Spaghetti House - Westfield in Hammersmith and Fulham

Exceptional food and an even better atmosphere! The dishes were prepared to perfection, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a lovely time.

Firstly there were two waiters that were absolutely lovely. However we got there and wasn't greeted for at least 3 minutes and it wasn't busy. I asked if we should just take a seat and was told to wait longer for someone to serve as. Again there were one family of 3 in front and it was empty so not sure what the delay was about. Our waiter was very friendly but outside of the calamari the food was atrocious the spaghetti bolognese was bland it tasted off and was completely dry. I asked to change it to carbonara but the waiter didn't hear and bought me more calamari. My partners tomato macaroni with pancheta was completely hard, tasteless and now she hasn't left the bathroom. This is our first time coming here and we won't be going back.

Four of us had lunch here the other day. Was pretty busy which is always a good sign. Ordered a few starters and then mains. I had a veg pizza option which was ok. The others with me had spaghetti dishes which they enjoyed. Staff friendly and polite. Venue is nice in Westfield.

The food was delicious and the atmosphere was very nice. The staff was attentive and friendly.

It's okay but only just staff tend to ignore you, but in their defence I was told that they were under staffed most days. These guys are dealing with a high number of covers and the food tends to suffer. I would recommend eating in one of the restaurants surrounding Westfield. I had the pollo Milanese and was told by the Italian waiter it wasn't supposed to come with spaghetti and tomato and basil sauce, but chips!!! I have enclosed a screenshot of the menu.

Enjoyed a wonderful Saturday night dinner here with my family. Despite the busy Saturday night crowd, the atmosphere remained welcoming, and we had a fantastic time! The food was absolutely delicious, and the service made us feel right at home. A special thanks to Roberto for the amazing service - for the incredible tiramisu and the lovely complimentary non-alcoholic aperitif – such a thoughtful touch. Highly recommend!

Okay, not great and really expensive! Lunch for two people is not supposed to be over 60£, I don’t think so anyway.

Good quality food comparable to Italy, which is not a given in London. Impeccable service, in particular the uncommon kindness and customer care of the manager Roberto. Very pleasant environment. We'll be back.

The food was amazing and Ofcourse great customer service by Shebin he was amazing I’d really recommend the tagliatelle ai funghi e salsiccia they were incredible and calamari fritti they are so delicious and with the creamiest garlic mayo ever along side. Thank you Shebin and team it was a amazing experience.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. We waited with a 2-year-old for at least 10 minutes while the staff stood around, chatting and laughing with each other, completely ignoring the customers. When we were finally seated by an Italian guy with glasses, there was no apology or even a simple greeting — just a blunt "Where do you want to sit?" After that, we waited another 20 minutes before anyone even took our order, despite the restaurant not being full. The food was awful, and the staff, especially two Italian guys — one with a grey beard and earring, and the other with long hair and glasses — were extremely rude. I would highly recommend avoiding this place!

The lasagnas were great, and so was the bruschetta. Roberto is a very kind person and served us well. I recommend this place to eat while at Westfield shopping centre.

Waited over an hour for food manger was rude and would not speak to us or apologise when we asked the waiter to take off service charge the manger said no and still would not come and talk to us

People, please avoid this restaurant when you are visiting Westfield Whitecity Center, you can't even call it a restaurant, the food has the worst taste I've ever had in my life, the plates were dirty with the chef's fingerprints, the pizza was disaster, the pasta consistency was like it was cooked couple of days ago and just heated in the microwave, the gorgonzola cheese on a warm pasta turned into a mixture of margarine and sludge, the only light point was the really kind and friendly waiter, everything else was such a dissapointment and giving 60 pounds for 3 dishes was an unforgiven food crime!

Ali was very attentive to us throughout our meal and was always warm and welcoming.

Yesterday I visited your restaurant and had seafood linguine which was suggested by shebin and it was a very good experience I had in my life. I even gotta chance to meet the Manager Mr.Roberto who gave a friendly atmosphere. He greeted me with a warm welcome in Italian way. For sure, I gonna suggest this restaurant to my family and friends.I will definitely visit again here to experience different food.

