Pizza Express in Kensington and Chelsea

A visit with my daughter and granddaughter. The waiter did not seem to be very efficient my dough balls did not arrive and I had to remind him of the order. Mains arrived before I had finished luckily I didn't mind. Not overly busy so disappointed on this visit

I came tonight and the food was delicious and my friend said the place is amazing . We like staff , atmosphere and food here .

I love the Notting Hill Pizza Express. All the staff are wonderful and they have worked there for many years. That's always good to see.

My family and I love this branch and even though we have a few around us, it's our favourite one to eat at. The staff are always lovely and very accommodating. To top it off, the accessable/baby changing toilet is very well equipped and clean. And of course, as always, the piccolo menu is such good value, and the food is absolutely delicious!

Stopped off for a quick lunch. A very nice restaurant with lovely decor and music. The staff were really friendly and attentive. Food was hot and tasty and it came quickly. Dough balls were soft and melted the garlic butter that just made it taste awesome. Another great PizzaExpress restaurant and they never let me down. Pop by if you have time and try out their pizzas, they are worth the time! And don't forget the app!

I had dinner here on November 2 and was deeply disturbed by the abusive, bullying behaviour displayed by three European employees toward a South Asian staff member. While I don’t know the background of their working relationships, I witnessed these three men berate, belittle, and talk down to the young South Asian gentleman in an openly abusive manner, making disparaging remarks about his English skills, work performance and studies. The young man remained silent, focused on his work, which made their treatment of him even more distressing to witness. Regardless of any issues with job performance, there is never an excuse to treat a co-worker with such hostility and disrespect. This toxic conduct appeared to have a racist undertone, which added to the discomfort of the situation. Furthermore, these three men carried themselves with an angry, tense energy, far from welcoming or friendly. I regret not intervening at the time.

Service Food staff & delivery all absolutely Fab i called them to adjust order & they did without a questioning & were very polite accommodating & friendly along with delivery driver & food was best Pizza I've had on this app .

Absolutely appalling, their staff shouldn't work with people, totally disregardfull, female worker making sad sexist comment, stay away from this place

Very good pizzas we had Pandana BBQ Burnt Ends both where delicious. Team was super attentive, friendly and helpful specially Ercan, Joao and Francesco. Amazing atmosphere super good place to go have meal specially with good music. 100% recommend. Definitely we will be back

The pizza was freezing cold and congealed. It actually looked like it had been sitting around for a while day. And the ham on the pizza was curled, cold and looked really old. Probably one of the worst pizzas I've ever had. I'm so disappointed with Pizza Express this time. What on earth happened?

Today I visited pizza express in Notting Hill and was instantly impressed by the friendly and calming atmosphere I ordered pollo pesto and I loved every bite of it 10/10 would recommend

Notting Hill Gate Pizza Express is my favourite Pizza Express in London. Always tasty hot pizzas. Good service with a smile, and a good ambience.I always have my favourite dessert - Cafe Reale, sweet figs in a cinnamon and white wine spiced syrup with mascarpone , and with a coffee. And always nice new things popping up on the menu. Like the slow roasted tomatoes, the lemon and herb chicken wings, and the rainbow slaw.

We was around Notting Hill gate and decided to go for snack. We saw pizza express and that was it. We was very welcoming by the manager. The staff was really amazing. Manager was very polite and cool. Food was really delicious. Restaurant was a bit busy with kids. Thank you Mr. Lopes for making our launch time really memorable. I enjoyed my crispy margarita. Thank you.

I tried a chicken pizza and pesto pasta, it was delicious, God willing, and I tried a pasta that was not on the menu, and they arranged it for me according to my request, sweet and delicious.

We were very good, the detail given to the children by Joao was simply spectacular, ice cream as a gift, in short very good treatment, thank you for how you treated my family

A truly wonderful place to eat Pizza, staff are very friendly and always anticipate your needs. My waiter, VETON, was knowledgeable about his menu and it was a pleasure to be served by him. The Pizza was extra special indeed and cooked to perfection.

Ordered a pizza, calamari and chicken wings for delivery. The food was absolutely foul, the pizza was undercooked, just a completely soggy, doughy mess. The chicken wings were so small and grey looking, also undercooked. I appreciate that the order took place after 11pm, but you should maintain a certain standard or not bother serving at that time. The order was a clear rush by someone who couldn't be bothered. Best part of £40.00 straight in the bin.

Stopped here for a quick bite before going to the Portobello Market. The pizza was delicious, and the service was incredible!

Their Catering towards an allergy was amazing 🤩. They can make practically the whole menu vegan. The food was so fantastic. And the kids menu for my son was perfect. And really good prices.

I think they make excellent pizzas, however, when they miss the mark, they certainly miss. tonight's offering was far below mediocre. I paid £2.50 for extra pepperoni on each pizza but I actually got less than a normal pizza would usually have. There was a distinct lack of flavor, with no herbs or such like. The Romana thin base was fat and doughy on 50% of the base. All in all, it was a very disappointing experience. That said, I will still be using them again with hopefully better results next time.

