We have been coming here since 2014 and never failed to be impressed by both the service and the food . A special mention to the host Giacomo (Jimmy } and his young ladies for exceptional setvice .

Loved this restaurant! The staff was super nice and we immediately felt transported to Italy when we walked in. The food was delicious (bolognese had an amazing flavor). Bruschetta was also very yummy. The only thing is that the lasagne had had more cheese than pasta.

I went to dinner and we were 9 people. First, the starters arrived after having served 6 of the 9 diners; Second, they forgot an order of 3 vegetarian lasagna, when the rest of the diners finished eating we claimed the food and that was when they realized that they had not sent it to the kitchen. We waited 15 more minutes for them to bring them and they did so with 3 meat lasagnas, in addition to debating who came to the table to say it. THEY DIDN'T EVEN APOLOGIZE. I do not recommend the site at all.

Desastroso. Fuimos 9 personas y nos marchamos quedándose 3 de ellas sin cenar. Primero se olvidaron de poner en la comanda las lasañas, y después, nos las hicieron de carne cuando las habíamos pedido de verduras. Ni una mísera disculpa. Los entrantes llegaron después de las pizzas. Nunca se dirigieron a nosotros en español, y al final nos dimos cuenta de que una de las camareras lo hablaba perfectamente.

The food was good, the girl who spoke Spanish was a bit borderline, but the English girl was very nice.

They don't know the difference between ham and bacon, or don't care. All ingredients are supermarket produce. Price is good. You pay a one-star price, you get one-star food.

Frozen pizza, I got a quattro formaggi and my girlfriend got a Toscana. I didn't have much expectation, but this is too much. Paying to eat a gummy pizza is not.

Une expérience désagréable. Un samedi soir à 21h, un restaurant pratiquement vide où les serveuses arrivent quand même à oublier d’envoyer la commande en cuisine…assiettes arrivées à 21h50. Aucune excuses + aucune ambiance, coupure de musique…impression de déranger. Sans oublier, le poulet dur et le fromage sans goût (pour les pizzas)

We have just been there, the pizza was very bland, it has no flavor and on top of that we have realized that they have scammed us with the change, they should have given us 6 pounds and they have given us 50 cents

The place is quite neglected, the walls are dirty and the tables better be covered even with paper. The service was terrible, and be careful, we paid in cash and the change was returned incorrectly, partly my fault for not knowing the value of the coins. It may be a mistake, the pizza is normal and adequate for the price.

Very efficient and friendly staff. The owner very unpleasant and ordinary. The stairs to go down to the bathroom are too steep, dangerous. Horror. Very good lazaña.

Teve um atendente excelente, porém tem uma mulher que nos atendeu super mal, trouxe o prato errado e quando dizendo que estava errado ela ficou com raiva. Nos atendeu, como se estivesse nos fazendo favor! Pizza com pouco recheio.

The food was delicious and the atmosphere was great. We enjoyed a Pizza Prosciutto e Funghi and Gnocchi Quattro Formaggi. It was really tasty, and the service was excellent. We were very happy with the value for money.

En Paddington, una buena opción que está abierta hasta tarde para los horarios de Londres. Buenas pastas y una correcta pizza. El vino de la casa no nos gustó mucho es preferible elegir otro o pedir cerveza.

Non mi è piaciuta l'accoglienza del proprietario che molto "simpaticamente" invitava il personale ad accoglierci parlando italiano. Le ragazze naturalmente non spiaccicavano una sola parola e ciò è stato imbarazzante per noi e loro. Niente da aggiungere,se non di rivedere alcuni atteggiamenti non proprio consoni ad un proprietario di un'attività.

Lasagne immangiabili, pasta alla carbonara che navigava nella panna. Povero cibo italiano. L’unica cosa che si salva è la gentilezza del personale. Da non consigliare assolutamente

Absolument catastrophique ! Nous avons attendus plus d’1h15 avant de nous dire d’attendre encore 15 min de plus car personne ne s’était rendu compte qu’aucune commande ne passait en cuisine! Ils étaient 3 personnes à ne rien faire, le restaurant était complet mais personne ne s’est rendu compte du problème ! Aucune commande en 1h15 n’a été servie! Mais lorsqu’ils ont détectés le souci, ils ont servis en priorité les dernières personnes arrivées à la place des autres clients qui attendaient depuis plus d’1h.

They had a logistics problem. But nobody in the servers and cooks didn’t mind checking why they had no work to do. The manager came 30 minutes into the waiting to finally find the problem. After an hour and 30 minutes they finally said that the food would be ready. They served the customers who arrived earlier first and the Italian speaking ones.

