Well Overpriced for a microwaved lasagne. Fancied some Italian food, as we were in Westfield thought we would try here. Should've realised as the restaurant was empty and it's a Saturday evening. Ordered 2 large morretti's, but didn't have them so they came with 2 regular bottles of something else. Ordered two lasagne and some chips and cheesy garlic bread. Food came out in no time at all, which didn't bode well and arrived boiling hot and a bit dry. I ate mine as i was starving, plenty of black pepper to give it some taste but my wife left hers. I'm from up north, but £95 for a microwaved meal each a couple of beers each and a side order each. Really isn't worth it and probably won't be going back, considering we had byron burgers the day before which was delicious and half the price

I can’t recommend this highly enough!! The carbonara was the best I’ve ever tasted!! I have never felt so happy eating anything! Afterwards I felt energised instead of sluggish the way a meal would usually make me feel. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the ambience perfect! I will definitely be back!!

I visited this restaurant in the heart of Westfield a few days ago for lunch. The food was delicious (I would recommend the carbonara!) and the waiters could not have done more for us. Wonderful afternoon in Spaghetti house Westfield. The Spaghetti delicious our grandson has eated the wole dish!!! The lasagne fantastic. Absolutely rubbish! I ordered cacio e pepe, got uncooked pasta, when I showed them they said it is al dente😂 service was horrible. When I asked for a replacement they brought me a proper al dente cooked pasta but the sauce was watery. Had the same dish in their oxford street branch and it was great. Obviously I did not eat it and of course they charged me for it. The only thing they offered is to bring me another pasta - if I wanted a carbonara or something else I would have ordered that. If you cannot make a proper cacio e pepe remove it from the menu. Rubbish!! Their pizza was soggy and cold as well. Avoid at all costs!

I've tried Bolognese spaghetti. It was not what i was expected. The spaghetti was chewy and was not cooked well. The air con was cold and the food got cold immediately. You can have these food even better from M&S for £3. The flavour was very simple.

I have known "Spaghetti House" for a long time, as I used to go to some of their places in Central London years ago. This time we (4 of us) dined there twice on 20 and 21 May as we were staying in a hotel nearby. The first time we all had pizzas, which were excellent. The second time we had different things, which we also liked. All the waiters that served us were very pleasant and efficient, they made us feel like "at home". The decor of the place etc is nice but because the mall closes early, there weren't many customers, so the "atmosphere" was a bit quiet. HORRIBLE INDIAN LADY MANAGER - IF YOU HAVE HIGH BP DONT EAT HERE - Hi , my husband and I dined in on 5/5/24 around 6:30pm. We ordered the spaghetti con polpettine( meatball ) sharing bowl, we were really hungry. The meatball was really salty and my husband has high blood pressure. We only ate 2 meatballs it was REALLY SALTY even for a normal person. The waiter had confirmed this by stating many people complained and we told the kitchen . He said you can speak to the manager . We let it go as a one off paid the full bill .After awhile my husband was feeling uneasy and he went to inform the manager Indian lady . She didn’t even care !!!!!when he mentioned the food was very salty. Her approach and sorry attitude came only when he mentioned he is BP patient who takes medication and managed through lifestyle . I went and told her you should atleast put in the menu.( salty- pre-made). To that her response : a) your husband should have known after the first bite . To that my response was well he did when he cut the meatball and put that on its own in the mouth. They should have asked any dietary needs ? I wonder if the item had nut and someone had a nut allergy would she say the same . B) when I mentioned to her what her WAITING STAFF said her response was well STAFF don’t know what they are saying , they are BLABBERING . I can’t believe two or more staff would say the same thing . If so she should tell the store owner. I swear if anything had happened medically to him ,I would have called 999 and made a scene. I normal don’t even give reviews .

First time trying this place and I was pleasantly surprised. Firstly the customer service was absolutely amazing (Ali) came and took care of me and my friend. He gave us recommendations and my god the food taste amazing to the point we had a food coma from the amount of food we tried. Would recommend the lasagne to anyone coming here was cooked to perfection. Ali made sure our drinks were never empty. Attentive service! Would definitely come back.

