Having used this takeaway multiple times, it never has failed to deliver on speed of delivery, temperature of food been hot, quality of food, the dough is a favorite as to the taste and cooking of it, topping choice and quality also to sides, chips and their own garlic bread also garlic sauce are definitely favourites. Absolutely for sure to return. Thank you

I went for a late night pizza collection run as myself and partner were hungry, having seen the photos and reviews online we thought we would give this a try. That was a mistake, photos nothing like the product we received, I have had 99p frozen pizzas from Aldi that were significantly better… all we wanted was a cheese and tomato pizza, we recieved a rock hard base slathered in cheese with no taste and a teaspoon of tomato spread across all 12”. The chilli cheese bites were undercooked and soggy to eat. Mmmm lovely! Look elsewhere if wanting quality food.

The absolutely worst takeaway ever. I doubt this place actually prepares any food but simply uses microwaves to heat frozen meals. I have since visited the premises and noticed that nothing is prepared from fresh. I will avoid this place at all costs in future. Also they appear to trade under different company names from the same premises.

Decided to try this place recently and was pleasantly surprised. Besides, they do the hot dog stuffed crust - my favourite.

All I can say after reading the reviews is collect the pizza yourself instead of sitting on your backside at home. You're leaving negative reviews about their pizza's but not taking into account they are being delivered by a third party company. You need to take your issues up with Just Eat and their inability to deliver a pizza. Why pay more via an app when you can go there, order fresh and cheaper over the counter and get a great pizza!

2 x 7 inch pizzas & chips cheaper than expected.

I ordered online but had my order cancelled due to no delivery drivers. Since then I’ve rang twice due to not receiving a refund and have been told both times that a manager would call be back but they never have.

No phone answer, called back about 10 times! Food says delivered! Wondering where my food went! Absolutely disgraceful!!!! Awful service!

Worst customer service ever. First, I tried to contact the restaurant because the delivery time change from 10-30mn to 30-50mn. The staff member who picked up the phone was very rude saying that he was very busy and he was trying he’s best to make my order. Then I called a second time to say that I think it’s gonna be to long so I thought it was better to cancel my order if they’re too busy, he said « okay cancel » and literally hanged up on me. Then I called again because I canceled from the app but it appeared that my order was still in process. He was so rude saying he can’t cancel and I must contact Uber Eats because they use they own drivers. He hanged up on me again. Worst customer service ever and I still didn’t get my refund.

Exceptional service, food and value for money. Firstly the customer I received this afternoon from Tanya was amazing!!! and is consistent every single time! Secondly the food is delicious and I have never been disappointed. Thirdly Millennium Bar is a jewel I am glad to have stumbled upon and now hold as firm go to favourite. Definitely a 10 out of 10 in all regards.

I’ve been recommended this place for many years, if only I knew what I was missing out on. I regret every penny spend in any other pizza shop. Stunning presentation, generous portion of cheese (cheese is very important), and arrived straight out of the oven I had to wait for it to cool down. Dropped by the shop to say thank you and their hygiene was 10/10. Excellent variety and well priced. My pizza travelled to me in a BMW which was also impressive.

Ordered for the first time through Deliveroo. I waited 1 hour after ordering and still on the preparing screen and then they claim it was delivered which it wasnt. I had received no call, I saw no one outside, the food was not left anywhere, they dont answer there phone after I call constantly when it says there open and im left starving and unable to order as most places are now shut. Utterly disappointed and will never attempt to order from here again.

I purchased two Millennium Pizza Bar pizzas through deliveroo, needless to say it didn't arrive at all. I attempted to get in touch via Google chat and I called half a dozen times, to no avail. I will never purchase from here or deliveroo again and will recommend to everyone that they avoid these services. Deliveroo refused to compensate due to the restaurant providing their own drivers - which they clearly not conduct any due diligence against to protect their customers.

Next time when your driver delivery food tell them to take the recipe with them and not litter infront of my door.

