Couldn’t ask for a better restaurant in centran London. Pizzas were amazing. Service was excellent. 100% recommended!

I'm very impressed with this place, they focus on their strengths only and the result is the best margarita pizza you will eat in London. They don't bother too much with elaborate toppings, instead focussing on the quality of the cheese, tomatoes and dough with various options of each. Most impressively, after COVID when most restaurants decimated portion sizes and jacked up prices, these guys instead appeared to rationalise their menu, focussing on what they were good at whilst minimising price increases.

Amazing quality & value for money!

I would have put no stars if I could. I can honestly say I have never experienced worse service ever. It makes Fawlty Towers look like a cordon bleu training school. Except it wasn’t at all funny. We had to keep getting the disinterested, rude staff to get drinks we had ordered that didn’t arrive, clear the table, explain why my side order of chips had arrived fully 5 minutes before the main, sort out the bill. The fact that this family meal was to celebrate my wife’s birthday made absolutely no difference. When we complained that my wife’s pizza was so burnt she couldn’t eat it, the waiter seemed to smirk as she complained and wouldn’t even look at her as she spoke to him until she told him to show some manners & do so. No manager came over to sort anything out after we started complaining - in fact he ignored us as we left angry and frustrated. After we told the waiter we were not paying for my wife’s pizza and to remove the service charge from the bill, they seemed incapable of doing so, presenting me with another bill with the service charge still on it. Avoid at all costs - it is a tourist trap for customers who will accept sub-standard food and appalling service.

Food and atmosphere is good. No frills.

Great pizzas at a reasonable price

The restaurant was very busy with large groups and families. luckily we had booked. The menu is basic but the food arrived incredibly quickly, it was hot and tasty. This place is great for a quick dinner after a matinee.

Nos conectamos y reservamos uno inmediatamente. Sin duda merece la pena una visita, pero reserve primero

Great pizza and food in general, great atmosphere and amazing staff. Definitely recommend if you like real Italian dishes and desserts.

What a great find. We came in at 6 looking for a quick meal as we had theatre tickets for 7:30. They managed to fit us in and said that provided we just ordered the pizza , we would finish in time. We did. This place has a great vibe, the pizzas were fresh, with a generous topping, well above average. The house red was a bargain. Highly recommended.

The entire atmosphere is a bit chaotic, with tables very close together and very loud music. Food was nice, albeit a watery sauce. The waitress brought us the bill hardly an hour into our meal which felt brash and rude.

Friendly welcoming staff and good atmosphere but the pizza was not great. I'm only saying this on the basis of which I ordered from them and all the other italian restaurants I've visited around the world, the quattro formaggi (or cinque formaggi in this case). This is only my opinion on a single dish, other dishes might be better.

Went on a solo trip to London and I planned to eat here and watch the England match on my phone. They saw me watching on my phone and asked me if I wanted to sit upstairs where there was a big screen with Denmark - England on it. It was a perfect way to watch the match; a lovely pizza, great dessert and a nice coffee.

Tbh, we found the restaurant to be very affordable compared to other restaurants in London. The food was decent-not particularly memorable, but satisfactory. If you’re looking for a place with good value for money, this restaurant is definetly worh considering. The service was good as well, and the waiter was attentive.

The place was amazing and Victor, my waiter was divine! His service was impeccable the food came quickly and was still warm. It had a real Italian feel, i loved it! Would recommend to anyone.

Incredible to say the least. Had a really pleasant upbeat waiter ( Victor ), the service was great, the food was honestly top notch like one of best Diavolas I’ve had in a long term; the perfect balance of spice and flavour. Would 100% come again, great atmosphere, great people, great food. Couldn’t ask for more !

Tables very small, eat 4 people in a table for 2. Definitely not comfortable even for cutting the pizza. I definitely prefer others Rosso Pomodoro places..

Nos aseguramos de investigar y también echar un vistazo antes de venir a por algo de comida pre-teatro. Nos recibieron y nos sentaron muy rápido (aunque me sentí aplastado en una esquina y tuve que pelear con el extintor para poder entrar en mi asiento). Nuestras órdenes fueron tomadas rápidamente para comida y bebida. Soy intolerante al gluten, así que afortunadamente había opciones. Comida y bebida servida muy rápidamente, aunque no hay precios dados para el vino de la casa en el menú. Aquí es donde empezó a decepcionar, nos dimos mucho tiempo para disfrutar de la comida antes de que comenzara nuestro show... pero oh Dios mío... ¡estuvimos apresurados! Acosado de que nuestras placas fueran limpiadas y se sintieran constantemente ‘observadas’... se sentía como una cinta transportadora y que nos querían fuera lo más rápido posible: Sé que los precios de Londres son más caros, pero lamento no haber pensado que una pizza “amigable” con gluten (no libre de gluten) y un Ziti (con una ensalada mixta) y unas cuantas bebidas valieran más de 70 libras, especialmente porque se agregó un “cargo por servicio” a más de diez libras. Claramente no somos gente de la “ciudad”, pero me temo que no nos apresuraremos a regresar o recomendar.

Really enjoyed the meal here. When we arrived it was busy but there were free tables but they had bookings due. Upon looking, they offered us a table for an hour, which was perfectly fine for us. Order came quickly, food was very good and service was excellent.

In the heart of London we received hospitality, courtesy and genuine Neapolitan food, especially the Sorrento gnocchi and the sausage and broccoli pizza. Impeccable service from Vittorio.

I went here with a friend yesterday we both had a lovely experience. The food was delicious. The service was lovely. The restaurant was buzzing and lively which was nice and it was an all around great experience so thank you. We will be back.

Came here for a pre-theatre meal. Service was quite quick, and I enjoyed a tasty carbonara pasta. The waiters seemed nice and helpful. Overall I enjoyed my experience, and would recommend this place for a pre-theatre meal.

