Great Italian food and friendly knowledgeable servers. We had a great meal with a lovely glass of wine and dessert.

It was my first time eating at this Italian chain and it didn’t disappoint. The place was very beautifuly decorated and they even brought a complementary sip of lemonade. The food was great, though the portions were on the smaller side, but we were full anyway! It wasn’t too crowded either so we had a very pleasant lunch!

My daughter and I had an incredible experience for dinner tonight. The food, drinks and service was lovely! 🥰

Italian cuisine for the English but not for the Italians, overcooked and watery pasta, edible pizza but none of it respects the traditions, not even the margherita where oregano is put. Nice environment

The staff were really friendly when they served us. The food was delicious and it came on time with the drink. The 2 pizzas looked amazing, great taste and price was okay . The service was excellent and I would highly recommend this place to anybody who loves eating Italian food. The location of the restaurant is near to the Gloucester Road underground tube station.

Everything was delicious, good pizza. good service, asked for another table without air conditioning, no problem.

I came to get fast and fresh baked, and they fully met my expectation. The mushroom and truffle calzone was on my table in just 10 minutes! It had a gentle taste with that juicy truffle sauce, and the pastry was spot on - crispy on the outside and soft in the middle. Thanks for complimentary homemade lemonade.

This place is so cute! the decorations are amazing and the staff are so attentive. It feels like such a homey atmosphere and the food felt like proper italian food, was so yummy! They even serve fresh homemade lemonade on arrival and the biscofff cheesecake was delicious ⭐️

Arrived without any expectation as the restaurant was conveniently located for me. Clean and simplistic with both in- and outdoors seating. There was a slight delay in receiving the menu but once attended to the service was really good from Drini (our attendant for the evening). Drini recommended the burrata carbonara and it was simply amazing! Creamy, tasty yet light and with the chilli oil recommended by Drini it really elevated the complexity of taste already present. If I had a longer stay in London I would most certainly go back, for birth the food and the friendly attentive service received. Thank you...

Very bad experience. The food was only medium grade. The male waiter treat customers based on their skins. As an Asian, he took away our glasses for welcoming drink immediately as we sit down; but other tables with white skins were given welcoming drinks as soon as they sit down. I spoke to him before we pay the bill, but he pretended like could not understand my word, I spoke very loud for three times then he gave us the drink. Very bad experience, do not give money to this racist.

Arrived at this branch of ASK and it was dead. Waiting staff seemed miserable and bored. No friendly greeting. I could see that the cooking staff were mostly scrolling on there phone between orders. When my food arrived the portion size was small. Had my food and was given desert menu. It took 15 minutes to come back to take my order and again the staff were not busy and we're mostly on there phones or walking around with an airpod in. The restaurant was soleless. Plenty of eateries around here. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

So basically i forgot my prescription eyedrops on the table and i came back after 2 minutes and the waitress said she threw away… Besides thar, the food is ok but the service is quite bad

We just had a tiring trip in London where all other restaurants were full of people. Pn our way back we ate here. Welcome drink was a game changer. The food arrived in 10mins and was super delicious. They gave colours and activity sheet to my lit boy which was perfect. In the end we ordered little deserts called mini which were perfect. Giving 5 star to everything here.

Visited with my husband and two children (age 10 & 5) on 24th April. Very impressed with the whole experience! We can be deemed as ‘awkward customers’ as my daughter has a tree nut allergy, but the staff were just amazing! Very Friendly & helpful staff, super quick Service and marvellous food! Would definitely recommend if you’re in the area and love good food and a relaxed atmosphere x

This was my first ever visit to any Ask Italian. The missus wanted a lasagne for her pre marathon meal, and I was hesitant. However, I am so glad we went as the food was very tasty and hot. And the beer was served in an ice-cold glass. I had the Lasagne Grande with a side of chips and made room for a Tiramisu. The service was spot on. The staff friendly. The atmosphere was perfect and would definitely recommend a visit. Well done, guys.

This place was great! They handled our larger group of 10 easily. No reservation required and no wait. Food came out quickly and was delicious. All of the staff were very friendly. We had a great experience.

The food was really nice presented, really tasty and good size of the portion , especially now a days , most of restaurants inflate the price and shrink the portions. I highly recommend to everyone as it was a really nice food, very fresh, tasty and the price with 20% off was a great deal

Had breaded chicken as main course. It was awful, no flavour, no nothing The so called 'vegetables' were soggy and also tasteless. I asked for mayonnaise to try to help, I was served tartare sauce, something seriously wrong here. Staff are lovely though. Probably won't risk it again. Sadly it's a great location, but Pizza Express is not too far way, 100% better.

Casual Italian chain with a selection of pizzas and pastas. Their complementary sip of lemonade is an interesting touch. The beef brisket pappardelle was quite good, though the portion was on the smaller side. The pistachio & raspberry tart was super yum - recommended! Wasn’t too crowded at 7 but got packed towards 8 (on a Thu evening). Multiple waiters acknowledged our intent for the bill but it still took them close to 10 min before they actually came around to check us out.

