Zizzi - The O2 in Camden

I do love zizzi , for their really good selection of diary free and vegan dishes - and always really tasty. Service was brilliant. Food arrived very promptly. Servers were attentive but not so much that you felt rushed in any way. Will definitely return

My partner and I came here as her personal favourite spot to go to was just closing for the evening, and I’m glad I did. We both ordered a Blood Orange non-alcoholic beverage and a thin crust pizza. The food was delicious and the drink was really good as well. The lady that served our table, Kate, was also really lovely. I’m not familiar with the area so I needed extra time with deciding on my order. Kate was also attentive, asked if we were happy with everything and was just all around lovely and full of smiles. She accommodated my partner with a take away box for the rest of the pizza that was unfinished. What I appreciated the most, as someone that worked in the catering industry before, is that it was obvious the place was closing up as well but we were not rushed nor asked to exit the premises. They were very happy and content to leave us be at our table, enjoying the company of my partner and overall a relaxed evening. I really appreciated that from Kate as numerous times my partner said afterwards that the day was perfect, which means the world to me. Thank you very much for having us Kate!

Prawn starter was disappointing no salad nothing. Pri was very helpful and friendly.

I do not like the Rustica pizza and there was no opportunity to order a traditional pizza. It was too crispy and generally bland and unpleasant. Toppings were meagre and the pizza was tasteless - one of the worst I’ve ever had. Service was excellent however - Miia was fast and efficient and helpful.

I attend most Sunday’s with my child and the team are very welcoming to us. They treat us like regulars and already know what my child has and bring the food within minutes. I managed to get the managers names: Josef, Emanuele & Tomasz who I have to say a big thank you for their hospitality. Even when the restaurant gets busy as it sometimes does with an event the staff are very friendly. I will update this once I get the names of the waitress who are also a star and deserve recognition. I will make sure to contact head office so the team gets the credit they deserve.

Food was on the slightly expensive side, but you get what you pay for. Food was excellent, service prompt and polite, atmosphere was relaxing. Decent wine selection. Haats off to Simona for making lunch out with the family flawless.

Other the weekend we were served by Aleksandra who is really what made the experience, she was well versed with all the dishes was honest with recommendations personable and something that me and my friend said makes a difference from a great meal to a great experience. Hats off to her

We were a large booking of 15 for my son's 14th birthday. Pri gave us excellent service and was extremely patient whilst dealing with a herd of early teens! Food was also delicious.

Fried calamari was the most tasteless one I have ever had. We ate something like a fried coating that was shaped long strips and was so thin that it was not clear if there was any calamari inside. Chicken Spiedini was cold and tasteless. We would not want to be mistaken for a pizza as it is an Italian restaurant, but the margarita pizza was also very ordinary and served with a small amount of cheese on it. The service was very fast. Maybe they should slow down a bit. The bottled beer was nice and cold.

My first time ever in a Zizzi and it was fantastic! Myself and a friend were waited by Fran, who was attentive and friendly throughout our stay - I had the new pesto and garlic bomb for a starter, with the wagyu arabiata for a main, both of which were superb. We will be back for sure!