I went for an early dinner with my brother. Service was very pleasant and efficient. Food was very good and the staff were very relaxed about us taking our time. The food was very tasty and well prepared. I wasn't too sure about Pollo alla Milanese coming with chips as I think it usually sits on a bed of spaghetti in tomato sauce but nevertheless, no complaints.

Waited 30 minutes from being seated to having our drinks order taken and no water was brought to the table despite asking. Poor table service all round. Food quality was poor and took a long while to be served; the lasagna was incredibly oily and the carbonara was bland. To top off our experience the restaurant adds a 13.5% service charge to the bill which is noted as discretionary on the receipt but isn’t actually discretionary. We wouldn’t recommend going as there are plenty of other nice places to eat which aren’t over priced in the shopping centre.

Went there after many months and the previous management, which was very friendly and treasured customers, is gone. The new management could not care less about us. I had a very bad experience a couple of days ago and ended up eating a Wahaha instead (which was ok). So I expect this new management to sink the gem that this restaurant was. All staff are gone, so what to expect… my wife and I have decided to never go there again 🙁 ---- Update after the restaurant response: The behaviour of the owner is nothing seen before elsewhere. I really hope that that you learn to treat customers the way you should. You just burned a repeating customer as we use to dine there 3 out of 4 times we went to Westfield. Good luck!

Service was good. Did not wait too long for the food. The waiters and waitress' were attentative. The coffee was very good. Negatives - The spaghetti we ordered was absolutely bland and the prawns smelt fishy meaning they were not fresh. The broccoli was drenched in garlic, oil and butter - they serve better tenderstem broccoli in Nandos. The fried calamari was okay, I am just not sure why one calamari was placed in the sauce for decoration. One of the glasses we were given had an eggy smell to it. For the quality of food we were given it was overpriced indeed.

We booked a Mother’s Day meal weeks ago after having a really nice meal at Spaghetti House in Central London. When we arrived we were greeted by the manager putting her hand out to us saying “ we’re not excepting any walkings. I had to let her know we have a booking and that’s not how you greet your customers. She then continued to want to argue with me, that her staff haven’t had a break. How people keep turning up without bookings and she has had to turn them away. As a Manager I felt she should have been professional and asked if we have a booking first!! To be honest we should have left from then, but felt as though we wouldn’t be able to get a table anywhere else on Mother’s Day. What I couldn’t understand was why she was turning away customers when the restaurant was empty. She only had 5 bookings, us included. They only had one other seated couple. A private children party in the rear. When seated we were given the menu, had a lovely female waitress who took our order. Which consisted of 2 glasses of Prosecco’s , 1 bottle of water and two calamari and two pasta dishes. My mother had to ask for lemons to go with the calamari which was so rubbery and cold , Mum commented she’s had better at Miller & Carter. We was half way through when the waiter brought over our main. My mother’s pasta was rock hard, it wasn’t fresh the sauce looked like had been sitting under hot plate light for an hour. We had to send the dishes back. It was so disappointing as we had no where else to go, everywhere else was booked up. The Manager didn’t even come over to offer anything else or apologise. The waiter apologised on behalf of her.

I hardly write a bad review about the places ! Unfortunately this place everything went wrong, we ordered a bottle of rose wine took about 20-25 minutes to arrive but warm! I wanted to leave the place but my husband wants to be polite and stay. once the food arrives chicken was dry and burnt salad way too salty, we didn’t complain and pay our bills £120 but I’ve mention to the waiter . Never return again.

So It’s haft term! I came with my daughters for a nice meal and the service was awful!! The food was okay! Not the best but They took ages to take my orders after so many times calling any members of the staff, the staff looked very untrained with zero costumer service approach! They didn’t work as a team!! Including the Italian manager… I didn’t leave a service charger because I think they didn’t deserve it! The waitress who took my payment made a comment to the manager about it….I think it’s very important when you work in the hospitality industry to trained the staff so to have happy costumers.

