Zizzi - The O2 in Camden

Attended pre concert- in rush with everyone else. But Aleksandra made sure we had everything we wanted, really friendly. Food was delicious as I have come to expect from Zizzi- definitely recommend.

Went to Zizzi on the 21st Jan with my mother and we had a lovely lunch. The girl serving us was attentive and funny and it was lovely talking to her. The food was delicious and the garlic bread was the best.

I recently visited the restaurant at the O2 with a friend and our kids, and we had a wonderful experience. Simona was fantastic—warm, welcoming, and incredibly sweet with the children. She went out of her way to make us all feel comfortable, which made the visit even more enjoyable. Excellent service, especially for families!

Aleksandra took such good care of my young daughter who having anaphylaxis really struggles to eat at restaurants both emotionally and practically. She was so careful and focused on ensuring everything I ordered for my daughter was safe. As an allergy mum eating out is incredibly difficult and anxiety inducing as just one slip can cause a life threatening reaction. Aleksandra should be commended on her skills and service and I wholeheartedly appreciated all the efforts she went to. Thank you!

Excellent dinner at Zizzi at the O2 before seeing Slipknot. It was busy but the service was quick and faultless and the food delicious. All together a very enjoyable experience.

Wish I never ate there. Ok it was a busy Saturday pre concert. After waiting 25 minutes, not a problem ( should of booked ) My daughter and I chose Burratta caprese and Calamari to start. The mozzarella was so cold it was tasteless. Cheese should always be served at room temperature not straight from the cold store. Calamari was cold not even warm. We then ordered a Rustica Margherita which looked ok but again cold would have been brilliant for a picnic! Then to add insult to injury an optional tip of £5 was added which I didn’t notice until I’d left Zizzi.

Simona served us and she was amazing! Very friendly and fast service!! Loved everything we ordered!

Two of my guests starter plates were taken before the rest finished. Our mains arrived before one guest had finished their starters. Felt very rushed which was disappointing. Door closure not working, therefore constant intermittent coldness. Tirimisu was disappointing as not seeing enough.

Three of us ate at Zizzi before a gig in July. It was far better than a previous experience when we felt quite rushed. Service was well paced and the food was excellent, with plenty of gluten free options for our friend who is coeliac. We’d definitely eat here again.

We went to this restaurant before a gig at the O2. The food and service (server was Aleksandra) were really good and (unlike some other O2 restaurants), we weren’t hurried to finish our meal, even though the restaurant was really busy. As a tip, leave room for the honeycomb cheesecake - it’s delicious!!

Kate was a very friendly and attentive waitress (server, I guess). Service quick and no complaints. She served us 3 weeks ago and was exactly the same - really lovely and patient with my odd wife 😊

My partner and I came here as her personal favourite spot to go to was just closing for the evening, and I’m glad I did. We both ordered a Blood Orange non-alcoholic beverage and a thin crust pizza. The food was delicious and the drink was really good as well. The lady that served our table, Kate, was also really lovely. I’m not familiar with the area so I needed extra time with deciding on my order. Kate was also attentive, asked if we were happy with everything and was just all around lovely and full of smiles. She accommodated my partner with a take away box for the rest of the pizza that was unfinished. What I appreciated the most, as someone that worked in the catering industry before, is that it was obvious the place was closing up as well but we were not rushed nor asked to exit the premises. They were very happy and content to leave us be at our table, enjoying the company of my partner and overall a relaxed evening. I really appreciated that from Kate as numerous times my partner said afterwards that the day was perfect, which means the world to me. Thank you very much for having us Kate!

Prawn starter was disappointing no salad nothing. Pri was very helpful and friendly.

I do not like the Rustica pizza and there was no opportunity to order a traditional pizza. It was too crispy and generally bland and unpleasant. Toppings were meagre and the pizza was tasteless - one of the worst I’ve ever had. Service was excellent however - Miia was fast and efficient and helpful.
