Great service - Duncan was friendly - helpful and the food was delicious

Not particularly busy. Food was delicious but service very slow . Had to scavenge our own cutlery as weren't given any. The worst was the fact that 10 rebellious youths who were extremely noisy, obnoxious and rude ... but seemed to get served like royalty!!!! I noticed that they didn't pay either! They're presence ruined our experience and to top it off. Upon returning home I discovered that I had been charged £96 for 2 mains and 2 drinks!!! Having looked at the menu my bill should have been £47!!!!!! Fuming is an understatement!!! Yes I should have checked the bill as I was paying but I felt so threatened by the marauding hands of male youths that I couldn't wait to get my elderly disabled mum out of the building. We will not be back

Abysmal, this place has really gone downhill in the last few months. The burger was absolutely drenched in ketchup so that I couldn't taste anything. Espresso tasted like filter coffee and was served in a regular cup, I understand it gets busy but they surely have a dishwasher? Too expensive for what you get compared to other places

Disappointingly average at best. The food came quickly, but my chicken burger was lukewarm, as we're the fries with it. The coleslaw had a plastic taste and funny smell to it, like it had been covered in cling film or something for too long. I couldn't eat it. The burger was just pants. The over cooked breadcrumb just overpowered the taste of everything. We had a voucher to get a main meal free which was good, because I'd have been livid to pay over £50 for it all. My wife enjoyed her pasta in all fairness, which is what I should've had. It seemed very understaffed with people queuing out the door (meaning the door was left open for long periods and made where we were sitting very cold). We were lucky we arrived when we did because people were waiting ages after us for food orders to be taken. We won't be rushing back.

Decided to Visit Telford South Water and I walked past Bella Italia and decided to walk in to take a look within seconds of walking in staff came to door to offer me a table and menu :) didn't wait long less than a few minutes to be brought a drink lovely bright location with loads of cool lights lovely tables and chairs and furniture good amount of outdoor seating available friendly staff quick service would highly recommend a visit to Bella Italia Telford!

Cal was amazing ten out of ten great service

The cozy, rustic ambiance set the perfect tone for our romantic evening. We shared a classic Margherita pizza and a creamy Carbonara, both bursting with authentic Italian flavors. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel truly special. To top it off, the tiramisu was heavenly. Bella Italia is a gem for couples craving a taste of Italy without leaving England. We’ll definitely be back!

Graet, friendly service from Duncan, nothing too much trouble

We were sat near the kitchen and he was very thorough and clear with his instructions with allergies. We have milk and egg allergies and his care and attention was reassuring even though we only observed him from afar.

My first time visiting and I wasn't impressed. As entering, there was rubbish inside that had blown in with the door being open, it looked really scruffy. The person that greeted us, myself and daughters face me a weird look when I asked for a table, even my daughters commented on the way he looked at us, it really wasn't a greet you'd expect. Mains were fine, my desert was pathetic tho. I ordered a chocolate brownie Sunday. What i was given was a scoop of vanilla ice cream, a cut up brownie and some chocolate sauce, i was missing my chocolate ice cream my oreo pieces squirty cream and another sauce. The person serving hadn't been shown how to make it,it was deducted off my bill though which was a good gesture. I paid the bill and left but galf way back to the car, I realised I'd been over charged, only by around £3 when I checked my receipt, I had paid for someone else's bill. I think the staff training needs to improve to stop incidents like this.

Such an amazing experience, service is always good and helpful and very friendly with my son and my allergies & food is always good. We come at least once a month and always been pleased with everything.

Poor spaghetti boulognese, arrived with about a spoonful of sauce/meat ,child size portion. Told waitress no meat ,fetched us a small bowl each with some in, by this time spaghetti was cool. Definitely won't go back ,overpriced for pitiful meal.

Came for a meal here with some work colleagues while staying the night for business, what can I say, the best meal I've had in ages!!!! So tasty and well presented. 10/10 to the Chefs Pawel & Mike, and our server Tonye. We will 100% come again next time we visit Telford. 🙂 Bonus with the 25% blue light too 🙂

We visited today for lunch, excellent service, food was lovely. A special mention to Aaron who served us. Aaron was a genuinely lovely guy and made us feel so welcome from the moment that we walked in.