Very low staffed so therefore we got next to no customer service, however they kept accepting new customers when they couldn’t handle the customers already waiting for help. It took 15 minutes for them to give us a coke, and ended up flat and we sent it back. Mains came when we were halfway through starters and they shoved them on our table without saying a word. And didn’t take our starter plate until 10 minutes after we had finished our mains. We very quickly asked for the bill. Food was bland, and hardly warm, very disappointing

They spoke with the manager about it when he finished I ask him: I m really sorry but as you can see we are still eating our starter and the pasta is here already here and the pasta is already cold , his replying was to talk with his staff members and said “ you see one table complain and everyone complain “ He didn’t apologies he just tell us I can heat up the pasta and I was shocked how you can serve the pasta like that, and he told me what you want to me to do . As a manager I don’t expect him talk with the customers like that. He doesn’t have a customer skills at all . We eat the pasta anyway because we were hungry even if was cold and not nice . Quick to help and let us enjoy our food. Kind and courteous people. Nice place to eat and would recommend ( watermelon splash drink is recommended )

I highly recommend this restaurant because of the excellent service (extremely fast) and the really friendly staff. The food is absolutely fantastic and very tasty. It is quite pricey but it’s worth it. I would highly suggest it.

Had lunch with my partner yesterday. Got seated quite quickly which was nice, but when a server came to take orders (two tables, one behind us, one right beside us), he completely ignored us despite us saying we were ready to order. Came back 5 minutes later, took our orders. Starters and mains, starters were quite tasty, probably the best bit of the entire meal. Drinks came just before, ordered orange juice and got a small, thin high-ball glass of warm orange juice with an ice cube in it, really unpleasant. Mains were lukewarm, sauces were bland and beyond greasy as well as there being way too much sauce altogether. We had no server come to check on our food, if we had we'd have sent both dishes back (neither table nearest to us got any attention either). Bill comes in at just shy of £60, which included a mandated 13.5% gratuity to the staff. This is the bit that has me most irritated. Poor service does not constitute a tip, let alone a forced, flat-rate gratuity that you cannot opt out of. We had a server at our table 3 times through 2 courses, including the seating - this is poor at best, lazy and incompetent at worst. Absolutely wouldn't come back here, this used to be a good restaurant years ago but it's gone so far south, and there's plenty of other food options in the shopping centre.

Alors malheureusement nous sommes arrivés au restaurant et celui-ci avait un problème technique en cuisine qui ne serait rétablie que 40 minutes après notre arrivée . Pendant ces 40 minutes nous n'avons ni carte ni boisson ni commande ni même couverts ou verres pour notre repas. Nous avons dû les demander par nous même aux serveurs limite endormie . Et nous voyons continuellement passe des assiettes devant nous avec même les serveurs qui mangeait. Lors de nos 40 minutes d'attente nous avons été au toilette et que ne fus pas notre surprise de découvrir de la vaisselle au toilette, un endroit assez atypique pour la ranger. Donc une fois les 40 minutes d'attente comme dit a l'arrivée et 20 minutes d'attente en plus, nos assiettes de pâtes arrivent enfin , nous avons donc deux assiettes de pâtes de bolognaise qui était assez bonne étonnamment et un assiette de pâte carbonara qui elle était fade et tiède, mais assez petite. Bref un restaurant de centre commercial et non de la grande cuisine comme on pourrait si attendre vu le prix ( 17€ les pâtes bolognaise et 19 € les pâtes carbonara) donc assez cher pour la qualité et la quantité. So unfortunately we arrived at the restaurant and it had a technical problem in the kitchen that would be restored only 40 minutes after our arrival. During these 40 minutes we have no menu or drink or order or even cutlery or glasses for our meal. We had to ask for them ourselves at the sleepy limit servers. And we see continually passes plates in front of us with even waiters who ate. During our 40 minutes of waiting we went to the toilet and that was not our surprise to discover crockery to the toilet, a rather atypical place to store it. So once the 40 minutes of waiting as said on arrival and 20 minutes of waiting in addition, our pasta plates finally arrive , so we have two plates of bolognese pasta that was surprisingly good and a plate of carbonara dough that was bland and warm, but quite small. In short a shopping center restaurant and not great cuisine as one could so much expect given the price (17 € Bolognese pasta and 19 € carbonara pasta) so quite expensive for the quality and quantity.

