Zizzi (Sheldon Square) in City of London, Westminster

The food was really great. Our group had a variety of pizza, risotto and pasta. The starters were tasty and made me wanting more. Good service and a great location. Very relaxing before going to see a show.

Honestly ? The pizza was terrible and the service was terrible! Super long and not at all professional!! I strongly advise against it.

We had to come back, special request by my kids! The pizzas, to all the vegan options… great food and service. Special shout out to Sriram and Olivia! Should be given higher ratings!

Super easy menu and a fun place off the canal for lunch

We had dinner there tonight because of the different options they offer on the menu. The pizza was good, although for our taste it could use a little more cheese. Speaking of the risotto, it was excellent, with a great combination of pesto that made it unique.

I had an amazing experience at Zizzi! The food was absolutely delicious – every dish was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. What made the visit even more special was the outstanding service provided by Amily. She was incredibly helpful, kind, and genuinely friendly. Her warm smile and positive attitude created such a welcoming atmosphere. If you're looking for a place with great food and exceptional service, Zizzi is the spot to go! Highly recommend!

For renowned pizza place disappointed! Pizza was soggy ,Brucetta was covered in almost 25 pieces of half tomatoes!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Zizzi - Paddington Central, and it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a modern yet cozy decor that made me feel at ease immediately. Upon entering, we were greeted by friendly staff who promptly showed us to our table. The service throughout the evening was attentive without being intrusive, with the team ensuring that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The menu offers a wide selection of Italian dishes, from classic pizzas and pastas to more innovative dishes that reflect a modern twist on traditional cuisine. I opted for the Rustica Piccante pizza, which was generously topped with spicy sausage, pepperoni, and fresh chillies, delivering the perfect balance of heat and flavor. My companion chose the Casareccia Pollo Piccante pasta, which was rich, creamy, and bursting with flavor, perfectly cooked with a great balance of spice and texture. Both dishes were beautifully presented and tasted delicious. The drinks menu was equally impressive, offering a range of wines, cocktails, and non-alcoholic options. We chose a refreshing bottle of Italian white wine that paired wonderfully with our meal. To finish, we shared a Tiramisu, which was light, creamy, and the ideal way to end our meal. Overall, the experience at Zizzi - Paddington Central was fantastic. The combination of excellent food, attentive service, and a great location makes this restaurant a perfect spot for a casual lunch or a special evening out. Highly recommended!

I went on holiday an had a nice experience. The place is nicely decorated and the food was quiete good. Specially the desert. Attention was also good. Thanks to Sriram and the rest of the colleagues.

Delightful pizza eaten outside in early Autumn sunshine. Katalina was a lovely host and looked after me making sure I got my food and bill in time for the train I was catching.

Mixed experience. We are used to much better in London. The pizza was large but not very tasty, difficult to cut and the spaghetti bolognese sauce particularly bland.

I waited more than one hour and only received half of the items. Very disappointed!

I went there only once and I wouldn't return ever... We waited 15 min to order drinks, which came after 30 min...cocktails tasted like a water, juce & ice...for 11£ I would expect more...avoid... Food came after 45 min...tiny portion... If we wanted to order more, ita again 45 minutes wait. Place understaffed.... Simply terrible experience...

Estábamos sentados y servidos por el excepcional Jaya que fue muy atento y amable durante toda nuestra estancia, registrándose con nosotros en el momento justo. La comida era deliciosa - buenas porciones, caliente y servida con muy poca espera - sin duda no más de lo que cabría esperar en un restaurante ocupado. Teníamos Mojitos de Frambuesa también y eran divinos - yo recomendaría esos!

Ristorante situato vicino alla piazza centrale di Paddington che offre una piacevole vista sul canale. Siamo stati con degli amici per quattro sere consecutive e ogni volta i camerieri sono stati cortese, disponibili e sorridenti. Il servizio è molto veloce e il cibo buono ( hanno imparato a cucinare a milano). Lo consideriamo vivamente.

Ordered a calzone, sticky pig pizza and a meat Sofia pizza. In place of the meat Sofia we received a margarita pizza instead. I rang zizzi to inform them and was told that they had checked before delivering and it was right. I told him that I had informed justeat and provided photographic evidence that I had received the wrong pizza. He clearly seemed like he didn’t care and didn’t believe me. Thankfully, Justeat refunded me the money. Will not be ordering from zizzi again.

Had the Al fresco pizza with chicken but it was a little dry and lacked any kind of pesto or basil. Chocolate fudge brownie with ice cream was nice but could not taste the salted caramel that was supposed to be in it. Nice location next to the canal at the Paddington. Service was friendly and efficient.

Our 2nd visit for the 7 days’ trip in London, food is great with stable quality. Please don’t forget to pair the chili oil with pizzas. Rurek is super nice, will definitely come back on our next visit.

I usually love Zizzis and never ever had bad service in either one in London but I was there yesterday and we ordered garlic bread and pizzas and asked for the garlic bread to be delivered as soon as possible. It took quite a bit to arrive, however the pizza didn‘t show up at all. After asking about it twice it was finally delivered an hour and 10 minutes after we ordered and a big table with UEFA referees next to us was served first even though they arrived 15 minutes after us. Noone cleared our plates either after we were finished with eating and after waiting another 20 minutes we signalled for the bill. Such a letdown! The food itself was brilliant but due to the very poor customer service it‘s two stars only for me sadly and I wouldn‘t return to this Zizzis.

Nice outdoor sitting area, great for people watching and to enjoy the sun. The staff is sweet and very attentive. The food was unfortunately quite bland (bruschetta and spag bol), the Arabic I saved the evening.

Must remember not to go to this place again, not because the food is not acceptable. As far as a chain restaurant goes, it is good enough. However the aggressive approach that the "manageress" expressed was upsetting. We have not even sat down at our table when this female attendant asked if we had any allergies. I said can we sit down first, i.e. put our bags down, settle at the table, order a drink before we consider allergies. She insisted that we must declare whether we have allergies or not. Allergies are personal matters. It is not something that people may wish to declare to other people immediately, especially if other guests at the table are not familiar with each other. The person may also be on medication or have other personal considerations that he/she does not want to announce to everyone around the table before settling down. The demand for an immediate reply was insensitive and ridiculous. In fact the menu is so heavily seasoned with spices - harissa, chillies etc that one needs to read the ingredients carefully to find something without them anyway. Just foisting the question at clients is just pretence that checking their allergies were top of the restaurant's priorities. It is enough to check at the point of taking the order to ask each person if he/she has allergies. Zizzi - please be more genuine in your table manners and not just call out a question to diners willy nilly.