I was on my way to Nando’s in Westfield and I saw that this restaurant was next to it and I had heard so many good things I thought I would give it a try I was greeted by a very nice person who lead me to my table and complimented me then the moment I sat down and took one look at the menu my server walked over with out me even sitting down for 1 minute asking if I am ready to order and I thought ok thats ok I guess but it made me feel rushed then I make my order and ask for 2 drinks a bottle of water and a sparkling orange juice I got brought my water within 2 minutes and I never saw my orange juice I only received it after asking once my food arrived I also asked for garlic bread but was just given plain bread no hint of garlic at all then my food arrived and I ordered 2 pasta dishes one carbonara and one bolognaise and to my understanding when one orders pasta in a restaurant they ask straight away would you like some cheese I had to go out of my way to ask for cheese then I was left for 10 mins waiting for the cheese to arrive while my food went cold and I didn’t see any food highgene the lady was clearing a table then after setting down the dirty plates and cutlery came over with out washing her hands and started grating my cheese and it had a very weird smell not like a normal block of Parmesan cheese it smelled like blue cheese yet it was supposed to be Parmesan and then when it came time to pay the bill a server came over didn’t ask how the food was or anything just said how you paying split check or are you paying for it all and I thought it was very rude

My wife and I ate here for lunch today and shared the Spaghetti Bolognese and it was horrendous. We went in because everywhere else had a long line and we walked right in here. It should have been a warning. Our shared spaghetti, water, and Coke Zero was £40 and the best part of the meal was the bottled water. I rarely review places, but I’m absolutely shocked at the positive reviews and question if any of the people reviewing the spaghetti positively have ever had spaghetti anywhere else because microwave spagbol from every grocery store is actually better. London has many outstanding Italian places and this isn’t one of them. On the bright side, the staff and atmosphere were nice.

Shoutout to Ali He was the only staff member to greet me and my party, even taking out a high chair for my daughter without being prompted. He put our order in perfectly and was able to advise some dishes for us to try too. Loved it will deffo come back just for him He was so attentive and sweet. Muy caro para una lasaña al microondas. Me apetecía algo de comida italiana, ya que estábamos en Westfield pensamos que lo intentaríamos aquí. Debí darme cuenta que el restaurante estaba vacío y es sábado por la noche. Pedí 2 morretti grandes, pero no los tenía, así que vinieron con 2 botellas regulares de algo más. Pedí dos lasaña y unas patatas fritas y pan de ajo. La comida salió en poco tiempo, lo que no era de buen augurio y llegó hirviendo caliente y un poco seco. Me comí la mía mientras me moría de hambre, mucha pimienta negra para darle un poco de sabor, pero mi esposa dejó la suya. Soy del norte, pero 95 libras por una comida en el microondas cada uno un par de cervezas cada uno y un pedido de acompañamiento cada uno. Realmente no vale la pena y probablemente no volveremos, teniendo en cuenta que tuvimos hamburguesas Byron el día anterior, que era delicioso y la mitad del precio

I visited this restaurant in the heart of Westfield a few days ago for lunch. The food was delicious (I would recommend the carbonara!) and the waiters could not have done more for us. Overall, excellent service and very tasty food. Slightly on the pricier side, but I suppose that comes with eating in London!

Absolutely rubbish! I ordered cacio e pepe, got uncooked pasta, when I showed them they said it is al dente😂 service was horrible. When I asked for a replacement they brought me a proper al dente cooked pasta but the sauce was watery. Had the same dish in their oxford street branch and it was great. Obviously I did not eat it and of course they charged me for it. The only thing they offered is to bring me another pasta - if I wanted a carbonara or something else I would have ordered that. If you cannot make a proper cacio e pepe remove it from the menu. Rubbish!! Their pizza was soggy and cold as well. Avoid at all costs!

