The best restaurants serving Italian food in England

Everyone enjoyed their food, my seafood was excellent, staff were friendly and attentive and the decor looked nice as well.

Siamo stati a cena durante la nostra vacanza londinese e siamo stati benissimo. La pizza e’ buonissima con ottimi ingredienti e materie prime. Bravissimo lo chef italiano Fabrizio e ottimo il servizio con Alessandro che ringraziamo tanto. Locale super consigliato! Noi siamo già tornati!

Firstly, the staff were so rude, we were waiting for ages for someone to notice us. Then they forgot to put our order through which I understand but after it finally came out it was left on the side for 10 minutes to go cold. It was then brought over to us and the food was not nice at all. It wasn’t even busy but the service was terrible and the 2 members of staff just looked so unhappy.

Ambiente accogliente, molto bravi tutti e proprietario molto gentile. Ho mangiato un’ottima pasta insieme a mia mamma, se dovessi mai ripassare da Chippenham Sì andrei di nuovo sicuramente!

Popped in for a quick meal before going to the cinema. I am gluten free so checked in advance to see if they did gluten free pizza which they did. Service was excellent, very efficient and fast. I ordered tuna and garlic on gluten free pizza base and it was excellent. There was the usual coeliac tax to get the base gluten free. This was an additional £3 but given the normal pizzas were so cheap the overall cost wasn't as bad as some places. Pizza was brilliant and huge, served super quick. My partner who eats gluten commented that they would not have realised that it was gluten free. His pizza which was a diabolo was also great. We will be back.

My sister booked a table for lunch at 2pm. We were shown to a filthy table with food on the seats and were just ignored. We waited for 20 minutes and nobody even offered us a drink or came to take our order. We ended up walking out. We went to Zizzi’s instead and had a lovely meal in a clean restaurant. Absolutely awful!

Wow what can I say from the minute we arrived treated so well nothing was a problem food amazing deano ,Maria and Jo Jo unbelievable there customer service above and beyond highly recommend this restaurant and thank u jojo for the lift home see u soon xx

Service was good but the food was not. Seated under an air conditioner blowing cold air so we asked to move - not a great start :-/ Food came fairly quickly but we got the impression it was reheated not fresh. Salmon past Rigatoni was dry and lacking content. Chicken with white wine did not have enough sauce and the baked potato was very small. Glad we at least had a 50% off voucher as prices are obviously over inflated so they can regularly use offers to entice customers. Still not worth it though which is disappointing.

The food came quick, but when we ordered a messy ice cream tripal chocolate, it did not come and was replaced by a salted caramel. I asked 2 wiater, and they both said that it was a tripal chocolate, so I ate it and it ternd out that it was a salted caramel. I'm very upset about this and will not go back in a hurry. You should be ashamed at what they did

Always an excellent choice, great menu and a lovely specials board. Fast service by friendly staff. Great value and in a good location for us.

I have been here with my partner a random afternoon. The venue is very nice and staff very welcoming and friendly. The manager Patricia and the waiter Vincenzo were very professional and knowledgeable. Food is very nice and amazing pizza and this one is the best place we had in London recenlty. Will see you soon.

I visited the restaurant on Saturday 25th Feb as part of a large group (50+people). Now I understand that 50 people arriving at the same time is a bit of a nightmare but, as I understand it, Marco was given all of our menu choices in advance. Anyway, we arrived at 7pm and received our starter at 8.20pm. This wasn't a huge issue as we were enjoying the company of our friends, however as the night went on it meant that some had finished their meals and others hadn't even had their mains, some never got them and left. The waitresses did their best to calm the waters and generally the mood was OK despite the obvious problems. The food when it did arrive was acceptable, but I had expected slightly better than acceptable to be honest. We asked for parmesan and was told there wasnt any tonight. Some on our table didn't eat their mains as they said it was bland and left before their deserts. As I say, I get 50 people is a bit of a logistical nightmare but surely the restaurant should have been prepared for that? All in all I would advise not to visit if you're in a large group.

I love this restaurant but there is a very unhelpful woman working for them with zero customer service. I live just around the corner and love going there and spending my money but this woman has completely ruined it for me. I shall spend my money elsewhere from now on.

my self and my Fianc'ee come here once a month for date night and every time, we receive great service & amazing food. recently we booked on 14th Oct. We were running slightly late (called up to let the restaurant know) no trouble at all. Ritesh was serving us, he knows our order of drinks and remembers my Fianc'ee is gluten free (amazing service) we made a slight mistake on one of the main meals, i called Ritesh over and without any issue, he took the main meal away and we had a new meal within 10/15 minutes.. given that i had stopped eating mine until my partner had received her new meal, my food was still hot.. that says a lot. the Chefs are outstanding and cant fault them, they cook with a smile and their passion for what they do, shows in their food. were never rushed to have the bill and we enjoy the service we receive It's lovely seeing others enjoying this restaurant (families, old and young couples, also people in groups) we will be back after the next pay day but will have to be our last until around March April time as we are paying off our wedding on 03/05/25. p.s we will be booking date night the day before we go on our honeymoon 04/05/25 thanks again see you soon
