Pizza Express in Kensington and Chelsea

Nice pizza express branch. Worth downloading the app as there are lots of freebies and discounts to be had... we saved £25 off our meal for four!

We visit this pizza express quite often. Anna is always fab! She is very polite and profesional.

This branch is excellent, and our pizza was delicious. The truffle mushroom pizza we had from the new menu was amazing. I have no complaints about the atmosphere or the quality of the service. Using their apps is also very convenient and user-friendly.

Good quality, great tasting pizza!

Two months ago I booked my son's 8th birthday party at Pizza Express (363 Fulham Road) with 16 of his friends coming. Three days before the party I received an automated email saying "YOUR BOOKING HAS BEEN CANCELLED". I called the 'manager' who sounded very unqualified for the role -- in a deadpan manner he said he didn't have the staff. The restaurant will still be open though, so it sounds like he decided to prioritise other bookings. He didn't seem to care that a child's birthday party would need to be cancelled. Incredibly disappointing. I have since spoken with friends and they have said that it's a terribly run Pizza Express in other respects too. Avoid at all costs!

Great service exquisite dining and it wasn’t very busy so we had a splendifulous time

Positioned on a corner, the restaurant is one of the smaller outlets. Downstairs toilets are a little small and damp floors (not through cleaning). Also downstairs is a private hire/overspill room. 10 minutes walk from Stamford Bridge/ Fulham Broadway Station. Service was swift and polite despite being busier than usual for the time of day (due to SoccerAid) nearby.

Wonderful lunch at pizza express. In particular our waitress Anna was phenomenal and incredibly welcoming. She in particular made our experience fantastic!!

Virassha served me here and service was 10/10 , super welcoming , quick and efficient , I had the bruschetta and the pollo salad both lovely , shame they changed the salad slightly as the dough sticks they used to serve it with were amazing . I had a lovely experience and Will definitely be back .

Great experience. Were seated at the table we asked for. Were also given the allergy information folder to make sure our food did not contain any ingredients which could give us an allergic reaction

Just had one of the worst meal in this restaurant, food was not good, sent back starters and waited fifteen minutes to see if they come hot No, told them to cancel and half way eaten the pizza they turn up. Asked for beef pizza and found chicken mixed in with beef, also pizza was just warm. Have eaten here many times, has had a change of staff and it shows.Manager hid in the back, would not talk to the customers

This pizza express has scammed us out of 3 pizzas as I ordered on just eat and no food came… and when I called they hung up the phone. £68 worth of pizza and no order just eat are now looking into the restaurant

No longer - “Still the best pizza restaurant in town, great service as usual“ It is now the worst. Service abysmal, atmosphere zero, staff useless. I have been going to that same restaurant for over 50 years. Now it is terrible. Never again. Staff rude, useless and idle, no wonder it is empty. Horrible experience. PE staff used to be the best anywhere. How have the mighty fallen. And don't get me started on the app/ loyalty scheme /Tesco voucher business. Doesn't work - pathetic.

Dry, burnt pizza. What does it take to get a decent pizza in South Ken?

Lovely. Only gripe is they took along time for our drinks to arrive but the food was lovely and service was good otherwise. We had only 1 other group in the place which was perfect but when busy I guess there would be more of a wait.

2nd attempt ordering from Pizza Express,as one nearer me, order was cancelled.By whom don’t know as they said they don’t do that.Earlier an order from elsewhere,was awful,hence wanting to order elsewhere.La Reine,was lacking bit more cheese,and hardly any ham also.Calamari bit greasy,more crispy, would have been nice,and bigger wedge of Lemon. Choc fudge Cake, should be refrigerated,as top was all over inside box.Rubbish evening of food.

Not what I was expecting, tasty but the pizza was a bit messy. Calamari was like warm temperature, hard and chewy. Not great for £26.11. Plus their chicken wings were out of stock but still charged. Not impressed and probably won't order from here again.

Just eat side - no problem. Delivery was on time. However, Pizza the main item was missing. We called the restaurant and they kept saying - call just eat - they will contact us. Basically saying that we should not contact them. In the end - he admitted they didn’t place pizza in the bag and stopped blaming the driver. Very unprofessional attitude from Pizza Express.

Great pizza, great service and great seating with the side bi-fold doors open. There was a kid's party downstairs but you wouldn't have known.

Tried the new La Cubana pizza - Havana comes to PizzaExpress. Zesty, marinated slow-cooked pulled pork with garlic, herbs and a hint of chipotle chilli, tomato, mozzarella, roasted peppers, tomato & red onion salsa, fresh coriander and lime. Had the Romana version - very tasty and moist, will order again.

Since my local Pizza Express Restaurant in Fulham Broadway is shut down, i went to Fulham Road Pizza Express on Fulham Road. I was pleasantly surprised at how large the restaurant was. I will patronise the restaurant again as I enjoyed the food and service.

Pizza topping was not on gluten free pizza and onions were on the pizza when requested for these to be removed

Came here while visiting someone in hospital nearby. Ordered two pizza and had only finished half and had to go back to the hospital. Asked to takeaway the rest and explained I didn’t expect to take long and have to run. He said if you want quick food you should go McDonalds. Shame on him for trying to belittle me. After I made it clear it was unnecessary he was super nice. But the damage is done. Chefs were lovely though

Delicious affordable Italian food in a very lovely setting in the heart of Chelsea kings road . They had live music that night and there was a great atmosphere . The melanzane parmigiana was superb . I think it’s good for big groups or intimídate dining .

I had an amazing experience in Pizza Express Fulham. The staffs were very welcoming and warm. One of the staffs that made sure we were looked after was Ionut, he was very accommodating to our queries about the food. He made sure we had everything we needed. The serving was quick and the food was really delicious. The placed was clean, such great place to hang with your friends after a days work.

Came for my early lunch and the service was way bellow the standard it once was. I was served by three different waiters, my Coffe was not tasty, the pizza was fine but the bruschetta was delivered at the same time, so unnecessary was there was just two other tables in the restaurant. Left quite disappointed as no one really cared. took me for granted.cNot sure I will ever go back.
