Wanted try this place for long time, but unfortunately was really disappointed about the main meal. Ordered focaccina barese and parmigiana. Focaccia was absolutely delicious. Fresh and nicely crispy. Little bit salty - but I usually put lots of salt on everything as well. So was okay for me. But the parmigiana was soo salty, that I couldn’t eat more than two spoons. And as I said, I put lots of salt on everything. But this was far too much even for me.

Proper Italian food bought via the Deliveroo app. This place just provides a limited range of dishes but this ensures high quality and, above all, Authentic Italian Food. My girlfriend and I had a piece of Lasagna each + shared a piece of chocolate salami and we were happy with both quality and quantity. I’m amazed to find “trattoria” style food delivered to my door here in Bath.

The dishes are of a really high quality and the portions are good! Proper trattoria food delivered to your home. I really enjoyed the lasagna and the chocolate salame. I’m so happy that this place has opened - it’s just what Bath needs! I’m looking forward to trying the lunch meal deal soon too. Thanks!

My order was delivered super quick! Despite ordering past midnight. Traditional fresh pizza. Would definitely order from there again and good deals for combos!

This is the second time I've ordered and they are always early and always gets the order wrong and forgets something or give me the wrong thing but the food is always nice. If I get charged for something I expect to receive it. That's all.

Completely wrong order. When I phones up the establishment, they claimed the pizza I ordered isn't on the menu and just eat still haven't updated their new menu online. I was told if I wanted a different pizza I would have to wait another hour which at 3am is not worth it.

I know what to expect from these places. Usually go for this one after a night out because it's open for delivery at all hrs and I don't mind that food is what it is. But it's service is rubbish. If your going to advertise delivery in the early hours of the morning (i.e. 3/4am) try and at least stand by it. This place is less then 2miles from my home and has 3 times been 1-2hrs late. Stone cold food with the worst time keeping. Can't get their act together

The pizza described online is not the same as what was delivered or on the menu that came with the pizza, so i was delivered a pizza with mushrooms, which i am allergic to. (Not as advertised)

They forgot the drink and we had to 50 mins for it to be delivered. One of the pizza's was undercooked with pink bacon on it.

Got cheesy chips and a pepperoni pizza.... Chips were burnt on the outside but uncocked in the middle, obviously cooked on a too high heat, the cheese on the chips was rock solid as well. Pizza was soggy and very much undercooked again probably on a very high heat. Food was disgusting but they delivered with in half an hour of the order being made at almost 3 in the morning, shame about the food though

Coming From someone with extremely high standards this is potentially one of the best takeaway pizzas I've had in London. And no I wasn't paid to say that!:)

The order took 60 minutes and it was two items with a 1.5l drink which was incorrect. The delivery man then said he'd go back and change the drink as he brought a can instead of a bottle. 30 min later I had to call and ask for the bottle of Coke AGAIN!!! This take away shouldn't be listed on Just Eat.

The worst experience I've ever had on justeat I am fuming! It took two hours for my food to be delivered, I then get a call from the driver who asked me where I lived when I told him not to ring door bell he was so rude. When he arrived he forgot my drink and told me he will bring it when they open tomorrow!!!!!!!!!! As I've opened food it is freezing cold. Would never recommend this place!

We were dissapointed with the food quality. The carbonara was swimming in butter and gave me a stomach ache. The bonfire pizza didn't have chicken.

Better than average pizzas and far less greasy than other places. However, some anchovy ended up on my bf's pizza when there wasn't meant to be any on his. So a bit more attention to stopping ingredient cross contamination would be good.

Al Forno were recommended to me by a friend that's used them for years. I wish he had told me how good their pizzas are sooner. Superb.

Pizza was burnt and very salty.

The pizzas weren't hot, just a bit warm and the chicken pizza had no chicken on it, it was just a cheese and tomato pizza. That was pretty disappointing.... I just won't order from there again. Great delivery time, but it wasn't what I ordered.

