Had some great pre show cocktails and pizzas last night at Zizzi! Our waiter Priyansh was so helpful and friendly setting us off on a good tone for the evening.

Overpriced meager dry pizzas that we could cut our mouth inside. Over charged for staff tip. Cleaning tables and then taking parmesan cheese and great with bear hands, although one girl was using at least tissue holding the cheese while serving. Grumpy manager and not welcoming. Also didt offered kids menue...I didnt even knew any existing. Service-0, Custumer care- Dont care at all.

visited Zizzi at the O2, and It was easily reachable eight near cineworld cinema. About the place The staff welcomed us and suggested a couple of places for us to sit. we sat on the sofas as we got a good view of the place. There are multiple types of seating arrangements available, from chairs and sofas. Food & Drinks The food menu was full and well designed, and it was well explained of ingredients that they put in their dishes. there are plenty of options available as compared to other places like pasta, garlic bread, pizza, lasagna, spaghetti, etc. We both got the seabass with freshly cooked vegetables and drinks. It was absolutely delicious with so much flavour and was really filling. Service The staff understood what exactly you are looking for and also give a suggestion on the variety of foods that they have on their menu, 5/5 for staff, and i dont have to wait long for food and drinks to come, always helpful and very quick.

Nice food and service. PRI was a great host and we enjoyed a lot our lunch at O2’s Zizzi.

Amazing prawn linguine. Waygu meatballs were bland but both garlic breads were amazing. Service by Priyansh was astonishing, he continually checked we were okay and food was good.

This is our go-to place whenever we are near O2. Chicken Speidini and Vegan Rainbow Lasagne were a few of our favourites. Priyansh was very sweet and took great care of us!

I visited place a week back. It was easily reachable near cineworld cinema. About the place - Staff welcomed us and suggest us couple of places to seat, we prefer quite corner but yeah there are multiple type of seating arrangements available like sofa and chairs. Food & Drinks - Food menu was fantastic design and very well explained of ingredients. We preferred vegetarian food and there are plenty of options available as compared to other places like pasta, garlic bread, pizza, lasagna, spaghetti etc. (Definitely more option for non vegetarian). - we chose garlic bomb which was special dish and lasagna for 2 people and couple of cocktails . - The taste of lasagna was super delicious and it just melt the moment i put bite in my mouth. There were 7 layers of pasta and Italian sauce , it was just delicious. Service - staff understand what exactly you are looking for and also gives a suggestion on choosing food and drink. 5/5 for staff and i dont have to wait long for food.

The food is always nice but bare in mind the service on Sunday is closing before 8.30pm and not 10pm as suggested on Google .

We eat here for the first time, the atmosphere was quite nice, the staff was kind and friendly, waiting time for food was short, the prices are medium expensive, what I can say about the dishes is that if you expect the real carbonara, the recipe is not like in Italy, but is very tasty and you will not be disappointed! I really recommend! for dessert I can recommend Ice cream and also is not like in Italy

As a regular visitor to Zizzi’s, myself and my family chose to eat here recently before attending an event at the arena. The restaurant was busy, which meant that it was noisy, and not somewhere you would linger and chat. Our table was quite close to the one next to us and I heard more of their conversation than that of my family! The food was typical Zizzi’s - good portions and cooked well. It was served very quickly, meaning that we didn’t have to worry about getting to the arena on time, and was piping hot. All in all, a handy place for dinner if you’re there, but not somewhere I would make the effort to go to.

Food was lovely but unfortunately sitting quite near the door made it get cold very quick. As we had not booked, there really wasn't a choice as to where we sat and you don't actually realise how much the cold comes in every time the door opens. Not much the staff can do about this but something for diners to be aware of.

Good food, good selection for all the family, generous pizza sizes, lovely desserts, for me personally, amazing, but the size of the dessert could've been a bit bigger. Attentive, professional, and friendly waiting staff.

I came here on my 18th birthday after being recommended to by my very close friend, however this place truly failed my expectations. I ordered myself a salmon pasta or something of the sort and when I tell you this was the most fishiest and horrid dish I've ever had is an understatement. Salmon is not supposed to taste fishy, it only does so when it goes off. As a chef who has been in the industry for over a year, I would know if my food has gone bad and this was terrible, however I stayed quiet and continued to eat which was a drastic mistake on my part as you could imagine. My friends ordered a large pizza to share and the sauce and toppings were only dotted around the large flatbread. We were truly disappointed by this experience and it was a terrible birthday dinner. Single handedly it ruined my appetite and would have ruined my birthday but my lovely friends made the rest of my experience special. The staff were also very dismissive and rude when I was trying to pay, I was respectful the entire time but they made us wait over 30 minutes just to pay when we had other places to be. 10/10 would not recommend

We wanted to come to Zizzi before a show at the O2 on Boxing Day. We had tried booking online, but found it is not possible to do at this branch, which was a bit annoying. We were expecting it to be super busy but it was actually really quiet so our fears were for nothing as we were seated right away. The service was good and the food was delicious as always. Such a good range and their Christmas menu options were all delicious. Good portion sizes make this value for money, too. I would be back.

