Nice food and the staff were very attentive and friendly. They were great with the kids and there was plenty of room for a pushchair. We had multiple allergies in our group (dairy/egg/peanut) and these were handled professionally. The allergen menu was readily available and plates were served with an 'allergy aware' sticker. Would dine here again!

Bad food, bad service and definitely not worth a meal.

The place and environment are nice, but the food was disappointing. We ordered the burrata tricolore, and the sun-dried tomatoes had a very acidic taste. For mains, we had the spaghetti al pomodoro and the pollo de la casa. The pasta was overcooked, and there was barely any burrata or chicken in the dishes. We felt it was far too expensive for the quality. Unfortunately, we probably won’t be coming back.

Tuve un jugo de naranja fresco que es refrescante porque no muchos restaurantes ofrecen esto, normalmente es el cartón, pero esto fue encantador, así que pulgares arriba para ofrecer eso. A continuación pedí el Pollo Milanés con patatas, el pollo era la cantidad perfecta, tierno, y el recubrimiento no demasiado duro, las patatas eran encantadoras y la ensalada lateral (cohete y queso duro añejado) era encantador también y realmente apreciado la adición de queso, no se obtiene a menudo queso en ensaladas en restaurantes, pero como un gran fanático del queso realmente disfrutó de esto. Como postre, tomé el caramelo y la torte de chocolate, una nueva adición al menú. Era DIVINO, el mejor torte que he probado, el combo de chocolate y caramelo era perfecto, la base (una especie de tarta) era suave y chocolateada. Vino con helado de caramelo salado, no tenía ese sabor antes pero ahora es fácilmente uno de mis favoritos (junto al panal). Si eres un amante del chocolate no puedo fallar esta elección de postre. Por favor, NUNCA lo saque del menú. La calidad de la comida era excelente, tampoco tuve que esperar demasiado. Ahora puede solicitar a través de un código QR en su mesa que hace que el proceso de pedido sea rápido y simple (especialmente para aquellos que son socialmente incómodos o ansiosos). El personal era educado, servicial, atento (pero no excesivamente) y amable. El restaurante está en una buena ubicación, es limpio, bonita decoración, luminoso, y tiene asientos cómodos. El precio es justo por la calidad de los alimentos que obtienes, y también ofreció redondear la libra más cercana donando a un banco de alimentos local, que puede decir que no a eso, es una gran manera de ayudar a una organización benéfica local. He estado en dos Ask Italians ahora y una vez en su restaurante hermano Zizzi’s. Para mí Ask Italian está muy por delante en términos de elección de alimentos y calidad. Soy un gran fan de Nando’s, pero este restaurante los está presionando seriamente para el lugar número uno con su comida de alta calidad y su maravillosa variedad de opciones. Staying nearby and wanting to have pasta for lunch, I came here and ordered their Luganica Sausage & 'Nduja Frilly Tagliatelle. Service was good and the pasta was delicious - I really can’t complain. The atmosphere is nice and casual for a relaxing lunch.

Cena informal con buena comida italiana. Situado muy cerca de la estación de metro de Gloucester Road. El ambiente era moderno, el servicio era bueno y rápido; los precios no están tan mal. Small addresses located not far from many Niquel hotels for a dinner with good value for money. We ate quite well there: Burrata to share as a starter which was not exceptional but sufficient for us As a main course we chose the calzone picante which was quite good with a soft and well-filled dough, watch out for the bit of pepper which spices up the pizza well for people sensitive to heat And The Lemon dessert was excellent, a lemon filled with speculoos around it, superb. The negative point of the restaurant is that the staff is not at all pleasant, half serving while handing the dishes to the customer, no smile or pleasant gesture, and even unpleasant with the customers who complain about having undercooked pasta on their plate. Finding myself shocked at the end of the meal when I asked to remove the tip which was automatically added to the bill, remember to read the fine lines of the notes because many do not ask for your opinion!

Quick and tasty meal here. Kids menu looks good value but the extra cost for a drink makes it quite expensive. Adult main was good. Not the most friendly service, but they were quick and efficient. Good spot for a quiet weekend lunch when other places are hectic.

Bland. Little toppings. Thin. Overpriced. Worst pizza & pasta I've ever had. You'd be way better off with a frozen pizza or dominos. No salt or cheese at the table. The older lady taking our order seemed inpatient and disrespectful. Other staff did seem friendly though. I would avoid this place like the plague.

