Got take out. The Slices of Pepperoni pizza were delicious! Absolutely authentic NYC and a joy to eat. The garlic bread was great too. However I ordered through Uber Eats and had to call Mulberry to check in my order. The person I spoke too poor customer service skills. If this wasn’t the case Mulberry Pizza would get 5/5 instead of my 4/5. Definitely recommended and I will eat in and or order delivery directly soon.

I read the reviews regarding delivery but thought I'd give them a go since it was a recommendation from a very picky friend of mine. Don't be like me - listen to the other reviews. I placed an order online through their website for delivery. I was given a delivery time of 35 min, the pizza took 1.5 hours to arrive. When I called around the 35 min mark to see if the pizza had left the store yet, it turns out the order number they have for me was different from the one on my order confirmation so it took them a bit to find the order but they said it had left. An hour later, the pizza arrived cold (they also changed my apt number somehow in the ordering process) and it was the WRONG pizza. Finally, they forget to deliver the slice of cake I ordered. Pizza was ok. DO NOT RECOMMEND for the service.

The pizza here is good but watch out for some sharp practice when it comes to tips. I've been to this place on a previous visit to London and remembered the pizza was good so while in the area thought we'd go here for a quick lunch. 4 of us at the same table, 2 pizzas, 2 chips, 2 Corona, a Desperado and a Coke. When I went up to pay I was told that they had made up 2 bills (I was paying for all so no idea why they'd make that assumption but I though fine I'll pay both bills anyway. The guy rang through the bill but the credit card machine did not show an amount but I thought it can only be the cost of Pizza chips and 2 drinks so paid, then paid again the second time. The banking app popped up on my phone and I aw I'd been charged over £70. I know west end prices are extreme and the fact that the place had only one copy of their new priced menu doesn't help but on closer scrutiny I discovered we'd been charged 2 'discretionary' service charges of 12.5%. This is not a large or salubrious place and 12.5% is steep but to add insult he only came to one table and only once..... When I pointed this out he then got a calculator out (obviously it didn't work as he handed me £2 which is way off the charges.... He got me on a good day as I couldn't be bothered but I strongly suggest you confirm all prices before buying anything here. For my part, I won't be back and I've learned not to be so trusting.

I ordered a pizza on the 11th of July and it took 2 AND A HALF HOURS to arrive and when it did arrive it was missing ingredients. I immediately contacted the restaurant, their social media team reply quickly however they can't resolve any bad service so it all goes to their restaurant email. Which took 18 DAYS to reply! They apologised and said I can seek a refund with Uber Eats but, as I've found out Uber Eats have a 48 hour policy for refunds. So I have once again contacted the restaurant. AWFUL experience all around and continues to be HORRENDOUS with their customer service.

Pizza didn’t arrive after the 30 mins allotted time. We called and they answered the first time, and told us that the driver wasn’t back from his last trip and it would be another 30 mins... two hours later the pizza finally arrived. We called the restaurant 19 times and no one answered. Absolutely terrible service.

Overpriced pizza bad taste not baked properly, on top of that the drivers who deliver are always upset, later found out that they DONT GET PAID ON TIME! ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!!! Called restaurant twice. They lied to me both times about where my food was and how long it would take. Finally arrives and it’s stale and FREEZING cold!!!!

I ordered two items being and had one item delivered wrong. I contacted them and had no response from them and will not be going there again. Prefer Topps and the service from Topps is much better.

If you are looking for a take away or delivering this is your place. 1st you can order with them very easily 2nd their pizzas are huge 20inc Or 10inc and very taste. Four people can have only one big and if they eat a lot maybe one big and one small :)

I would put zero stars if I could. Food tasted cheap and cheese was bland and congealed. They must spend all the money they should be investing on ingredients on a great photographer because the food looks nothing like the one you see on their site, completely misleading!! To top it off it was extremely expensive. I’ve had better pizzas from a kebab shop at 2 in the morning.

It took 1 whole hour for my pizza to arrive. I will never order from here again. It’s not even possible to contact the restaurant to secure an ETA so their slapdash service matches their slapdash tasting pizza.

Normally pizzas are amazing but today was not nice just tested barcacoa sauce and they forgot the garlic and herb sauce that we paid extra for. Although communication with driver was good.

The garlic bread was a calzone and was not tasty. The garlic was blended and was very strong not appetising. The pizza was difficult to cut and not so tasty.

I won't recommend this place even for take away. Staff is rude and quality of the food is disgusting.