Excellent food authentic Carbonara! Very good prices. Older waitress a bit grumpy. Forgot to offer me Parmesan and black pepper unlike my previous visit when the younger girl brought them over immediately without me asking. I had tovrequest Parmasan, first time ever, didn't ask for the pepper as it all seemed too much bother bringing the cheese. When I'd finished eating my husband hadn't. The older waitress picked my plate up and pulled it over my husbands plate whilst he was eating. He us very laid back but actually said " that was rude" under his breath. She put us off going back for sure

Staying in the area due to work and popped in for some dinner. The difference in price to Bella Pasta was quite something and the menu choice far wider here. I had calamari to start which was lightly fried with a very nice dip. Then had a good plate of pasta with courgette and small prawns which was substantial, tasty and very good value. The house red also very drinkable! Only downside is that main came whilst starter still being eaten but I find that in a lot of traditional restaurants anyway. Also my table a bit too close to the next. Wouid I return though - most definitely!

Was able to dine in without prior booking. Ordered lasagne, which arrived in good time. Was oven heated and quite hot. Traditional portion size. Very tasty. Staff were attentive and friendly enough. Ideal place for a meal after work.

The foods here are very original and authentic. They are similar to those in Milan and Verona. This is a family run business, they are Italian, so English is not their native language but they try their best. If you fancy a warm hospitality with nice chat, it is slightly taxing for them to serve but they do understand basic English. This should not penalise them. Anyway, good price, authentic Italian foods, good atmosphere, what else do you want? Sorry, they have yet to qualify as your butlers. 😊

Cenamos una noche en el Restaurant San Marco, nos atendió una jóven de nacionalidad española muy simpática y atenta. La comida magnífica. Super recomendable y sobre todo destacamos la calidez de la atención de la cámara :) gracias. Volveremos en otra ocasión!

I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews, this place was fantastic. The staff were lovely and welcoming, the food was fast and efficient, and the pizzas were fresh and tasty. Im not sure about their "speciality pizzas" haha, penne pasta and vodka on a pizza sounds rather dire, but if you stick to the classics, like I undoubtedly did, they will be sure to be a treat. Grazie mille!

Klein aber feine Pizzeria. Beste Pizza im Umkreis. Einfach perfekt. Preis Leistung sehr gut. Man fühlt sich wie in Italien. Das Dessert selbstgemacht, einfach genial. Wir kommen wieder.

Spaghetti bolognaise : viande sans goût et pâtes trop cuites. Pizza pâte épaisse (est-ce fait maison?). Service très long. Pas de couteau a pizza, pas d'huile piquante, pas de carrafe d'eau. Serveuses souriantes heureusement !

We spent 10 days in London and went there 6 times for dinner. The food was wonderful and well priced. It was the perfect meal at the end of long and exhausting days! Strongly recommend it.

The best penne arrabiata I've ever had.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. In 4 Tagen London, waren wir dort 2x Essen. Pizza sowie Pasta hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Lediglich das Ambiente könnte noch etwas liebevoller gestaltet werden, aber für die Umgebung völlig in Ordnung. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist für London auch sehr gut.

Pretty awful. Saltimbocca was like shoe leather - over cooked and tough with no sage. Salad was mostly iceberg lettuce and carrots, with a couple of slices of tomato. It looked tired and not that fresh. Service was efficient, but restaurant was boiling hot, despite saying it was air conditioned. I ate my food because it was late and I'd been travelling for hours, but normally I would have left it all. Other diners pizza looked OK, but you'd probably do better at a typical chain. There's nothing authentic about this food and I'm guessing those reviews that say it is great have never eaten in Italy. Only reason it's not one star is because the Peroni was nice and cold. Much better options nearby.

Erittäin hyvää ruokaa ja järkevään hintaan. Syötiin sekä pizzaa että pastaa. Palvelu ystävällistä ja tehokasta. Paikka ei ehkä ole kaikkein kaunein mutta tunnelma on aito.

Πολύ καλό φαγητό νοστιμότατο πίτσα και σπαγγέτι. Κανονικές τιμές φιλικό και κεφάτο προσωπικό. Αυτό που με εντυπωσίασε ήταν όταν από λάθος έπεσε και έσπασε ένα ποτήρι αντικαθεστισαν όλα τα πιάτα απο τα γύρω τραπέζια. Έτσι φάγαμε σχεδόν δύο πίτσες και δύο μακαρονάδες και περάσαμε μόνο την μία!!! Πολύ επαγγελματικό!

Have been here twice and the food has been fantastic on both occasions. The service and quality far exceed the price, especially for a restaurant in Paddington. Highly recommend and will be returning soon.

Too expensive... Not really italian tasty 😞 they just put toppings and its really dried. No taste .. All the dises are really dry... But they charge service charge too.. There are good italian food shops when you walk down the street..