Pasta is literally blowing my mind. And always delivered piping hot.

The pizza wasn't good, it tasted really bland, I ordered parma ham and got some cheap substitute. The delivery man did not have change so I paid £15 rather £13, will not order again.

Utterly rubbish cold fold which took 1hr 20mins to get here. 3 times I had to ring the owner who subsequently lied about the where abouts of the food and delivery times. Customer service was appalling, it was the biggest waste of £15, save your money and eat air-it will be more satisfying then this rubbish!

The order was supposed to arrive one hour later then it arrived & because of that they woke up my neighbors and my husband had cold food when he arrived because the food was supposed to arrive then. Besides that the pizza was not delicious at all it tastes like paper & it had wrong amounts of toppings on it which was very disappointing. I will not order there again- ever!

Delivery very prompt even on an early Saturday evening. Great pizza and chicken wings, garlic French bread lacking much garlic, but definitely will use this place again.

The restaurant ignored my delivery notes and the delivery man, instead of contacting my phone on arrival, rang the buzzer really loudly despite it being 3am. My sleeping housemates were not pleased. Food was the sort of subpar junk you'd expect from a late night pizza place but still edible enough.

Well I always order from this take away, but I am a bit disappointed ... as this last two times the order came wrong... the first time I decided not to say anything as everyone does mistakes, but the second you already start getting a bit annoyed. Just paying a lill bit more attention to what is ordered wont hurt a thing. Regards

Good food but when it was delivered I didn't receive the ice cream I ordered. I called to ask for a refund and the man I spoke to laughed at me and told me to call back the next day. When I called again I was told I would receive a refund which I'm still waiting for. Really bad customer service.

Food arrived promptly and piping hot - delivery guy was unexpectedly early! Ordered the Carbonara, the mushroom pasta, one pizza and one garlic bread with cheese between us. The pizza and garlic bread were absolutely delicious - if a little thin side on the base The flavour was good on the Carbonara - but both pasta dishes had been boiled to within an inch of their very existence. SO SOFT and overcooked that simply pressing a mouthful against the roof of my mouth, or swishing it around with my tongue turned it to mush. More effectively as chewing it

Food arrived an hour late. No apologies from the restaurant when I called to find out where it is. This is the second time I've ordered from here, both times food was really late. Chips were super cold and there was bacon in the vegetarian pasta I ordered. On the plus side, the salmon pasta was really nice.

Ordered from this takeaway because they had strawberry cheesecake ice cream... Ordered jalapeño cream bites and chips to make up the money.. The bites tasted like tea bags wrapped in cardboard and the chips were undercooked... Went to eat the ice cream which turned out to be plain flavoured vanilla! Would never order from this place again.. Awful!!

Amazing pizza! Ice cream selection again needs a bit of work, but pizza's so good don't really care.

The food was nice, the delivery time was excellent however this was spoiled by how rude the delivery man was.

Delivered on time, friendly driver, pizza toppings were very sparce, thankful that i added a couple of extra toppings to the order. Don't think that i will be ordering from them again as I feel I didn't get value for money..... Service and delivery was spot on!!

Absolutely fabulous! Pizza's are always amazing, never had a bad experience, only flaw is name is so common, always forget which one, so have flyer on wall now. Definitely a favourite!

They delivered he wrong drinks - 2 cans of diet coke instead of two bottles . They sorted it out quickly when I ran them.

Prompt delivery. But the restaurant has not read my note that I said absolutely no achioves on my pizza. And that I want a extra thin crust. It came normal crust, with anchioves and I don't like fish.

Honestly, the food was feckin awful! The ingredients seemed cheap and mostly flavourless the pizza was shining with how much grease there was. The mozzarella dippers were dry and unseasoned and leaking. The only saving grace was at least the tin of fanta was cold. Don't buy from here, you can get far higher quality for far less price.

I said no pineapple inside my pizza and you put pineapple in my pizza I was so upset about that.
