out too late. We have waited 15min for each dishes. And the food was disappointing as well. And when we were paying, the male staff was calling with his phone and holding a card machine towards us and saying nothing. We said thank you and he didn't even respond. Very very rude. It's been two years since I cam here in London and this is the worst ever restaurant I've visited.

Great experience, The young manager of the restaurant was very very welcoming and hardworking,I saw him doing 3 different thing at once and also helping in the kitchen. I really enjoyed my bolognese pasta it was very fresh. I can’t wait to go back there again. It was 10 out of 10

After last time the Ed Waiter( Romeo ) recognise me still remembered my favourite Pasta and I have to say the Service was Super fast & the food even better if you’re around Chelsea ì strongly suggest it All the the team is very friendly and attentive and for a change all Italians Basically they know what are doing. The sourdough pizza is very good, and it's nice to see a vegan option. However, a vegan pasta dish would be a welcome addition. The summer-friendly upstairs terrace seating enhances the overall dining experience.

Had fond memories of this place, and having had a rubbish pizza from our favourite, Basilico, decided to give this a Deliveroo-try. Absolutely appalled at the quality. Cut off half of the pizza which was dough, before putting it in the oven to actually cook it as it was clammy and the cheese was cold. Gianluca Vialli would have died of shame if he’d seen the sad pizza sold in his name with its tiny blobs of nudja and some mean slices of pepperoni. My Quattro Formaggio was an embarrassment. Again, undercooked and tasteless. So, added Parma ham, some cherry tomatoes, some chilli flakes, a salad with hot pickled peppers, and for just under £35.00 (with none of the promised voucher reduction or the notification that our rider was on his way) it was a real bargain. Not.

I’m so disappointed in writing this review because I had so high hopes. The restaurant, the decor, the atmosphere is brilliant. However the service was not good and pasta sauce wasn’t reduced but rather watery. Furthermore my stomach was not pleasant at all for the rest of the day and next. 😞 I will give it another chance though. But not in a rush.

Awesome! In this wonderful place I made love with the authentic Italian taste. A Divine cooked pizza and a breathtaking pappardelle with mushrooms made me feel in seventh heaven. In the end a tasteful tiramisù like that not even my Italian mum can’t do better. The personnel also was very kind and professional. The place is very clean and welcoming. The atmosphere is magic. You can close your eyes and feel like you were in Italy…

We had an amazing birthday party today with my son and his friends. Excellent service and very friendly host despite us being late for our reservation by 15 minutes. Great selection of pizzas with zero slice left on our table. Big Thank You from my family!

Best pizza in town for many years

One of the best pizza's I've ever had outside of Italy (and maybe even inclusive of Italy). I had the Tartufina - as pizza's go, it was very expensive in comparison to others, but it was absolutely beautiful. Definitely couldn't afford that every time, but I was honestly a very happy eater! I told the pizza chef afterwards as it was note worthy!

Worst restaurant to order from. Was promised a 30 min delivery time. I was only 1.9miles away. Ended up waiting 2 hours. Never again

Had a lovely meal at Made in Italy on a reasonably quiet Wednesday evening. We sat on the terrace and enjoyed two pizzas and some Prosecco. Very reasonably priced and the pizza was so delicious. Honestly one of our favourite spots for pizza in the area, perhaps even in the whole of London. What made our experience extra wonderful was our lovely waiter who, regrettably, I didn’t catch his name. However upon leaving I carelessly left my jacket upstairs and he ran down the road after us to make sure it was returned. I really appreciated this gesture and feel it is testament to the thoughtfulness and dedication of the kind staff. Would 100% recommend this place for a chilled out but consistently delicious Italian meal.

The best London Italian restaurant I have found, I have tried many restaurants here and none have been good. But this one is extraordinary, everything is fresh, the taste melts in your mouth, the ingredients are brought from Italy, the owner and employees are polite and respectful, since I found it I come here at least 2 times a week, I love Italian food. Sono stata cena da made in italy con un gruppo di amiche, che dire di italiano solo i nomi dei piatti sul menu e la playlist. Abbiamo mangiato male, tra cui un ordine è arrivato anche sbagliato, e la seconda volta crudo. Quando abbiamo comunicato che il pollo era crudo, un cameriere ci ha detto che essendo precotto poteva cuocerlo più a lungo al microonde…ovviamente questo piatto è stato mandato indietro e a nostro stupore stato anche addebitato. Sicuramente non tornerò

I rarely order Vegan pizza’s as opposed to a vegetarian pizza without cheese. I decided to try out the vegan pizza here and thoroughly enjoyed it! What a great vibe too.

It has a nice terrace, recommended for a hot day. Was quiet, when all places closer to Sloane Square were super busy. There was a fan, so it was very comfortable. Had a pizza, garlic bread, chicken salad and few drinks. All good and tasty, nice dough, cheese. With 13% service charge costed 50 GBP.

Main terrace was covered and super hot - manager refused to move anyone to the side terrace which was more comfortable and breezy

Delicious pizza as always, but Habibur is the biggest asset to the restaurant. The best service and always look forward to coming and saying hi. He’s brought it up from a 4 to a 5. It’s only fault is the ridiculous mark up to sit on the terrace compared the the actual restaurant.

This restaurant has quickly become a staple in my favourite local spots. The rooftop seating is a lovely touch and the food has been reliable delicious. Service is quick and friendly. Definitely recommend!

Food was tasty, but only if you are prepared to wait. Had a table booked at 7. Drinks arrived at 7.30. Starters at 8. Still waiting for mains at 9pm. 2 hours and waiting seems a bit excessive for 2 courses. A bit disappointed to be honest.

Good individual pizzas, roman style with a thick crust, quick service with a friendly team. The decor inside is like a little street in Italy, cute, and they turned the music down when we asked. We came without a lunch reservation and it was completely empty at 13:00 but then it filled up and was crowded when we left.

Good food, nice people,cool little restaurant.

Bacon undercooked which is a gross experience (imagine chewy uncooked fat). Kindly gave the feedback without complaining and the waiter came back after talking to the chef saying that’s how it’s meant to be otherwise it dries out. Well maybe figure out a way of getting it right or remove that from the menu but don’t throw back the feedback at me and give me raw bacon. Anyway, to top it off, I got charged the wrong amount which I realised once I had left. Of course I came back and practically no apology was given…

Romeo and the entire staff at Made in Italy Chelsea were exceptional. They very easily accommodate the 14 plus party effortlessly. The Bella Napoli set menu was delicious and plenty. Every single one of us had a fabulous time and we will all be back soon.