I had been to the restaurant a year ago and it was ok. This time order was with Deliveroo. I am about 800m from the restaurant, it arrived burnt heavily and Stone cold. Toppings were barely recognisable, chicken was in cubes. Could not eat it. Sent photo to Deliveroo and got credit. Will definitely not be using it there.

I love this place. Definitely always go for the 20 inch - leftovers for the next day and it even freezes well. Wings are only so-so. But the pizza is the best in London and very NY authentic - I’m a New Yorker so I say w authority

Hey there! My pizza was AMAZING! Hot and plentiful & fresh & good. The melazana was also exceptionally good. And it all came in a trice! Just one problem.... You guys sent me the wrong pizza! If you look at your menu, under caprine the description is for a pizza with chicken cutlets... the same description as your chicken Parmesan pizza... & I thought that was what I was getting & so I was a bit disappointed when there were no chicken cutlets on my pizza. It was still a totally awesome pie and we’ve enjoyed it. It would be good for you to correct the anomaly on your menu so this doesn’t happen to anyone else. I’m going to write you a stonking review anyway because it was great pizza delivered quick and it would be nice for you guys to make some kind of gesture to reflect the error in your menu and the disappointment of not getting the pizza I wanted. Ordered via Deliveroo. Pizzas arrived covered in a foul smelling liquid (boxes were wet from underneath). Pizzas were totally inedible, went straight into the bin. Total waste of money!

Let me start by saying, I love pizza more than any other food I can think of. I have had pizzas of all qualities but this was one of my least favourites. Won’t order from here again.

The staff were friendly and the service was quick but the pizza was very average. Was really undercooked and very bland. I would not eat there again.

Superb real pizza restaurant and takeaway. Good staff wit excellent knowledge and quality pizza every time. Images of pepperoni and Napoli. Superb high quality mozzarella cheese, meats. Sauce and dough. For the traditional pizza lover you can’t get better

Bruschetta is bad, very little tomato and in big chunks and big chunks of onion and not vine tomatos and not ciabatta bread and no taste of good olive oil. Pizza was alright and arrived warm.

Pizzería de barrio, muy cerca de Queensway y la parada de metro de Bayswater, desde luego merece mucho más la pena que el Pizza Hut que tiene casi enfrente. El local es pequeñito y con unas pocas mesas, durante el rato que estuvimos sacaron bastantes pedidos para llevar, pero aún y todo el servicio fue rápido y amable. Las pizzas muy buenas, con masa fina y con variedad de ingredientes, algunas eran aptas para vegetarianos y veganos. Lo recomiendo si te alojas por el barrio y quieres una cena rica, rápida y sin pretensiones. Volvería sin dudarlo.

Ich wollte um kurz vor Mitternacht unbedingt noch eine Pizza haben, daher waren wir auch die letzten Kunden. Die Kassiererin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Als wir auf unsere Pizza gewartet haben, haben wir gesehen, dass es noch eine halbe scharfe Salami Pepperoni Pizza gab, mein Freund wollte ein Stück und wir bekamen die ganze (halbe) Pizza für den Preis von einem Stück. Die Pizza an sich ist sehr lecker, recht viel Käse, aber es soll schließlich auch New Yorker Pizza sein. Ich würde wiederkommen.

Wir hatten Ursprünglich vor bei PizzaHut etwas zu holen, waren aber zu spät dran. Unser Hotel ist ca 100meter von Mulberry entfernt gewesen, sind aber jedes mal nur daran vorbeigelaufen. Kurz vor Schluss kamen wir noch rein und durften noch bestellen. Die restlichen 5 Stück Pizza aus der Auslage hat man uns zum Preis von einer geben. Dazu haben wir noch eine frische Margarita mit Extras bestellt. Die Pizza ist amerikanisch mit mehr Käse und unserer Meinung nach sehr gut vom Teig. Die Atmosphäre im Laden ist recht rustikal gemütlich und der Service sehr freundlich. Im Vergleich zu PizzaHut ist es preislich gleich auf und für die Gegend auch gerechtfertigt.

I left a note about which bell to ring, driver didn't read it. When I went to the door he was annoyed he had had to wait so long and insisted there was no note. The note was plainly there on the top of the receipt he gave me with the food.

Authentic New York pizza, can't recommend enough. I ordered a large, and 3 slices satisfied my substantial appetite, so I've got lots of delicious leftovers! Generous with the toppings, swift delivery. We also had the tirimasu, which was bangin. This is my new go-to.