We had a terrible experience at this restaurant due to the rude behavior of the waiter and manager. Despite being a group of 5, we were forced to sit at a tiny table barely fit for 4. When we requested a larger table (many of which were available and the restaurant wasn’t even busy), the manager rudely dismissed us, claiming they seat 6 people at such tables. Meanwhile, larger tables were occupied by single customers. The lack of respect and poor customer service led us to leave without dining. Very disappointing! In response to your feedback reply: Thank you for your response. I appreciate you taking the time to clarify your perspective on the situation. However, I want to emphasize that our request for a larger table was made politely and with the hope of having a more comfortable dining experience. It was disappointing to feel that our concerns were not acknowledged with the level of hospitality we expected. We fully understand the need for operational decisions, but we believe that a more accommodating and understanding approach would have made a difference. We value good service and hope that our feedback can contribute to improving the experience for future guests. Wishing you all the best.

Fantastic, fantastic, and what I liked is the menu that has a green leaf on it 🍃 I mean, it's vegan and it's nice that the food is vegetarian, so as to avoid doubt about what is halal and haram (plants and seafood are always halal) I liked the staff's treatment and the price was good

The carbonara was average. 4 quid for 4 slices of bread on the side was a bit cheeky for my liking

The pizza is okay by London’s low pizza standards. They have a full size pizza oven just next to the dining area. The food that comes out of the downstairs kitchen is terrible. The worst calamari we have ever had and they add a bunch of fried dough balls to the calamari dish, which is just a way to make a small portion of the dry and tasteless calamari appear like larger portion. The pasta was a pool of tasteless watery tomato sauce with under cooked pasta. No seasoning, no herbs, no taste. The staff are all a bit hectic and they challenged us when we said the calamari was terrible. We live just 10 minutes away on foot, but will never go back. Terrible experience and terrible food.

Excellent pizzas to be had here. Pasta dishes looked tasty though we didn't try these.Friendly service... starters and mains turned up at the same time so one star dropped.

The meal is good and served quite quickly. In Italy there are more gluten-free options. Damage. But the service was good.

Ordered the gluten free ragu and was very disappointed. I am a tiny person, but the portion size was likely 40 grams. The small scoop of pasta on my plate also cost £18. The meet in the ragu had hard bits… and I really didn’t enjoy it at all.

Our food took over an hour to arrive. We had to chase it three times. Finally via a very hostile manager. We had both ordered pasta dishes. They were both absolutely disgusting. The pasta was congealed into a lukewarm lump with watery stuff floating around it. We both only managed one mouthful, then left late and hungry. When it finally arrived

We noticed that during the Christmas holidays in London you have to book well in advance if you want to eat in a good restaurant. When we arrived at the restaurant, luckily there was room for ten people. That is usually not the case, but the employee indicated that we had one hour to eat. We didn't find that a problem. We all ate delicious pizza and pasta. The service was fantastic, and the restaurant is definitely recommended if you like Italian food. The one-hour time limit was clearly intended as a subtle hint not to sit for too long, but with six children we finished quickly.

Business is super good. If you want to eat quickly, order pasta. Otherwise, you may have to wait until eternity for pizza.

Very good experience, the pasta carbonara, margarita pizzas and 5 cheeses were excellent. We were well received although it was an hour away with lots of people. The servers take great care. We will come back 👍🏽

First time at this restaurant and would definitely come back if in London again. Fabulous, tasty food, and great service overall. The food was very quick to come out (which was helpful as we were heading to a theatre show afterwards), but you could clearly tell it had been freshly made. Our server Anisa was lovely, and she seemed genuinely interested that everything was to our satisfaction (which it was!). If it’s your first time, it’s worth signing up for the rewards card as you get 10% off your first visit. We had a 3 course meal for 2 with drinks and sides for under £100, which we felt was very reasonable for the quality of food! We even arrived a little early and asked if it was possible to be seated, and it wasn’t a problem. Will definitely be back!

The food is good, the problem is the Neapolitan waiter who was extremely rude and aggressive towards me. I had initially booked online for 10pm on New Year's Eve, only to receive a message saying my booking would be moved to 8am on the same day. Great, no problem. When I arrived the Neapolitan waiter made me quite uncomfortable by shouting like a madman saying that I was "dead" in front of everyone because he had touched my hands which were cold. It's okay to joke, but there is a limit to everything. It's not that you have to repeat the same thing ten times, embarrassing your client, not everyone appreciates this type of exaggerated utterances. I come to the restaurant to eat pizza; if I wanted to see a clown show, I would have bought a ticket to the circus. After I sat down, the aforementioned waiter came to me in a very aggressive and rude manner, telling me that I should have informed him that my reservation was at 10am, instead of 8am. I showed him the messages I received, trying to make him understand that it was the restaurant itself that had changed my reservation. He told the first lie, stating that "the restaurant closes at 9" (when in reality it closes at 10) and therefore it was not possible that I had booked at 10 (an option that had been proposed to me by the site itself). Then he "accused" me of having indicated on the reservation list, upon entry, a name that was not mine (not true). All while screaming in front of people who looked at him in shock. Moral of the story, in the end he found the reservation on the list and it was precisely at 8. Another guy, I guess the manager, came to me, apologizing, saying that the waiter "is like that" and has a "too Neapolitan" way of acting. I am Neapolitan too and when I see these rude, inappropriate and out of context behaviors, especially abroad, I am ashamed of being Neapolitan. He then explained to me that in the last few days they had had problems with the booking system which had stopped working, but this is not my problem. Truly a terrible experience, I advise the management to have a chat with the Neapolitan waiter and teach him some customer service rules, because he totally ignores them (also because we are not in Naples, but in London).