One of the best food places to eat at, had an amazing time there, the service was on point and they kept checking if everything was alright or if there was anything else I needed which helped a lot. I would recommend to go there on a day out. Also, a waitress named Ceren, had a good attitude and welcomed us into the restaurant. I had a good time at ASK Italian and would 100% go there again if I can.

This restaurant was close to our hotel and we were fortunate to discover it on our second night in London. We ate two evening meals there and they were both excellent. Service was good and the atmosphere was relaxing. We very much enjoyed our cheese fondue starter each evening.

While many restaurants can be slightly busy on a Saturday evening, this place was very full! We chose to go there as many must like it….? Immediately we were seated and offered drinks, two people attended to our every need. We ordered the rosemary bread with spicy tomato dip as appetizer and my spouse chose dinner of POLLO MILANESE with fingerling potatoes and spinach and pea salad. (Very yummy and fresh but salad dressing a bit salty.) I ordered the LUGANICA SAUSAGE & 'NDUJA FRILLY TAGLIATELLE…fabulous. We quickly finished every bite of everything! Maybe return for dessert/coffee specials?

Such a RUDE and CARELESS manager. I reserved a table at 6:30 and it's my birthday. He didn't even bother himself to come and ask or welcome us. Left us by the entrance, although the place was not full. I approached him, and he told me that there is no need to be RUDE. I didn't say anything as my family was with me, and then he left us without service. Even other customers came after us and he served them, while we were still waiting. I left the restaurant! It's a shame to have such an experience at Ask. A place that I really like.

We was last night for dinner and we poisoned from food. We had diarrhoea and vomiting. Worst experience ever.

We loved it, we even went a second time to try other dishes. Quite tasty and well served.

Dreadful service, the waitress was very cold and spent more time talking to friends that came into the restaurant than serving customers that ordered food. Spaghetti was tasteless but unable to attract her attention for cheese or salt. Customers seemed to be last in the queue to get their meals as delivery drivers took over!One of the chefs went for a cigarette every 20 minutes. Customers came last .We will not be returning to the restaurant again. D O'CONNOR

I ordered 2 vegetarian pizzas. The only toppings were onions, mushrooms, and olives. No peppers, no Courgettes or aubergines. I am really disappointed !! I took pictures for reference

Erion kindly welcomed me in, today, and he handed me a Coffee & Dessert menu. Exceptional choices available. Inbetween my work visits here, I had comfortable seating with a table to relax in the peaceful atmosphere.

The services are very slow and staff look very disoriented and lost in themselves. Not very welcoming staff.. literally hated the experience.

The restaurant overall had a good, family friendly atmosphere that I would recommend to all visitors that are looking for somewhere affordable in Kensington with quality food. In addition to this, the layout was effective js spaced out so no one feels enclosed when they are spending time with friends and family. The spaghetti came hot and was great value for the price that we paid for the food. Ana was extremely helpful throughout the experience and dealt with all of our enquiries making our whole experience improve with exceptional customer service.

The food is good and they have good lemonade and the espresso is good and strong. The food a bit expensive in my opinion, but at the same time regular prices in London.

The pasta was very overcooked in my Carbonara, it was mushy and slimy, it also didn't taste of Carbonara, pretty tasteless really. It took more than 10 minutes to catch a servers attention. The bloke sitting next to us was also trying to get their attention with no success.

I don’t even know where to start. It was the most horrible experience. The waiter forgot to put our order and we waited for an hour, another waitress noticed that we haven’t received our meal and went to check after that we got served with a rancid smelly pasta and raw breaded chicken (red and pink) we still had to pay for stuff at the end none of us ate the food and no desire to wait for a “fix”. The bathroom was not being cleaned and the toilet itself was full of period pads and blood.

Ask to see the paper receipt before you pay as the service charge is optional, but this is not reflected on the card machine when handed to you to pay, the full amount including service charge is displayed as the total to pay , no option to press yes or no , so it's assumed your paying it, it's 21 pound for coffee and dessert for 2 people, extortionate enough without adding this charge without telling you, and tbh, when we asked for coffee and cake, the waiter said there is Waitrose next door we only do dessert, bit picky so bear in mind you dont have to pay this charge.

Food is a joke of Italian. They charged me an optional tip without letting me know and blamed it on me for not telling me not to do so. Incredible.

Food is excellent as at all Ask restaurants. However the waiting staff are surly and impersonal. The atmosphere was very poor, more like a night club with heavy bass rap music playing in the background. When we asked if the music could be changed or turned down, we were laughed at and told it's the standard playlist for all restaurants and they are unable to touch it - I have never heard this kind of music playing at an Ask restaurant. The atmosphere ruined what should have been a relaxing Saturday lunch. Disappointing.
