Food not the best- lasagna was nuked and hence really dry, pasta dish was not even seasoned - very bland...

Very nice place friendly to children and wheelchair users. Wide selection of dishes and desserts for children and adults. Very nice waiter. The restaurant maintains the highest class. I recommend desserts and teas. Teas are beautifully served. I recommend!!🐰🩷🌸🌸🩷🐰 Best regards to the owners!!!!

Absolutely delicious food and a warm, welcoming atmosphere! The fresh pasta made on-site was outstanding – you can truly taste the quality and care in every bite. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive; we felt well taken care of from start to finish. We were there with our 2-month-old baby, and even he was warmly welcomed – something we really appreciated. A special shout-out to Jacek – he's simply irreplaceable! We left full, happy, and already planning our next visit.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Zizzi - Paddington Central, and it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The restaurant is situated in a lively, scenic location, offering lovely views of the canal and a perfect ambiance for a relaxed meal. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a modern yet cozy decor that made me feel at ease immediately. Upon entering, we were greeted by friendly staff who promptly showed us to our table. The service throughout the evening was attentive without being intrusive, with the team ensuring that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The menu offers a wide selection of Italian dishes, from classic pizzas and pastas to more innovative dishes that reflect a modern twist on traditional cuisine. I opted for the Rustica Piccante pizza, which was generously topped with spicy sausage, pepperoni, and fresh chillies, delivering the perfect balance of heat and flavor. My companion chose the Casareccia Pollo Piccante pasta, which was rich, creamy, and bursting with flavor, perfectly cooked with a great balance of spice and texture. Both dishes were beautifully presented and tasted delicious. The drinks menu was equally impressive, offering a range of wines, cocktails, and non-alcoholic options. We chose a refreshing bottle of Italian white wine that paired wonderfully with our meal. To finish, we shared a Tiramisu, which was light, creamy, and the ideal way to end our meal. Overall, the experience at Zizzi - Paddington Central was fantastic. The combination of excellent food, attentive service, and a great location makes this restaurant a perfect spot for a casual lunch or a special evening out. Highly recommended!

This restaurant boasts a lovely location next to the canal and has recently been refurbished, but sadly, the service left much to be desired. I visited a few days ago with my son, hoping to take advantage of their half-term offer where kids eat free. A large poster outside advertised the deal, and I confirmed it with the staff upon entering. After we were seated, i had to wait for a long time for someone to actually take our order (i had to ask someone to come). The restaurant was not busy but we still waited for a long time for the order to come. They brought the appetizers but no drinks. Again i had to ask. When the mains arrived but son's pizza only had 1 topping (they forgot the peppers). I told the waitress, took the pizza and when they brought it back it was burned to the sides as they baked it again with the peppers on top this time. Food is average, not bad but not great either. When the time came to pay, they had charged me for everything (even my son's free meal). I also noticed that they charged me £4 for apple juice. When taking my son's order (5 years old) they asked him if he liked orange or apple juice and he said apple. When i refused to pay the extra charge they said that they served apple juice instead of apple squash but no one ever asked what we preferred or even informed us about this choice. They took the extra charge off the bill but still i left feeling very disappointed. It's such a nice location but the staff makes the whole experience very uninviting.

Slow service at an off-peak time for food and drinks, asked 3 times for our drinks. The food was far too sweet and oily! At these prices, there are much better independent options available nearby!

I recently visited this restaurant and had pizza, garlic bread, and pasta. The pizza and garlic bread were absolutely delicious – fresh, full of flavor, and perfectly cooked. The pasta was okay, but it could’ve been better with a richer pesto sauce. What really stood out was the excellent service, especially from Ahmed, who was incredibly friendly and attentive. His positive attitude made the experience even more enjoyable. Definitely worth visiting, and I’ll be back for the pizza for sure!

Can't wait to go back- fun and creative food plating and flavors. Loved the garlic butter "candle" served with delicious pizza crust. The pasta and pizza were amazing- and for dessert the special was candy floss over panna Cotta

El sábado, nos reunimos para un almuerzo familiar. Éramos 12 y debido a problemas de tren tuvimos que cambiar nuestra reserva (media hora más tarde) ; sin embargo el restaurante era muy servicial. Teníamos 4 niños con nosotros (5 - 8 años) y el personal era absolutamente brillante con ellos y súper acogedor. El servicio no podía fallar. Todo el mundo disfrutaba mucho de sus comidas. No podía creer el tamaño de la comida de los niños... un evento de 3 platos. ¡Que los 4 pulieron e incluso lograron comer la delicia gratis de hilo de caramelo y un trago de chocolate caliente!