We always find it difficult to eat out where the staff understand allergies and where the menu caters for them. 10/10 for both.

Standing for too long waiting for even acknowledgement was a realistic indication of how the meal we didn't have would have been.

The worst food after an orphan's money

Probably the worst Italian restaurant I’ve tried in London Tasteless food, Poor services Carbonara was watery Arancini they were hard as hell 30 minutes just to get the starters I really regret coming to this place specially on Valentine’s Day Not only that The floor staff was eating in front of the costumers And not even washing their hands Disgusting!.

Overall the food was cold and the ingredients used were substandard. The Calzone tasted plain and the ingredients used did not add to the flavour. it was overloaded with mushrooms and cheese. The starters were also cold and lacked any taste, the calamari was rubbery, and the coating did not stick properly. Also, the crostini was overloaded with tomatoes leaving it soggy. Isn't crostini meant to be crusty? After spending over £100, the experience was not worth it. I would not recommend.

I told the miss that took my order that I have a garlic intolerance. She informed me that almost all of their dishes contain garlic but I decided to sit. She came back and informed me about the dish I order, she recommended changes and checked on me after I was served. Small things that makes yo u appreciate a place and it's people. The food was also really nice!

This restaurant has a very nice ambience and even better food. Upon being seated, complimentary house made lemonade samples were served to us to try and I can say that it was the nicest still lemonade I’ve ever had. I then had a very nice pasta dish with garlic bread. Overall I enjoyed it and would eat here again

DONT GO HERE!! EXTREMELY RUDE. Fire the blonde haired young man at the front and he serves sometimes too. He yells at customers and has no professionalism. I’m not sure if he is family but regardless he should be let go before he cost this location more business! I will tell all my friends to write their reviews of their terrible experience with the staff and location. Save your money everyone!

Great place to eat after a day in London!

Horrible absolutely horrible. I do not know what work margarita pizza comes without basil and tomatoes we basically had over priced cheese pizza. Not good at all. I will not come back here ever again

I entered a not very busy restaurant with my wife and two children. I had to ask to be seated, ask to order, ask for another drink, ask for salt, pepper and Parmesan parmigiana, ask for the dessert menu and finally ask to pay. I know it’s called “Ask” but I doubt this was part of their vision. Food was 8 out of 10 and reasonably priced for the location, quality and portion size. 👍🏼 The service was terrible, staff was not attentive at all and definitely on the rude side. Made us feel like we were bothering them just by being customers. Unfortunate as that was the only let down of the experience.

This Italian Chain is really nice! We ate here for the first time in 2016 and have fond memories of the restaurant, so we decided to eat here again last week to see if it is still the same. The restaurant has such a lovely ambience and was festively decorated for christmas. The service was also very friendly. I am now vegan and am very happy to have such a good choice of vegan food. I ordered the vegan pizza Pesto Giardino. It could have been a bit bigger, but I still got my fill and it tasted really fresh. My mother had the Caesar salad and was also satisfied, except that the croutons in the salad were unusually soft and could have been filled with something. Classic croutons might have been a bit better. At the beginning we also got a little sip of complimentary lemonade, which was really nice. Overall we were very satisfied and will definitely be back.

We were freezing after walking with a suitcase and kids when we saw the place and decided to go in. The restaraunt is pure cozy and welcoming , just as the staff, very friendly and smiley. I was checking the menu, but I am very picky. I usually have ti see or smell something to say -this is what I want , since I can't finish a meal because I don't eat much, I want every bite ti be worth it. They have an online optuin where you can also check the menu , so I was going for one thing , but then something with fish sold me out with the picture they have uploaded. My husband had Calcone, I had fish from the specials, my daughter had pasta bolognese, and my cery picky almost 2, years old son , who is very picky as well-had chicken lecca lecca with potatoes from the sides. My husband said that the pizza reminds him as home-so delicious. I had the best tasted fish I have tried for a long time in a restaurant. The pasta also disapeared quickly :) but we decided that the chicken was the best because usually my son doesn't eat it fully , and this time he did-even with little help , cause we tried it. To be fair -I think my fish was the best, but so does my husband said about his pizza 😊 really nice and worthy place to visit. They also hve home made lemonade that is served whrn you get in as shot glass , so we ended up getting it as well, because the kids loved it. :)