I ate and ordered from here countless times and it has never fallen short of great. Great service and staff that compliments the grea food and amazing prices. 5/5 for me, I can only recommend this place.

Awful customer service, no sense of fault and no concern on clients needs. I ordered through Uber Eats, and after waiting for 1 hour for my order to arrive (15 minutes past the estimated delivery time) The order was completely cancelled. When calling the restaurant to discuss this issue, a lady with no skills of service and no concern for clients just said I was too far (despite the fact that I had ordered from this restaurant in the past) DO NOT recommend this, food is anyway average, but the service will make you decide against it.

Avoid Thief! Delivery guy took our money in cash and my cc was used (£42.13). I did double payment plus we gave £3 tip which delivery guy claims he didn't received any cash! Manager said they will refund the money. 1 month waiting later the owner says there was no money in the money pouch so he is not going to refund. Is this a joke?? 5 people are witness and reported to the police. If refund won't happen and still believing in the thief then I'll proceed with the case. When somebody takes physically the money it doesn't mean he did not. As we students are very disappointed. Called the pizza bar and they are ignoring me. They say manager will call me back but never did. Edit: I'll tell the whole story because management tries to find excuse. I called next day because its deducted from my cc the next day. Not when I ordered. And they said cash but turned up it was complimentary. Me and other 4 guys we putted our cash together and he was next to me when he gave to the delivery guy which I WAS THERE I WAS LITERALLY NEXT TO HIM STANDING AND SEEING THAT HE GAVE TO HIM. Its unbelievable you're accusing me a liar and supporting the thief. I'll take this screen shot as evidence that you're trying to find an excuse! Thank you for proving in Google. I hope people won't be robbed by you again! Just Eat wanted to refund until you refused mister! That's why they told me to call you and talk with you which you're ignoring me! Wonder why?

Myself and my family have been ordering every weekend since the day they have opened. They have always impressed and served delicious fresh food to us and all delivered on time every time. The menu has a huge selection to choose from as well as kids menu which is Fantastic because my kids are very fussy. Thanks guys

Have eaten at Millennium pizza so many times in the past year and can’t fault it! The pizzas are simply delicious (have tried a few different toppings but we all love the margherita!). You can choose from extra thin and crispy or deep pan, but I recommend the thin crust as it is so yummy. The service is always really speedy, it’s a family-owned, friendly place, and it’s open late. Our pizza is always hot and tasty, and the huge 18” size is a real sight to behold - amazing for any pizza lovers. My son is constantly telling me that Millennium Pizza is the best - this from a little boy who is very serious about his pizza! We love Millennium Pizza!

We were a bit fearful of ordering based on some reviews, but we decided to take a leap of faith and im glad we done it. Everything went smooth, the 18inch pizza was really good, and the next day i warmed up 2 slices on the oven, and it was really good! Overall i think its a good value for money and a good service overall. You've got a client!:)

Very high quality food at affordable prices, lovely customer service with an eye for details, the 18" pizza is a real bargain and is very big! It was enough for 6 of us. I have experienced both Take away and delivery and I was impressed how quick it got delivered and also how hot it arrived!

The general manager writes his own reviews. Have a look on TripAdvisor and then ask the business for the GM's name. We had the "pleasure" of dealing with him when he told us our deliveroo order has been too late and is now in the bin and we simply wont be getting it. We were told to order directly from the business but were sent the order with a deliveroo driver 2 hours later. All that after we were shouted at by his employees, we were refused their names to enable us to complaint them they hung up on us. The same happened when the "general manager" refused us a refund while shouting on multiple occasions. I was invited to go see him at 1:30 a.m. on the premises of the CLOSED business! We were told deliveroo are closed so he wont be contacting them! We were then blamed we are trying to steal from the business and threatened we would be sued I'd we left a bad review. We were refused contacts for superiors in order to escalate the matter and were told we aren't customers but waste of time. Shady practices, feeling of undisputed dominance is exerted by the owner and your customer rights are just brought to 0. Keep away!