Food prices on bill are higher than on menu + pretty sure that the amaretto was diluted with water (came from an unmarked bottle behind the counter and tasted really weak)

Food OK but my salmon linguine was very salty. Staff not particularly friendly and appeared not to speak much English. We ordered white wine, they brought red and despite us saying it was the wrong one she continued to pour. It was easier to drink it, as she 'didnt' understand. I like this place a lot. It’s a decent ITA restaurant I only had a pizza but it’s surely good. I ordered the pizza but somehow they came pasta, I said it’s ok to switch to avoid waste of food but the owner insist to change. People might feel their attitude are bad or not polite but it’s their style. They would serve the best to you I like it The pizza were good, yes, it’s not the best I had before but it’s surely good stuff In this area nearby the Paddington Station, pizza place I would go. I think it opens till late. Service are good with nice staff It’s not those full service type where u get someone stand outside a booth and take u in and seated. It’s a family style so adapt to it. Atmosphere is bright and clean so it’s good. Remember this is not a fancy Italian fine dining. It’s a pizza and pasta restaurant I like it no matter what Encourage you to come! I gave it 4 because it’s not those top dining restaurants style so that’s a 4. The pizza ingredients can be better . I would give 4.5 star indeed

We found this restaurant by accident and we’re glad we did. The prices were really reasonable, the service was good, and I had the best pasta I’ve had in a long time. My husband’s pizza was also very good. I will definitely come back here next time I’m in London.

Amazing place. We stopped in for a small bite, a pizza, bread sticks, and calamari later; we were stuffed. To top it off; our lovely waitress brought over a couple of lemon cello shots. Wonderful find!! The wine was smooth and complimented the pizza perfectly. Will come back again!!

Pasar unos días en Londres y descubrir este restaurante cerca del hotel fue toda una suerte. Las pizzas geniales y los dos risottos que tienen en la carta también ricos, todo acompañado de cerveza italiana Peroni. Aunque lo mejor fue la atención que nos prestó Laura, encontrar una paisana que derrocha tanta amabilidad fue todo un lujo. Si nos lees, somos los 10 que casi os vuelven locos al pedir el primer día! ;)

The food was good and very delicious but the service was terrible. The waitress was really unfriendly and the manager was annoying….. water dripped out of the air conditioner. We couldn't get tab water, we had to pay for our drinks😬👎👎

The food is really good and authentic. The restaurant itself looks rather simple so don't be fooled. You can get there good food for a good price. We went there twice on vacation.

Fuimos a cenar y pedimos 4 platos de pasta (carbonara y al aceite), dos cervezas y dos aguas. El tiempo fue pasando y veíamos como las personas que habían llegado mas tarde que nosotros le servían los platos. Mientras tanto, observamos que el personal del local, sobre todo una señorita que había fuera de la barra pero que era del local, se pavoneaba con un coctel y nos miraba y se reía descaradamente hablando con el dueño del hotel. A la media hora llamamos a una camera y la preguntamos si hay algún problema con la comanda, ya que los platos solicitados no habían venido. Nos traen una fanta de naranja sin pedir, les decimos que se la lleven, al momento traen un vaso de agua, y lo mismo. La camarera dice que lo reclama a la cocina y pasados otra media hora es entonces cuando entregan 3 de los 4 platos pedidos. Decimos que falta un plato de pasta y que ya estaba bien, mientras tanto la persona del coctel se partía de risa mirándonos descaradamente. Al cabo de un cuarto de hora traen el plato restante. Solicitamos la cuenta, vemos que nos cobran por el servicio prestado. Llamamos al jefe del restaurante, viene y le contamos lo ocurrido y nos dice que el tercer plato de pasta se ha retrasado por un problema con ese plato, intentamos explicarle que ese no era el problema, el problema es que han tardado mas de una hora en servirnos la comida, que en ningún momento se ha dignado a venir a la mesa a pedir disculpas y para mas inri su personal se estaba riendo de nosotros. El jefe hablando hablando en la oreja de mi marido, intentando excusarse pero en ningún momento asumiendo el error. Nos modifica la factura y nos descuenta un plato de pasta y el servicio. No recomendamos para nada ir a este restaurante, la atención es pésima y encima se ríen del cliente.

Es el peor lugar , la comida es horrible El calamari fritti sin sal ,las papas fritas crudas , la pasta no tenia ningun pedaso de mariscos ,horrible ,sin gusto y dicen que es un lugar exelente . Este lugar no tiene nada de exelente .PESIMO NUNCA MÁS vuelvo a pedir comida de este lugar

Found this lovely little Italian whilst waiting for a delayed train from Paddington, pizza was lovely and cheaper than a domino’s, service was swift and super friendly would recommend snd will definitely come back again

There are some chain Italian restaurants near to this restaurant but I advise ignoring them and going here for a much more authentic meal at a much better price. It is within easy walking distance of Paddington station & I went there as I was staying nearby. I had a nice evening meal here.

I would rate the food alone closer to a 4 of 5, some of it a bit bland, but overall ok. Standing on display while waiting to be seated, for 15 minutes rather than the 2 mins we were promised, could have been handled in a better and more decent manner. a bit diffucult communicating with the waitress, who was pleasent but forgot serving the drinks we ordered. Another loud waiter was quite a character, and the interior really outdated and crammed. would not mind coming back here though.