What a fun girls night at Bella Italia in Telford. £5 pasta and a couple of us wanted pizza, so the wonderful manager pointed us in the direction of the app. We downloaded the app and it had a voucher for £5 pizza! An absolute January bargain and we all managed to have an extra glass of wine with the money we saved. We were very surprised that the quality and size of the dishes were just as you get when paying full price. Highly recommended

We visited on a Saturday evening, prebooked to avoid disappointment. Food was a very good standard, waitress was really good at assisting us with offers we'd recieved via the Bella app. To get the best value for money. Only disappointment was disabled toilet and standard toilets were in awful condition. They didn't look to have been cleaned that day. We were also seated near the door, we were disturbed often by a draft blowing in through the doors, many people turned up to be turned away but restaurant didn't look at capacity. Staff had propped one of the double doors open, which looked inviting for potential customers, only to be turned away once inside.

Lovely meal, great service. Asked for a birthday cake to be brought straight after the main meal as I had to leave quickly and the timing was perfect. Food was delicious and good sized portions.

We ordered a delivery for my birthday treat. The delivery was 20 minutes later than we planned as we set a schedule for 19:00-19:30 it came at 19:52. The food was cold on arrival, the size of the lasagne portion was tiny for an adult, no garnish or anything else with it. It was nice all being a few bites. The fact that it was £15.96 for a small portion was ridiculous. My brother ordered a cheese burger and it was cold on arrival, the burgers were over cooked and dry, didn't use real cheese either. The fries were soggy and cold. My Husband had the ultimate calzone which he also had to heat up. The issue is the food was ready at least half hour before a driver could get there. The price we paid for the food we got was not worth it. I have no idea what the actual sit in side of it is though as I have not yet been. Plus the phone number was not manned by a human either, we couldn't phone anyone about it! I wouldn't recommend the delivery.

We ordered online with Super Nonna Pasta Pronto, a sub delivery service which is a part of the Bella Italia restaurant. I can’t stress this enough - do not bother. The food was edible and warm but completely lacked any flavour. I had the carbonara which contained no more than 3 minuscule pieces of ham, my partner had the ultimate cheesey dish which had no more than 5 grated pieces of cheese. The garlic bread is sold as a ‘super oozy buttery cheesy bread’ it was 1 slice of ciabatta cut in half, over cooked with the essence of cheese on top. You could have done better for a 5a worth of ingredients from Aldi. Shockingly bad. Not good value for money at all.

Absolutely shocking service from here this evening. The food came out either freezing cold or luke warm which isn't great when you're paying £15+ for one meal. Our table wasn't cleared away between courses so we still had plates and bowls all over the table over all 3 courses. We had to ask for cutlery as we didn't have any after the starters, we were given wooden spoons to eat our dessert's with. Considering this establishment is table service, we weren't offered any more drinks after the first one we ordered 2.5 hours before we were leaving. I would definitely think long and hard before you spend nearly £200 like we did here as you would probably get better service at the local Golden Arches for £195 cheaper.

The people make the experience. I eat out regularly, and sometimes things don't go well but the team can recover that and make it a better experience than if everything had just gone smoothly and been alright. I ordered blind - half a lager whilt I wait for my main - a fish /King Prawn pasta dish with a glass of red wine. What I recieved was perfect. I so enjoyed my main and the staff and the restaurant and the atmosphere that I decided to have a dessert. To be honest. The warm chocolate fudge cake was offered with ice cream or cream but no custard so I declined and chose the Tirumasi. I love a Tirumasu. Alas, this was good but i've tasted better. Overall, I'd visit again and order the same (unless they could knock up some custard!)

Family trip out to celebrate a birthday. From the moment we arrived we were looked after really well. We were served by the lovely Callum, he could not have been more helpful. There was a small problem with one meal, and he went out of his way to resolve it quickly, and with no fuss. Our meal was good, and the service exceptional.

The food is delicious, the portions are perfect, service is great, and its not too expensive. We ordered the Pomodoro Mozzarella, Garlic ciabatta, and hot chocolate. The pomodoro dish was very nicely made. The garlic bread was a perfect addition to the dish and it was very nicely seasoned. The hot chocolate was creamy and very chocolatey, perfect for a cold day. The waitress even gave me some very nice takeaway boxes and a bag to put my leftovers in. I definitely recommend this restaurant :)

Went with my family to celebrate my brother's birthday this evening and, as always, Tonye and the team were fab! It was busy this evening so, naturally, a few things took a little longer and one of our dessert items were a little bit delayed in arriving, but that doesn't and didn't take away from the all-round lovely atmosphere and consistently delicious food! As I work in hospitality myself and have had similarly hectic evenings, I think it's always important to point out that all staff are only human at the end of the day too :) Everyone is wonderfully friendly, approachable and always responsive! Fantastic place to bring friends and family. I will always recommend the Southwater Bella Italia 😊