We were there today as a family, we liked the pizza, but we were very impressed by the behavior of the waiters, not for the better...unfortunately.

I enjoyed my meal here and the service was very attentive. I was served a flat aperol but it was quickly resolved and the friendly service still continued.

Pollo pasta is the best pasta I have ever tasted

Came for lunch as a prebooked group of 26 (19 under 11 years old) during a weekend in London. A friendly welcome, and amazing service, we were well looked after. All the choices came out as ordered, and our diners with dietary requirements were no issue. Would definitely reccomend for a group booking.

Myself and my husband hadn't been to the restaurant for a long while and when we went on Saturday evening, the waiter Veton remembered us and he was and still is as friendly and helpful as ever. He gave us great customer service and we always like to be served by him.

The service was fast and the pizza was good but a bit pricey, £15 for a "medium" pizza which seemed very small to me.

It was late because I could see the driver had gone to pick-up the collections. This did not put the customer first. When I told him it was too cold... he said 'who says? Have you got a thermo back there?

Always the best place to go for a pizza. Classic menu, friendly service, and reasonably priced. Enjoyed our meal and drinks here.

Learned about this restaurant through their generous Uber eats promos. Their vegan menu is on point and dine in service is extremely pleasant. I wish you were in the US! Keep up the good work!

Pizza Express is exactly the same taste as it was 5..10....15 years ago...same everywhere....super consistency only change is its not 55quid for a meal for 2....used to be 25/30. No longer value for money

Good food, but a bit overpriced for what you get, especially considering how small their pizzas are. If you use a pre-paid restaurant card, which is simply another payment method, not a special offer or advantage, they don’t allow you to collect a loyalty point, which we found really weird. Not a good feeling when you ask for something you should get and the waiter reacts as if you were being cheeky… Overall an ok ish experience, not a great one.

Stalwart presence since the 70ies with classics, fails (volcanic soupy microwaved cannelloni) and some actually good thin crust Romana variations - mushroom for me.

I waited over an hour for 2 pizzas and some calamari. That was £50.00!!! The pizza was cold and rubbery and the calamari was cold and limp. We had to throw the calamari away and some of the pizza..... How is this acceptable?

Best Pizza Express pizza I've had for a while. Service very welcoming and professional. I don't know our waiter's name, but he deserves a thank you here. We were table number 2, and dined Saturday night, 25 Nov, between about 6 and 7. In fact, all the staff seemed smiley and friendly. Looking forward to returning!

Unfortunately pizza was cold. I do not have the facility to heat up the pizza so i could not enjoy it. I made a note to say please keep it hot in a hot food pack. You need to check the hot packs of what the drivers have. For hygiene and quality.

Prices have gone up quite a bit at pizza express but I'm always impressed with the way they continually update their menu. I had beetroot Buddha bowl which is delicious although I preferred how it had been served previously with beautiful individual portions of ingredients rather than the general mele of yesterday.

Pizza is delicious but I have paid for 3 dips and we’re the worse I had ever. I ordered the garlic one thinking that it would be sauce and I got a spoon of butter x 3. Horrible.

Food as you'd expect from Pizza Express. Unfortunately, our visit was marred by argumentative staff over an issue with a legitimate voucher payment. Rather than suggesting a resolution, two staff members (one being a manager) preferred to play the blame game with raised voices, which we found unprofessional and embarrassing for us (and no doubt the other diners who had to endure)

Trato nefasto, se entiende que no hablemos el mismo idioma( el mio , español) pero se puede hacer entender un poco mas, debido que con otra mesa el camarero hablaba portugues. Ademas de express nada, 45 minutos para servirnos y cuando nos faltaba una pizza servian pizzas a otra mesa y salian todas las de llevar. A favor, las pizzas buenas y variedad sin gluten

Positivo variedad de pizzas sin gluten. Buenas Pero lentos, por lo menos los de hyde park. Y el camarero no era muy amable. Brownie muy frío, seguramente estaba congelado.

I really enjoyed this place... Still open after 10pm in a Saturday it was a lifesaver...who would have thought that their pizza was also delicious totally recommend the vegetables pizza! Rosa was very friendly and spoke to us in Spanish. I will definitely come back!

Heerlijke pizza romana gegeten in een niet zo traditionele, wat modernere setting. Een aanrader wat ons betreft!

Grand Chicken Caesar was a disaster. Pollo Pesto was below average to average. Lemon & Herb Chicken Wings was quite nice. Pollo ad Astra was great.

Food was testy and staff quite nice but at the end a waitress asked us to leave faster when we waited for my friend’s child to collect her books. It brought some bad taste to a pleasant evening.

Went on Saturday night with kids before church. Despite it being busy the manager immediately came over and took our order, food arrived quickly and was tasty. Really well run branch staffed by a seemingly happy team.

Everything was excellent except that the delivery rider went to the wrong door - although I specifically requested y=the Right Door, he went to the left. They were not happy.

No-one greeted us to say they were fully booked, just left us waiting until we stopped a member of staff walking past. There was a large party waiting for their food and staff couldn't cope.
