Visited this evening for the Bella event at the Telford store. Our waiter was Ben who was fantastic, an extremely busy day which he sailed through and was extremely helpful, super friendly with my children and had patience whilst speaking to them. Tried to leave him a tip but he selflessly refused the tip and asked us to donate to a charity go fund me to which he is running to Wolverhampton raising money for which in its self is amazing and shows what a wonderful person he is! He is a credit to your restaurant and really hope he gets the recognition that he deserves! Thankyou again Ben! Sophie and the Phillips family!

We came here for the bella appreciation which was amazing, Duncan had welcomed us in with a smile and was very welcoming would definitely come here again just to have a laugh with him! Definitely recommend this place 👍

There were 8 adults and 4 children in our party and it was pretty challenging with the orders and people changing their mind. Duncan was an absolute legend and was calm and engaging and extremely efficient whilst being very friendly and making our time very enjoyable. He is an absolute credit to yo, Thankyou for making our party so much fun.

We really enjoyed our meal tonight at Bella Italia, Telford. Everything was served hot and to our liking. Duncan the waiter was very efficient, friendly and helpful. He was keen to check that everything was to our liking and it was. He was a very cheerful waiter and made our visit very enjoyable.

We visit Telford once a month as a treat for my wife and myself. Every visit we make, we book with Bella and have our evening meal there. The staff are always friendly and attentive. The food never let's us down. We always look forward to our visit here.

The staff were friendly, the food was ok but could be better. Starters were nice. Lasagne didn't look fresh, 'fresh' orange juice wasn't fresh, pomodoro pasta was very basic in flavour. There's Zizzi and Wildwood nearby which do Italian food much better

Lovely setting, lovely food very short wait on food, Duncan lovely waiter nothing was too much for him, great with my children at the ice cream cart! Great wine 🙂

Brilliant food and unreal service

We were a big party and didn't have a booking. We were seated quickly and orders were taken promptly. Food was great and the set menu is good value. The salted caramel on the cookie dough dessert was a bit too salty for me but think that must be personal preference as everyone else in the group enjoyed it. Thank you.

Lasagne portion small. Kids meal only includes sides on a few dishes but the menu doesn't say that same with kids drinks. Server did not explain menu choices on the kids and also brought me the incorrect wine size.

Monta in the Telford Bella Italia is a wonderful server who has a great way with people and babies! She was more than helpful with our experience especially when our little one was a tad fussy! The food and atmosphere were great too!

We visited Bella Italia on Tuesday 15 April, and had a wonderful evening. The staff were very welcoming, attentive, cheerful and professional. We were served by Ashley, and her exceptional customer service added to our enjoyment. The menu was extensive, and the food was well presented and absolutely delicious. We have no hesitation in recommending Bella Italia, and will definitely be returning in the near future.

Max is hands down one of the best servers I’ve come across. From the moment we were seated, he was friendly, professional, and attentive without being overbearing. He made sure our drinks were always topped up, our food came out just right, and checked in at all the right times. What really stood out was his genuine attitude and how effortlessly he made us feel welcome. Max clearly takes pride in his work, and it shows in every interaction. If you’re lucky enough to be served by Max, you’re in for a great experience!

From the moment my partner and I walked through the door, we received a warm welcome from our waiter Duncan. During the course our meal, Duncan catered to our needs making us feel comfortable and looked after. This made our visit more enjoyable as my partner is gluten intolerant and we struggle with other restaurants/menus. Along with the service, the food was lovely! Will definitely come back.

Not particularly busy. Food was delicious but service very slow . Had to scavenge our own cutlery as weren't given any. The worst was the fact that 10 rebellious youths who were extremely noisy, obnoxious and rude ... but seemed to get served like royalty!!!! I noticed that they didn't pay either! They're presence ruined our experience and to top it off. Upon returning home I discovered that I had been charged £96 for 2 mains and 2 drinks!!! Having looked at the menu my bill should have been £47!!!!!! Fuming is an understatement!!! Yes I should have checked the bill as I was paying but I felt so threatened by the marauding hands of male youths that I couldn't wait to get my elderly disabled mum out of the building. We will not be back