Burnt and inedible. The garlic bread was soft like it had been microwaved. A very rare thing to throw a pizza away but needed to with this place. Worst pizza we’ve ever eaten. Don’t waste your money!

Woefully bad. Ordered a thin base, extra large pepperoni pizza. The dough was thin, and the pizza was large, but there was near to no tomato base, which is a shame because it's the only thing on the pizza that had any flavour. The cheese was no more than 1.5mm thick across the whole thing, and was unbelievably bland, and the pepperoni was equally tasteless. The ingredients must have been either really cheap or really unfresh. Tomato base was good but was spread so thinly I was basically eating a thin layer of tasteless cheese on soggy dough. I was tricked by all the fake reviews on here and on justeat. Don't waste your money like I did! What a let down

This is my second review for this place as now I have tasted their pizza it's very hard for me to eat from any other pizza delivery as it's just not the same. They use good quality produce, make the dough fresh every day, and make the very best pizza in London. Now I know that's a big claim but if you don't believe me then try for yourselves. The thin crust is very thin (but that's what gives it its unique deliciousness) so it's better to order a size above what you would normally order but it's well worth it. I order so frequently that I now know the names of all the wonderful people working there (who always make my pizza just the way I like it) so thank you Andy, Noor and Tanya!!! I hope that you keep making your delicious pizza for many years to come!

The best pizzeria in London, came from Germany for the New Years and we stayed in premier inn Fulham, they delivered punctually and professional. Pizzas (hot dog crust 18”) was huge, fresh and really hot (heat) Will definitely be ordering again if I stay in in Fulham

(American Reviewer) I ordered two medium pizzas and I will agree, they seem a bit small even without the cheesey herb crust. It's fine though as to my husband and I, these tasted like pizzas we could purchase at an American mall or even a low-level league stadium (frozen, heated up in toaster oven, etc.) so we weren't impressed. Now, of the 3 pizza places we went to on our week vacation in England this is the only place that gave me American pepperoni. I just wish it didn't fall short on the taste of the bread, cheese, and sauce. Yes, they may say the ingredients are fresh, etc, but as far as taste to my husband and I, it fell short and if we had a freezer and microwave in our hotel, we could have purchased a frozen pizza at a store, heated it up and probably gotten similar results. They were kind over the phone and patient in trying to understand our order and I appreciate them for allowing us to add to the order and being open late to deliver to our hotel. It's a great, late-night pizza joint with pretty mediocre pizza. That's not exactly a terrible thing, so take it how you will. To each their own. If you're like me and have those late pregnancy cravings for a pizza, this place will at least tide you over until you can get some decent food in the morning. Note: they don't have parmesan cheese or red pepper flake packets, so for my fellow Americans looking for this with delivery in England, you have to go to the actual Italian restaurants for that. In response to the sassy owner's response: #1 My review did not state that you had "wood-fired pizza" I said y'all boast about "100% fresh ingredients" #2 I did request parmesan cheese more than once and when your driver arrived, he seemed to not understand me and kept saying "the cheese is on the pizza" at which point I gave up and took my order upstairs Pizzas get delivered even further than the miles you quoted and "8 minutes" it supposedly took for us to ride the elevator down, so please don't attempt to use time and temperature as an excuse as to why your pizza simply tastes mediocre to us. Not everyone will like your pizza, hence why there are many pizza places besides yours. I've had pizza delivered to me in a snowstorm in Denver, Colorado and it still tasted great. It's not the time/distance/external temperature, it's simply we didn't enjoy the taste of your company's pizza. Happy Holidays to you, I wish y'all well.

I have been in the shop before. There were neighbours saying hello, cars honking...safe to say they are doing something right! The pizza dough is always fresh and food is always hot! Never had an issue and I’ve been ordering since they opened up. The shop is very nice and has seats inside as well. Great atmosphere and I always get a free dip!

Use these guys on frequent basis. Absolutely delicious fresh and piping hot pizza's. Made great friends with all of the drivers (about 6 of them) Really impressive service on the telephone. Shame my budget wont allow me to have pizza everyday :( haha