I went there before but that time I didn’t get good service but this time it was phenomenal… The food was served by really professional and positive lady named Riya.. She recommended us the different dishes and we really enjoyed her recommendation.. definitely gonna come back here..👍🏻

I've tried Bolognese spaghetti. It was not what i was expected. The spaghetti was chewy and was not cooked well. The air con was cold and the food got cold immediately. You can have these food even better from M&S for £3. The flavour was very simple.

I have known "Spaghetti House" for a long time, as I used to go to some of their places in Central London years ago. This time we (4 of us) dined there twice on 20 and 21 May as we were staying in a hotel nearby. The first time we all had pizzas, which were excellent. The second time we had different things, which we also liked. All the waiters that served us were very pleasant and efficient, they made us feel like "at home". The decor of the place etc is nice but because the mall closes early, there weren't many customers, so the "atmosphere" was a bit quiet. We would go back there if we are ever in that part of London again. Lucy

I recently dined at Spaghetti House in Westfield London and unfortunately, it was a deeply disappointing experience. The atmosphere was overshadowed by the unpleasant behavior of the manager, Laura, who treated the staff poorly, even causing one waitress to cry. This created a tense and uncomfortable environment for both employees and customers alike. Additionally, the food left much to be desired, with the carbonara resembling dry pasta with an unappealing flavor. Overall, it was a regrettable visit, and I hope the management addresses these issues to improve the dining experience for future patrons.

HORRIBLE INDIAN LADY MANAGER - IF YOU HAVE HIGH BP DONT EAT HERE - Hi , my husband and I dined in on 5/5/24 around 6:30pm. We ordered the spaghetti con polpettine( meatball ) sharing bowl, we were really hungry. The meatball was really salty and my husband has high blood pressure. We only ate 2 meatballs it was REALLY SALTY even for a normal person. The waiter had confirmed this by stating many people complained and we told the kitchen . He said you can speak to the manager . We let it go as a one off paid the full bill .After awhile my husband was feeling uneasy and he went to inform the manager Indian lady . She didn’t even care !!!!!when he mentioned the food was very salty. Her approach and sorry attitude came only when he mentioned he is BP patient who takes medication and managed through lifestyle . I went and told her you should atleast put in the menu.( salty- pre-made). To that her response : a) your husband should have known after the first bite . To that my response was well he did when he cut the meatball and put that on its own in the mouth. They should have asked any dietary needs ? I wonder if the item had nut and someone had a nut allergy would she say the same . B) when I mentioned to her what her WAITING STAFF said her response was well STAFF don’t know what they are saying , they are BLABBERING . I can’t believe two or more staff would say the same thing . If so she should tell the store owner. I swear if anything had happened medically to him ,I would have called 999 and made a scene. I normal don’t even give reviews .

Sorry to say but I have bad experience today. No management no proper service. The Manager shouted on staff members in front of customers. Its really discustting. If manager don't behave like manager how you teach your staff members. I will never recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Went to the restaurant for the first time… I had high hopes for this one but food was average and the service was terrible… the lady manager was too rude with customers and with the staff too… I was enjoying my evening with family but due to horrible service my evening is ruined… Thanks for the bad experience I will make sure to mention this experience with my family and friends..

First time trying this place and I was pleasantly surprised. Firstly the customer service was absolutely amazing (Ali) came and took care of me and my friend. He gave us recommendations and my god the food taste amazing to the point we had a food coma from the amount of food we tried. Would recommend the lasagne to anyone coming here was cooked to perfection. Ali made sure our drinks were never empty. Attentive service! Would definitely come back.

An Italian restaurant with the chance to sit both inside and outside. If you sat outside, it was close to people running into the chairs where we were sitting. Good pizzas and otherwise good food. A bit too noisy if you are going to sit outside

I can say that the pizza i ate in spaghetti house is in the top 5 pizzas i ate in my life. Service was so great the employees was so great and respectful. Atmosphere was so good the place was quiet and has a nice vibes

I went for an early dinner with my brother. Service was very pleasant and efficient. Food was very good and the staff were very relaxed about us taking our time. The food was very tasty and well prepared. I wasn't too sure about Pollo alla Milanese coming with chips as I think it usually sits on a bed of spaghetti in tomato sauce but nevertheless, no complaints.

