Fantastic night tonight for my mother’s birthday; great food and selection of drinks, and our server Kat was lovely and patient with the kids. Birthday cake at the end was a nice touch too. 10/10 no notes

A party of 20 for a special birthday family celebration. Booked in advance. Sent orders in advance. What a shambles. Service was slow and poor, food came out with long periods between each diners meal resulting in some sitting for ages waiting for their food whilst others finished theirs. . Food was awful except pizzas and garlic breads and salad. Manager was uncooperative when discussing issues. When food was sent back it was recooked not replaced. Atmosphere was flat. Not recommended.

We only booked for one night, (9 Oct 24) but that was enough on checking we had to pay again simply because Hotels.com had not paid for it. It took me six days to get that back only after threatening them with the charge back. The card details they had were incorrect and would not accept that I did not have that card, but after two days they said oh we are awfully sorry for the mistake, we will refund your money as soon as possible. The next morning, we went for breakfast the restaurant was closed Doors locked, but then my wife noticed a woman running down the street round the back of the restaurant & inside and unlock door do you want breakfast? yes, was my reply, we entered got offered in a glass bottle, fizzy mango or mandarin drink would you like for English? Breakfast? Was my reply? When is arrived? It was one of each item that you normally get with a full English breakfast, the coffee was drinkable, It tasted a bit like Turkish coffee but about three times stronger, I like my coffee strong and black but even I couldn’t drink it it was so bitter it was unreal. Thank you to you, I believe she was the lady coming to Service bedrooms that were being vacated that day but made an effort which is more than I can say for the hotel itself. Answers to questions below the answers we have are not there certainly would describe it as luxury fairly adequate would certainly apply, The room I have to say was okay but this Hotel really does need to think about what it is trying to do if the year was 1955 it might just about be OK, (checking in was done on a piece of A4 printing paper) but in 2024 it does not come up to anywhere near the standard of anybody’s expectations. I have to say, I would not recommend this hotel/restaurant to anybody unless you are absolutely desperate steer well clear.

Attention SCAM! Terrible experience!! Shortly before arriving at the property, they sent me an email saying they had canceled my reservation, I called for clarification and they hung up, leaving me stranded. I highly recommend not booking.

Went in to get a travel mug, priced at 13.50 on the shelf and the till wanted to charge me 14. Not a big deal but staff said they can’t adjust. 1 star just to get them to notice this and check their pricing and make sure that their on floor pricing matches the till pricing.

Best pizza place in Muswell Hill. You can often walk in, order and eat in or take away in five minutes. Mozzarella is good quality and the crusts are perfect.

Was scared to order after reading reviews. But there is my experience: Make a pre-order for late evening, pizza and chicken was in time . Everything was hot and tasty . Nothing wrong with it. Forget to take a photo, but will make it next time and will update my review. Thanks !

Shocking experience tonight, a Wednesday evening, ordered on just eat for delivery. The restaurant phone us to say they don’t deliver to our address even though it’s all gone through on just eat. Then they say ok they can do it. An hour later we are still wondering where our food is, I rang the restaurant and spoke to a young girl who didn’t have a single clue about anything and had no phone customer service at all. The manager then grabbed the phone with an abrupt “hello I am the manger” and stated the delivery driver couldn’t find our address (not had this issue before) and the pizza went cold so she went back and they are making a new order to deliver with a different driver which will be another half an hour. No one thought to ring us and let us know? I cancelled the order because waiting an hour and a half for a pizza on a Wednesday night with a rude manager and useless staff is absurd.

I’ve been getting takeaways from here since I was a kid, and it’s by far the best pizza in Bradford. The pizza is just as tasty as it was on day one. However, the chips have been disappointing the last 3-4 times I’ve ordered, they’re soggy and oily. Not sure what’s changed, but the quality hasn’t been great recently.

Never went as closed falsely advertises its open when I called said they are only open on event days

The chicken wings are absolutely awful! No crispiness at all just mushy and really cheap quality. Tried to call about this and they weren't helpful at all.

Went with some friends for an evening meal and was thoroughly disappointed. The food is basically pub grub - nothing wrong with that, but here they’re charging 3x what a pub would. £28 for a thin rib eye steak, that I asked to be cooked medium rare was presented well done. I sent it back and asked that the replacement be rare, but this too was mostly all well done with barely any pink meat. At this point I gave up and just ate it. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Bristol has lots of great restaurants, so go and check out some of those.