Food was delivered early which is appreciated (I don’t live too far from this restaurant). However I ordered one root beer (and I didn’t know it would just be a can for £2.50) and I was told on delivery that they were out and was offered a can of cream soda and an extra can of coke - I accepted the cream soda but I hate coke and I wish I was contacted beforehand instead of a stranger guessing what I should like. I also ordered the goat cheese salad which was supposed to come with ciabatta - it came with a bunch of small croutons mixed in.

Nada acerca de mi pedido fue bueno. Fueron 22 para una pizza pequeña (6 rebanadas) que tardó 30 minutos en entregarse (desde Bayswater hasta Edgware Road). Observé al conductor en mi aplicación y él tomó la ruta más larga y se detuvo a la mitad durante unos 10 minutos.

I've been there with my girlfriend to eat some food on the 11 of September we was passing from there and we saw on the screen it was written new York pizza style and than when we order some pizza we've been waiting for 25 minutes and the pizza was burning on the top and when we asked the girl who was working on the front she doesn't care and she said if you don't like it don't come back and i asked her if i can see the manager and she said there's no manager here is really rude stuff i just spent 30£ for nothing i never go back there

I am a New Yorker, and this is the closest thing in the area that I have found to real NYC pizza! There are also a couple of other tasty dishes I have tried on the menu. It is a small place, but they also do take away and delivery.

Wanted to like this. But it was poor. Order sent out no problems. The pepperni toppin was so stingy. One peice of oepperoni on each slice. Cheese tastes cheap and really stodgy. I wouldnt go back if they gave it for free.

Cuando pasábamos por la vereda del pequeño local en una esquina de la calle Moscú en la zona de Bayswater, nos llamaba la atención por su ambiente italiano. Gracias a Dios que nos decidimos a entrar descartando el local de pizza Hut. Como dije el local es chico y con unas pocas mesas. Pedimos una pizza que creo se llama Carpina y tiene tomates confitados aceitunas , abundante queso rallado y rúcula fresca por arriba. Sabía a dioses, acompañada de cerveza italiana y mexicana. Menos mal que pedimos la pizza chica, que tiene el tamaño de una grande de las que se comen habitualmente.Si están por la zona no se la pierdan

I was charged £18 when the online bill is clearly £15.25. The pizza had been stored on its side during delivery and all the cheese & toppings had slid off and was in a messy heap at the edge of the box. As the box is cardboard the cheese fused with the cardboard making it impossible to scrap off without mixing the toppings and cardboard- it was therefore inedible. Furthermore I ordered a pizza not a heap of cheese with bread on the side. Given the cost of the meal this was shocking.I would never recommend someone order from here and I expect a refund

Pedí una pizza en 2 de enero, ya que este es mi go-to pizzería para llevar, debido a su frescura, sabores, ingredientes y servicio de alta calidad. Siguiendo mi orden que siempre mi opinión y crítica a Seb (Director), que era rápido personalmente conmigo y mirar corresponden después de que el cliente con estándares profesionales de alta!

We wanted lunch and the pizza looked so delicious from the sidewalk, we couldn’t resist. It didn’t disappoint. Authentic New York style pizza. Pleasant service, low key vibe, delicious food, ice cold Coke. Get a 20” and take home leftovers.

Me podría haber perdonado la pizza en sí casi siendo repugnante si había llegado a tiempo o era una ganga, pero era caro y tardaban años en llegar. Evitar a toda costa a menos que como indigestión y timando.

On Moscow Rd in Bayswater. Friendly staff, small room with wooden tables and seats, decent menu for size of place. 10 inch and large pizza, wet style, thin crust, tasty but drippy, use napkins. We had one in and a few days later took one to our motel room, we had the deluxe and we had the cheese and sausage, both very good, fresh, tasty. A kind word from the staff was appreciated, we were having a bad day and crawled in there, defeated, beaten down and the waitress was super kind. Made a bad day less bad.

The salad was just rocket leaves and 2 halfs of tomatoes. The second one the delivery was late, as being pregnant in 7 months and hungry was not fun to wait. I end up ordering from other restaurant as i didnt enjoy the food - as for the prices they have - it should be good quality food always.

Mi esposa y yo no seria de pizza en parte debido a una experiencia insatisfactoria durante muchos años (excepto en Italia). Bajo las recomendaciones de familiares y amigos probamos este lugar. Nos encanta tanto la pizza y espagueti que eran deliciosas y muy por encima de nuestras expectativas. El lugar es muy pequeño y nos dimos cuenta de que la mayoría de los negocios es de entrega y para llevar.