A friend and I visited Zizzi after a night of dancing. The restaurant was not busy, so we chose to go there. The service was prompt and friendly. The food, for the most part, was just ok. I felt my calamari was not crispy enough, and my pasta sauce needed more seasoning. This is more to my personal taste. The decor of the restaurant was quite festive and bright. The wooden floors, though, were very slippery, with 2 different patrons almost falling over. Zizzi 's is a lovely restaurant with a good menu and prices, but for me, it did not have the wow factor.

Quiet when I attended with my friend... (just as I like it TBH!) I use (and like!) Zizzi's alot .. staff are always great here at the O2 outlet .. Wasn't keen on my Pizza to be honest... might try different option next time ...

We were seated quickly, and the staff were very helpful when ordering gluten-free dishes, Food arrived super fast and was hot and delicious.

This place was a big disappointment. Food was stale, my mum got food poisoning, there were flies all over the place. Something eas definitely off and I think trading standards should pay them a visit.

Very racist towards black people. I tried to enter with my girlfriend at 9:36pm knowing the shop closes at 11 because I checked in advance. We entered the restaurant and waited at the front for around 10 minutes. There were several waiters glancing at our direction but nobody wanted to attend to us and give us a table. The restaurant was fairly empty so it was possible for us to get a seat BUT after 10 minutes the waitress FINALLY came and informed us that the kitchen had”apparently closed”. This was very upsetting as I am a regular ZIZZI’s customer and I love their food. I felt racially targeted and this was further highlighted as when we left we saw other customers enter the restaurant and were served. I was bemused snd shocked and also disappointed. Luckily we were able to eat at Pizza express next door without racist workers and good overall service and food. SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE. If you want to go to ZIZZIs don’t go to the one in the 02.

My birthday night was ruined the food was bland and very overpriced considering the very small portions also found a hair in my food absolutely disgusting 🤢.

The hospitality is not good. They don't help to order food instead will hand you a tablet in which they expect us to know everything. Stupid policy.

It was so baddd charged to much for four things, i found 3 hairs in my plate, bathrooms where nasty( no toilet paper or soup) too hot food was dry and cold the tomato in my pasta was rotten, the waiter smelt like weed. Overall bad experience not recommended.

Waitress tried to convince us that is spaghetti the same as linguine when they don’t even have food in stock. Decided to order the “New” salmon risotto instead. That was the worst cooked meal I have ever had in my entire life. The salmon was appallingly sour and the chef does not know how to cook risotto without it making feeling like you’re chewing on rice. It’s a disgrace to put such incompetence on the menu!

Friendly staff, pleasant food and reasonably priced for London. We visited on a Sunday evening in July 2023 and booked our table only 15 minutes before arrival . Upon arrival, there was no wait and we were shown to our table immediately. It was evident that this is a popular location to eat because the restaurant was busy. Nevertheless we were served our meal in good time. The lady we had most dealings with was very friendly and attentive. Overall, it was a good experience and we would eat here again.

Despite having to prepare for a large (takeaway) order and telling us we’d have to wait 40-45 minutes for our food, the kitchen staff worked diligently and fast to make sure to food came out quickly. The food was fresh and well prepared and the service was great. Lovely staff.

good quantity of food however was £15 also caused me and my partner to have an upset stomach and feel quite uneasy. food was very bland and didn’t have a proper taste. very very sickening!!! service and waitresses were quite moody also and do pester you if you would like to get more and more drinks which is quite frustrating when you just want to eat. personally i would not come back nor would my partner. wouldn’t recommend at all. Also tried to overprice us £5 on the receipt with a tip that they thought they were worthy of without asking.

Stopped here for a bite to eat prior to seeing a show at the Indigo theatre and was pleasantly surprised. We were seated promptly and it was made clear that it was card only for payment. Oops I didnt know thankfully had a card with me and put away my cash. We had Bruschetta to start with Spaghetti Bologneise and mushroom Brindisi with a cheese sauce. Very tasty and most enjoyable. We had to ask for salt and pepper as there was none on the table and we had to ask for ice and lemon in our drinks on this exceedingly hot day but apart from that it was a great meal. Would definitely come again. Great food Great show and a Great experience at Zizzis.

Simona provided amazing service! The food was delicious with generous portions, but Simona's exceptional service made all the difference. She greeted us warmly and made sure I had everything we needed without having to ask for anything.

Visited with my father for a pre show meal 6/6/23. Complimentary pasta chips to start us off were welcome. Chicken Spiedini Pork & Garlic Meatballs Rustica Chicken & Roquito Pepper Pizza Signature Beef Ragu & Chianti 3 scoop gelato/sorbet each A delicious meal, decent service with good long intervals between checks. Moderately busy but we sat down approx 1600 on a Tuesdsy in term time. 10% service charge was added to our bill which is shared throughout the team.

