Family trip out to celebrate a birthday. From the moment we arrived we were looked after really well. We were served by the lovely Callum, he could not have been more helpful. There was a small problem with one meal, and he went out of his way to resolve it quickly, and with no fuss. Our meal was good, and the service exceptional.

The food is delicious, the portions are perfect, service is great, and its not too expensive. We ordered the Pomodoro Mozzarella, Garlic ciabatta, and hot chocolate. The pomodoro dish was very nicely made. The garlic bread was a perfect addition to the dish and it was very nicely seasoned. The hot chocolate was creamy and very chocolatey, perfect for a cold day. The waitress even gave me some very nice takeaway boxes and a bag to put my leftovers in. I definitely recommend this restaurant :)

Went with my family to celebrate my brother's birthday this evening and, as always, Tonye and the team were fab! It was busy this evening so, naturally, a few things took a little longer and one of our dessert items were a little bit delayed in arriving, but that doesn't and didn't take away from the all-round lovely atmosphere and consistently delicious food! As I work in hospitality myself and have had similarly hectic evenings, I think it's always important to point out that all staff are only human at the end of the day too :) Everyone is wonderfully friendly, approachable and always responsive! Fantastic place to bring friends and family. I will always recommend the Southwater Bella Italia 😊

Great food, shame stuff don't know much about vines, but they offered help bring sample to try so at the end we picked that what we liked. Recommend for families with kids

Me and my girlfriend came in for a meal around 8 O’clock, Ben was our server and couldn’t do enough to help and delivered excellent service from start to finish. The food was also lovely.

We came for my daughters 13th birthday and Bethan was attentive and helpful the whole evening. She bought out my daughters cake and sang happy birthday 🎂 the food was delicious. We'll definitely come again.

Decided to go here for our anniversary and we fell in love with the place. Amazing service as soon as we walked through the door and seated in a quiet spot since there was a children's party going on. All the staff were lovely and polite and the food was absolutely amazing, my wife had a chicken Caesar salad and I had the Carbonara with pulled chicken added plus we had a side of chips. The chicken on the salad was lovely and crispy on the outside and still juicy, the Carbonara was just perfect and the chips were perfect the whole meal and side were so full of flavour we've even been back since and plan on going back.

Food was amazing, love the fries and the chicken Caesar salad. Atmosphere was great and service was great but not sure the juice for the drinks was good as we ended up ill a day later, my husband more so cause he finished my drink.

We encountered 3 very friendly staff. Our waitress, Emily, was absolutely brilliant and went above and beyond for us. Really great customer service and fantastic food.

Ordered the food, when brought out, two lots of fries were given us, when we ordered four, I then spoke to the server who got us out third one and said the fourth was in its way, which never arrived, this spoilt the evening as we were having a birthday celebration.

Had a nice lunch here where we chose to eat from set menu. Staff was very nice and kind. We had 3 courses and everyone loved it.

We hadn't booked but the staff accommodated our needs with a cosy booth. We ordered a cheeseburger with chips, chicken milanese, pollo cacciatore and two children's pepperoni pizzas. All the food came out fresh, hot and tasty.

Can in for a double birthday late last night with 7 other freinds forgetting to book but bethan and the rest of her staff were quite welcoming gave us some great service and food thank you!

Staff on duty were fab even though they were run off their feet as more customers than usual because of our Pickleball tournament at TIC. We were seated & told there would be a long wait for food, but we were well looked after by the hostess/waitress & we didn’t feel it was much longer than usual. The hostess/waitress/table cleaner/manager (?) was clearly working really hard but kept a smile on her face & had a lovely manner all evening. Well done! Delicious food & good portion size.

My partner and I had a lovely meal here on Sunday. We were impressed with the food and atmosphere at the restaurant. Food was quick but fresh. The set menu is a great deal. All the staff were friendly and efficient but in particular Emily who served us was really friendly and accommodating and made our meal/experience at Bella Italia, lovely girl, thanks Emily ☺️
