Franco Manca Balham in Wandsworth

This is not a review but please put the Grana back into the Franco Salad! It's not the same without it :(

We were looking forward to this pizza, because we know the brand from other parts of London. But disappointing. The lady of the house could have gone crazy because she didn't have time to seat people, take orders, clean. Mr. waiter? No effort to take care of customers, he just put pizzas on the table. If they had divided areas in the restaurant like this, very bad. They forgot 3 things from the order, even though we ordered them, we had to remind ourselves. They even asked us if we ordered it. Really funny. He brought the pizza to another table and the waiter cleaned his hands at ours. No effort, would we like to order something else again. We also wanted to have dessert, but we preferred to eat elsewhere. The pizza was good. But don't worry. Skoda. The table next to him wanted to pack a takeaway pizza. They only handed over boxes. Done. Without any effort to help. We wanted to pay. Nobody noticed us. A self-service pizzeria would be a better choice. And the order in the area is "perfect" :) we probably won't come here again.

Love Franco Balham. Have been coming here for years and it still has the perfect mix of welcoming atmosphere, lovely service (Gio u r a star) and great food at reasonable prices.

My favourite Franco in the whole of London. Believe me, I’ve visited MOST OF THEM ! As a hospitality professional, Maya and the team are doing a wonderful job, I will always come back. The new menu additions are great, the tonno with the capers sauce one is a 10/10! See you soon !!!

We visited the restaurant yesterday. The guy told us that they have launched new menu. We tried their parmigiana and chicken salad. Pizza was really tasty and salad was good too. We liked the pizza more. It was quiet and cozy but hot as well. We loved it thank you. We will come back soon

I went to restaurant to claim my free pizza on Monday. Although,it was busy but we got our free pizza. Service was quick and pizza was fresh and hot. We don't often eat pizza but that pizza was very tasty. We will surely come back

Food was really good. Authentic Italian food, I order number 10 and number 9 from menu both were so amazing as It was my first time trying. Chef was very kind and explained to me what truffle base was. Service was good as well. Best atmosphere for casual day dining. Overall it was good experience.

I ordered the new bogo deal through uber. I got to know about this restaurant they make very nice Italian style pizza. pizza was very well cooked, Taste well . Hopefully, next time I will go and dine in with family

Upon arrival restaurant was empty still we offered small table front of the door when we asked the window side one they denied saying that is for 4 people Food was Good but juice wasn’t fresh while ordering we checked and we informed its Fresh.on top of that they charge 12.5% service charge Will not comeback again

I just wish they had left the onions off this time, as requested....😔 It took a while to pick off. I can't bring myself to take a ⭐ off but...

The service was terrible. The floor staff got our order wrong three times, and when we complained were treated with contempt. As one of our pizzas was not what we ordered we weren’t able to eat at the same time and no apology or compensation was given. Such a shame !

Best pizza chain in London! Their sourdough pizzas are amazing though I always go for margherita with buffalo mozzarella, nothing can beat that!

Used to love it here. Used to be well staffed with friendly faces. Now it's understaffed with rude people. Real shame as the pizza is still pretty good.

Masa desagradable. No fresco, duro, sin subida ni aire. Crust fue desagradable. ¿Parecía que la base era de otro lugar? Una cucharada de cebolla en pizza, asqueroso. Qué clase de pizza es esa. Es extraño que haya buenas críticas allí. ¿Quizás esta gente de Balham no sabe lo que es una buena pizza, o quizás un chef de turno? Mierda general.

Wonderful experience in London. I managed to eat a really good pizza with fabulous ingredients. You can see and hear that there is a search for only Italian products. Not even in Treviso have I ever eaten such good pizza!!! Worth keeping in mind in London. Highly recommended. Friendly and attentive staff and no endless waiting to eat. Too much :-)

Today I went to this pizzeria for lunch with my boyfriend, because we were in Bhalam and we stopped there. The pizza was delicious! Perfect dough, very soft, and quality ingredients. The waiters were very kind and explained the menu to us. If you pass by here, I recommend it.

Franco Manca never disappoints! This heart-shaped pizza was not only adorable but also packed with fresh, vibrant toppings like roasted tomatoes, artichokes, and pesto. As a Neapolitan, I was pleasantly surprised by their pizza. It was excellent, soft, and the dough was light. The waiters were very kind and helpful; the place is really cute! I highly recommend it to anyone who happens to pass by, as I did.

I would like to say and recommend Franco Manca Banham to everyone. It has been a long time since I felt comfortable and welcomed in a restaurant. I had a great meal with my children. After a while without going to the restaurant, we went back again on Saturday and I was very happy to return and to have been welcomed by a very kind, organized and proactive team. The pizza was great, the starters were well made, and my children loved going back to eat pizzas. I thank the entire team for giving us a great evening of pleasant family dinner.

I used to love Franco Manca, the pizzas were great, the toppings were excellent.However, the menu has changed significantly since the last time i visited - it is now just average and has lost its way. We ordered 5 pizzas - they were simply average. Never again. It is now just a typical chain one up from Pizza Hut .

Family visit to the Bedford Hill, Balham restaurant on 08//08/2024. Enjoyed lovely food with very helpful and assisting waiter, Brijesh. He was very considerate with our two toddlers and looked after us well. Will definitely visit again.

Su servicio fue absolutamente increíble durante toda la comida, a pesar de que pedimos una mesa tarde en la noche, que sé que es difícil de acomodar. Cualquier camarera que sirvió una mesa de 6 (con dos pizzas veganas) alrededor de las 10 : 00 pm el viernes 12 de julio fue la camarera más encantadora y debe ser elogiada por su amabilidad!

My wife and I organised a birthday for my son over there and we had a great experience. We booked it online, we were allowed to bring our own cake and the food + service was fantastic. We will go back if we have any other event in the future.

Me and two kids. The children's pizzas were paper thin and burnt. The service was terrible and when I asked to have a small pizza (children's menu) because I didn't want to eat a large pizza, I was told no with a judgmental look. I am Italian and honestly my pizza was absolutely nothing special.

El personal no hace contacto visual, así que nos quedamos esperando para obtener una mesa, hacer un pedido o incluso obtener nuestra factura, pero la sensación de tener derecho a agregar un cargo por servicio! ¡Qué decepcionante! ¡No volverás!

Great lunch today with my friend! We walked in and immediately we were assigned to the table we liked the most, fast and friendly service. Pizzas were great as the salads and the dips. After the coffee we were offered a limoncello! The bast way to finish my lunch! The service was excellent, go there if you want to have a great time and food!

It was a quiet lunch where the food was prepped quickly but the staff were a little slow. Like all franchises, it was good food. Place was overcrowded with tables and chairs.

This is one of the best Franco Manca’s in town - the dough is delicious, cooked at the right temperature and they’re very generous with the toppings. Highly recommended 👍🏻

Quite quiet for a Sunday. Pretty standard pizza although there were no olives left. Staff were okay but a little uninvolved. Probably having an off day.

Had lunch with a friend today and it was the perfect place for lunch . Well priced ,great service and atmosphere and delicious pizza and salad . I had run out battery on my phone which I needed for my train journey , the very helpful waiter gladly helped me out and recharged for me while I was having lunch . We shall be back , thank you