Waited 30 minutes from being seated to having our drinks order taken and no water was brought to the table despite asking. Poor table service all round. Food quality was poor and took a long while to be served; the lasagna was incredibly oily and the carbonara was bland. To top off our experience the restaurant adds a 13.5% service charge to the bill which is noted as discretionary on the receipt but isn’t actually discretionary. We wouldn’t recommend going as there are plenty of other nice places to eat which aren’t over priced in the shopping centre.

Very very bad .. the food was worse. I ordered tagliolini allo scoglio and my bff ordered linguine gamberi e zucchine.. and it was one of the worse pasta we ever tried in our life. Disgusting .. I don't recommend it..

Went there after many months and the previous management, which was very friendly and treasured customers, is gone. The new management could not care less about us. I had a very bad experience a couple of days ago and ended up eating a Wahaha instead (which was ok). So I expect this new management to sink the gem that this restaurant was. All staff are gone, so what to expect… my wife and I have decided to never go there again 🙁 ---- Update after the restaurant response: The behaviour of the owner is nothing seen before elsewhere. I really hope that that you learn to treat customers the way you should. You just burned a repeating customer as we use to dine there 3 out of 4 times we went to Westfield. Good luck!

Service was good. Did not wait too long for the food. The waiters and waitress' were attentative. The coffee was very good. Negatives - The spaghetti we ordered was absolutely bland and the prawns smelt fishy meaning they were not fresh. The broccoli was drenched in garlic, oil and butter - they serve better tenderstem broccoli in Nandos. The fried calamari was okay, I am just not sure why one calamari was placed in the sauce for decoration. One of the glasses we were given had an eggy smell to it. For the quality of food we were given it was overpriced indeed.

Service was terrible. One of the managers was extremely rude to us when the wrong order was brought out to us and we mentioned it. He was very condescending even though they were at fault. Our starters came out after our main. Three out of four dishes ordered were stone cold by the time they arrived at our table.

We went here today and despite being very short staffed (on Mother's Day) the service was still very good. The food was lovely and the potion sizes were generous. The only negative was how close together the tables are.

We booked a Mother’s Day meal weeks ago after having a really nice meal at Spaghetti House in Central London. When we arrived we were greeted by the manager putting her hand out to us saying “ we’re not excepting any walkings. I had to let her know we have a booking and that’s not how you greet your customers. She then continued to want to argue with me, that her staff haven’t had a break. How people keep turning up without bookings and she has had to turn them away. As a Manager I felt she should have been professional and asked if we have a booking first!! To be honest we should have left from then, but felt as though we wouldn’t be able to get a table anywhere else on Mother’s Day. What I couldn’t understand was why she was turning away customers when the restaurant was empty. She only had 5 bookings, us included. They only had one other seated couple. A private children party in the rear. When seated we were given the menu, had a lovely female waitress who took our order. Which consisted of 2 glasses of Prosecco’s , 1 bottle of water and two calamari and two pasta dishes. My mother had to ask for lemons to go with the calamari which was so rubbery and cold , Mum commented she’s had better at Miller & Carter. We was half way through when the waiter brought over our main. My mother’s pasta was rock hard, it wasn’t fresh the sauce looked like had been sitting under hot plate light for an hour. We had to send the dishes back. It was so disappointing as we had no where else to go, everywhere else was booked up. The Manager didn’t even come over to offer anything else or apologise. The waiter apologised on behalf of her.

I hardly write a bad review about the places ! Unfortunately this place everything went wrong, we ordered a bottle of rose wine took about 20-25 minutes to arrive but warm! I wanted to leave the place but my husband wants to be polite and stay. once the food arrives chicken was dry and burnt salad way too salty, we didn’t complain and pay our bills £120 but I’ve mention to the waiter . Never return again.