Had a pre-concert meal here an hour prior to the show. To be honest, bearing in mind how incredibly busy the whole venue was, I expected slow service and luke warm food. Pleasantly surprised to get our meals within 10 minutes, well cooked, friendly, prompt service, and ample time to get to our seats after. I thought that the location of the site would mean a lower quality than the Zizzi's in more leisurely locations, but a really good experience. My Carbonara and my wife's Seafood Linguini were both excellent.

Zizzi as a company chain made a deal with Tesco to acept their vouchers and with the NHS to offer 20% discounts to its employees (and probably more deals with other big employers too) but when I tried in a couple of occassions to make use of the deals at Zizzi @ the O2 they rejected them saying they don't do those deals on weekends or "event days"! So, basically, they only want you in (Tesco customers or NHS employees and similar) when they are desperate for customers! Well, guess what... Frankie & Benny, and Nandos (both only 10 steps away) have never rejected their deals, reason why Zizzi @ the O2 is not getting my money anymore!

We had a lovely meal here the night before the last Elton John concert. The food was excellent and so was the service despite being completely full. We'll definitely return for dinner before the next concert.

One of the best places to have pasta. We ordered 3 pasta and one pizza for four people and paid around 15-18£ pp. A bit on the costly end but the pasta was worthy the price. They do have the option to have additional cheese on top of pasta so feel free to ask for it.

Great place for pre-show dinner !

Friendly staff, authentic Italian food. On busy weekends and holidays, you can avoid the queues and ask the staff directly for a take-away, which is more reasonable and time-saving. Dining in the park by the Clipper in North Greenwich with a view of the ship is recommended... At only £44 for a choice of three dishes, the three girls' bellies were full. Make sure you throw your rubbish in the bins!

Excellent food, great GF options. No complaints on the food or service which was quick. However we paid in a bit of a rush as we were going to a gig at the Indigo and needed to get going asap and the waitress typed in the bits on the card reader and I just paid quickly. Only later did I look at the receipt and found I had paid an 'optional tip' of nearly £8 which I had not been asked if I minded. I am not adverse to leaving tips BUT I like to be asked.

My daughter had her 18th Birthday meal with her friends here. Within the group there were multiple allergies and an autistic child. Zizzi’s have been super accommodating from head office to the restaurant. Everything went like clockwork (very important for the asd child). Had a good selection for all to choose from including the people with allergies. For the person with multiple allergies the chef cooked her something off menu. We had 10 people in the party, there were no delays, all the food came out promptly, but more importantly the orders with the allergies were all taken and served correctly. At the end of the meal, we arranged to have the birthday cake brought out. Lots of restaurants fail at this point but not Zizzi’s O2, they cleared all of the tables and made sure we were all ready, video on etc before coming out with the lit cake singing happy birthday. 👍 My daughter had the most wonderful 18th birthday meal and her all friends thoroughly enjoyed it too! A massive big thank you to all at the o2 restaurant, and Robert and Emily from head office. 👏👏👏

Food was not bad but the staff was terribly rude. So rude that this place can only get one star.

Dropped in for lunch. Nice place. Toilets clean. Service was well organised with starters, mains and desserts coming at appropriate intervals. Took a star off as 2 pizzas were very sparsely topped, also bases too black with carbon/charcoal in places. Chips in the kids meals were overdone. Everything else was delicious.

Restaurant of Italian cuisine of network structure, quite cozy with touch colour in the rising. We were satisfied with the food we ordered, the portions themselves were also quite large. The waiters were helpful and nice, but the organization itself felt uncoordinated and chaotic,as a result of which , after waiting for some time in the desert, were forced to abandon it due to lack of time. And everything else is good ☺️👍

took over half an hour to get a table but service was speedy once inside. food was fine but overpriced. if you're headed to the o2 for an event i'd suggest eating elsewhere before you get there as zizzi was the best of a bad bunch when we visited.

Food was great and super quick which is what I needed at the time. Service was agreeable with good effort from the staff but with a slight over reach when it came to advice on what we were ordering and condiments applied.

Terrible service, the server looked miserable and couldnt look us in the eye. Kids running around the restaurant. Food prices rising, pork belly was slightly dry and came with no dressing. The 2nd star was for the pizza being the only saving grace.

Had a lunch time meal and the Pizzas were very good and also pretty large, in fact I would say reasonable value. Just let down a bit by the price of desserts, which were small and the lack of atmosphere that a big premises inevitably brings. Staff were fairly efficient.

We had such an unpleasant experience at the O2 Arena Zizzi, that we left the place before even ordering our food. We entered the restaurant, and this lady offered us a table right at the entrance of the restaurant. As it was cold, and people kept entering and leaving there, and the restaurant was rather empty, we politely asked if we can get another table . To this request, the lady got really irritated and unwillingly pointed at another table. Her behaviour was really rude and unnecessary, which already ruined the entire dining experience before we were even seated. We asked another waitress to get us to speak to the manager about this lady's rude behaviour, and she tells us that that lady is the manager. And that was the most disappointing part.