Já começou a frustração na fila… Diversas mesas livres e eles fazendo esperar ( muita gente desistiu e foi embora nesse meio tempo) ( as mesas não estavam reservadas) Pedi três pratos e veio apenas dois, quando questionei sobre o terceiro eles não haviam nem anotado… Não voltaria nunca mais.

Easily the most horrible restaurant I've ever eaten at. We were there 28/12/23. We waited a while and saw staff walking around and not attending to us, one lady even made her way towards us then almost did a 'syke' gesture as she placed something on the waiting stand and returned behind the bar. When we eventually got seated the same lady came to take our orders and with her service we immediately felt uneasy. We should have left then. We then waited forever and a day to be served bland pasta dishes that were horrible and cold and somewhat undercooked. We considered leaving, we really should have. I woke up the next morning feeling sick with a horrendous tummy ache and explosive diarrhea. Can't believe I paid for that disgusting experience. Only silver lining is we were able to discourage a family from eating as we were leaving, thus saving them from a similar or worse fate.

Waiter forgot to put our order in and we had to ask for our food 3 times, it eventually came after 1 hour. My one year old was so hungry. The food wasn’t cooked fully, the manager was walking around eating cheese avoiding eye contact with us. The waiter went on his lunch and then came back in with his hands up saying “what’s the problem” Absolutely awful service would not recommend.

The food was really bland. The burger had absolutely no taste; quality of the burger was on par with any local cheap burger shop and similar with the aracini we had ordered. The chocolate cake was satisfactory and the service provided was excellent.

Went in at 7 pm, relying on Google's 8 pm closing time. Despite the place being fairly quiet with vacant tables, two members of staff made eye contact but failed to approach. Waited a few minutes, but no service. Left promptly. Couldn't help but feel a touch of possible bias against us Asians. Quite disappointing, really.

The best pasta in London: perfectly cooked and beautifully presented. I adore Italian cuisine and am always on the lookout for delectable dishes. Spaghetti House crafts an impeccable zucchini linguine with king prawns, and they can prepare it without chilli, which I firmly believe has no place in Italian food. The dish offers a smooth, light, and creamy aftertaste; the pasta is al dente, and the prawns are tender. Strongly recommend!

Despite on reviews we have decided to go there - and made the right choice. Pizza was good enough, my friends ordered burger and chips, and they liked it. Salad was good as well! So nothing really special to say about this place - but we really enjoyed our dinner there. Also - it was 8 of us and staff friendly put tables for us to sit together. Good service.

It was a busy Saturday so I can understand that we had to wait before our order was taken (without a smile) but there is room for improvement service-wise … The manager was there and it was his second day at this branch. We ordered a bottle of wine: it was brought to our table but no offer to have somebody from our party tasting it, not even showing the bottle to make sure it was the right one and left unopened in its cooler … Then 3 plates arrived out of 4, and the 4th one arrived quite a long time after: don’t they know that they should bring all meals at once? Suddenly, a waitress took 2 plates away from our table while 2 of us were still eating, very weird … and also some waiters were bringing plates to the tables on a trolley. Food was average, we were not offered any pepper or parmesan cheese on top of our pasta, and the additional 13,5% automatically added to the bill was a bad surprise (I guess all restaurants in UK now do this). Not the best experience, we will not return.

Went for lunch and supervisor Ali made me and a friend feel very welcome, advised about dietary restrictions and overall provided a superb customer service throughout. The food came hot and the wait wasn't long. Reasonable variety of vegan options including pasta dishes, starters and pizza. Clean and nicely decorated, on the quiet side since it's away from the busy food court downstairs. Lovely staff overall and will be visiting again.

Honestly, it's decent for Italian food but not great or anything to rave about. If you want decent Italian, then go for it. If you want good authentic Italian, then look elsewhere. I only eat here if I'm in Westfields, but I wouldn't come to Westfields specifically to eat here.

Lovely ambience, lovely staff! Ali, one of the supervisors was so welcoming and friendly! He really is an asset to your business……..in the world of hospitality, good staff are hard to find and keep! Ali was the epitome of great customer service. My friend and I enjoyed a glass of wine and had a great chat with Ali who gave us his time…….time is so important as many staff just don’t do that anymore.