Yesterday, I went with my husband to Zizzi Paddington after the refurbishment, and the result was amazing: a warm and vibrant atmosphere. I'm glad to see a few new options for vegans on the menu, and as always, the staff working on the restaurant is amazing, a special shout out to Sriram, who is always attentive and super friendly and helpful with us! We love to have in our neighbourhood this amazing place to enjoy!

My sister and friend and I came yesterday for lunch and had the most amazing experience!! The staff were so friendly and the food was incredible. By far the best Zizzi’s I have ever had. As well as this, the restaurant has recently been renovated so the interior is gorgeous and the vibes were great. Would recommend!!! 😍❤️

Great portion sizes and value for money, spent £27 for 3 courses. Our waiter was Sriram who went above the normal standard when serving us.

I'm not really a fan of Zizzi's menu, but went to this one as we were out on a family day out and had Tesco vouchers. We went with 3 kids 9, 11 and 12. The service was really good. The waitress tried to talk my son out of ordering the spicy wagyu meatballs because they're so hot, apparently she'd seen people cry. They were fine. The atmosphere was nice and there were other families there too.

The waiters here were super nice to us! We had a kid who spilled his hot chocolate (naughty) and they helped us and were super understanding. James and Pyot(so so sorry for the spelling) were so kind.

How long does it take you to scoop some vanilla ice cream out for a child? 20 odd minutes is woeful

We booked a table, and arrived a few minutes before our booking. When we arrived the restaurant looked closed, with trash bags at the counter and a closed pizza oven. They offered us food, but we felt more like intruders, and left.

Lidia and Anastasia provided excellent friendly and prompt service throughout my visit, from the moment I walked in off the street to the time I left. They checked my satisfaction with each course, and came across as patient, personable and happy to help. Each course looked well presented, tasted fresh, warm and filling. This gave the impression that the chefs and kitchen staff care about their work. It was a quiet Wednesday night towards the end of a cold January when I visited (on my birthday in fact). So I can't quite give 5 / 5 for atmosphere, but I imagine that the atmosphere is that much better at busier times.

The restaurant locates in a nice view near water.But it is such a waste that the staffs are not interested in their jobs and the food is awful. I was hungry after a long trip when I went to this restaurant. However, I was busy with my job mails and forgot to ask for my order. So, I did not get my pasta after 20min or so and they seemed forgot to take it out from the kitchen or totally forgot my order.Anyway,I got my order after 3-4min after asking for it . One poor guy who ordered before me didn’t ask them and he got his food a lot later than me and it turned out wrong item. He seemed very upset inside but said it’s ok to the staff girl. My pasta is really normal (actually below average for your home made casual one) with 5-6 small tasteless prawns. The staffs there really need a training for customer service and catering.

Italian food chain spread across London. My friend and I went because we read that there were gluten-free options. To my surprise, they also have a menu where you can choose between two or 3 dishes depending on the price (quite cheap for London). The waiter, seeing that on the cheapest menu there was only one gluten-free option in the starter, let me choose a different one that had gluten-free options! Very friendly, quick to serve you, great food and very calm atmosphere. We ordered gluten-free calamari, gluten-free pasta carbonara with chorizo ​​and chicken and pesto pizzas and another pepperoni pizza. We liked it so much that we repeated the next day. A great success for celiacs!!

The food was really great. Our group had a variety of pizza, risotto and pasta. The starters were tasty and made me wanting more. Good service and a great location. Very relaxing before going to see a show.

Super easy menu and a fun place off the canal for lunch

We had dinner there tonight because of the different options they offer on the menu. The pizza was good, although for our taste it could use a little more cheese. Speaking of the risotto, it was excellent, with a great combination of pesto that made it unique.

The bread used to be delicious with different balsamic onions - now they've changed to sloppy mince onion pasta, chef over applied & was tight with cheese...we struggled to see where he placed the cheese - disappointing indeed 👎🏽
