Fantastic as always tonight. Alex really looked after us and Josh made an extra spicy Carne Piccante pizza which was amazing. We always have a great experience in ask Durham and it's our go to place. Highly recommend

Poor experience today, unfortunately can't rate the food as we didn't stay long enough, one of our party has extremely bad social anxiety & unfortunately we was put on a table right in the middle of the restaurant, we asked politely if we could move as she was uncomfortable and unfortunately was told the other table was taken, which is fine however there was no trying to help us or come up with a solution by moving us anywhere else or suggesting anything it made us feel very unwelcome so we paid for our drinks and left. Not great for being accommodating, I wouldn't return.

My friend and I attend today for lunch . We asked the waiter if they accept Blue Light Card and he replied YES We placed our order which was the set menu 3 courses for £26.50 He did not tell us at the time of the order that BLC Discount was not available on the Set 3 courses menu When we asked for the bill I had my code ready for my BLC discount, its then he said “ you cannot use BLC with set menu “ I was not impressed and asked why wasn’t made cleats Tony’s when we placed our food order his answer was well you can’t use your discount I found his attitude not nice at all as he should have made clear to us when we ordered the set menu Very unhappy customer

Fantastic experience with a few friends and our kids! The manager and the staff were phenomenal and provided a wonderful meal and evening to the whole group! We will come back many more times!

Visited with three friends with a 7.30pm booking mid week . Was the worst food and service I’ve ever experienced. I was still eating my starter when when the main arrived. Felt completely rushed. The main pizza was tiny! Definitely not worth £17. We were brought the dessert menus as soon as we finished the mains and said we wanted a little time to think. We all wanted coffee or an affogato, none were available as the coffee machine had been switched off and cleaned. This was about 8.45pm. When we said we wish we were told this when we were given menus the waitress replied ‘well I didn’t know you’d take so long to order! . The chef was actually running out the door at 9pm. Really disappointed and would not return

Of you are going with a group of 4 use the family bundle wich is fifty pounds and order the raspberry sorbet it was lucoious

I’ve never encountered such appalling service as I did at this restaurant. First, they charge for using a tablecloth—yes, a tablecloth! To make matters worse, they brought out so-called "complimentary" bread and dip that we never asked for, only to later inform us, “Since you ate it, you have to pay for it.” How can they charge for something we didn’t request? They don’t even provide tap water, and instead, they charge £2 per cup of hot water—which they failed to mention in advance. When we realized this and raised our concerns, the manager’s response was shockingly rude and dismissive, showing no interest in customer service or basic courtesy. To top it all off, they add a service charge on top of the tablecloth fee, and despite the poor service, this charge is not optional. We asked for it to be removed, given the unsatisfactory experience, but they flat-out refused. The entire experience felt like a complete money-grab. The food itself was below average at best, certainly not worth the inflated prices, especially considering the dreadful service and extra charges. If you’re thinking about dining here, do yourself a favor and don’t. You’ll regret even considering it as an option for Italian dining near Knightsbridge. It’s not just the food that will disappoint—you’ll be frustrated by the poor service, hidden charges, and rude management. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, stay far away from this place.
