Eat here a lot and the food is always great tasting, great value and quick. The staff are also excellent. One of our top three places for pizza in the area. Lunch and kid deals particularly good value.

A proper Italian food and the staff is great

Prices aren’t what advertised. I ordered a pizza which on their website is £12.50. When it was delivered the delivery driver told me that £12.50 wasn’t enough and infact it was £14.50. I’ve since looked again on their website and there is no mention of a delivery charge. Won’t be using again.

I used to love coming here for my breakfast; it was my favourite spot. In a recent visit, I discovered they had removed the baked eggs from the menu which was disappointing so I had the eggs Benedict. It took a while to come; understandable with only one chef and a full downstairs area. When it arrived, the presentation was lovely, but did not reflect the taste. Poached eggs were hard as was the breakfast muffin. Coffees were as good as usual and the waiter did his best. Overall, no longer a great place and I’m not in a hurry to return.

Simply to me the best pizza in town. A great stone baked pizza made by a great pizza chef. Good menu and all cooked to order. The traditional Turkish dishes are beautiful and I usually order the Lamuschan (forgive spelling) as this is the best thing to me on the menu. Ali and the team are running a great take away. Highly recommended

Have eaten here in the past and enjoyed it but the last two times we've attempted to eat here we've walked away empty handed. The last time we were sat down and subsequently ignored and the time before that we weren't even acknowledged even tho the place was nigh on empty. We've given up on them now, as you walk out there's a Chopstix which is cheaper, tasty and they don't play hide and seek with you.

Not sure why this restaurant has good reviews. Starters were good but it was just prawns. No one enjoyed the main courses. My main was inedible, it was octopus and it was so tough, you couldn’t chew or swallow it. Sent it back but it was the same the second time. So I had no main course and ate what my partner left. The seafood in his was very over cooked, I would think it had been reheated. They seemed to have people in reviewing the food. There were a few tables they were making a fuss over and we were neglected and service was slow. The only redeeming thing, was the cocktails were good but food and service were bad.

Great pizza, friendly staff. We had a reservation for 10, the service was smooth, food came quickly and everyone was served at the same time. The pizzas were tasty and perfectly cooked. The staff entertained us with jokes and laughter! Highly recommended!!

Great pizzas, very nice service and cool Atmosphäre with nice music, mix Italien, Charts and 90s - we had a great time!

Delicious cheesy pizza and tasty fries. Would definitely order from here again.

My father works here and the boss why he doesn't want me to be seen at the front tables of the restaurant, he lost a one custome.

Found a Worm in My Dish – Horrible Experience and Disappointing Service! I visited Santore today to celebrate a special occasion, but my experience was completely ruined by poor food quality and even worse customer service. I ordered a mushroom risotto, and to my shock, I discovered a worm inside after my first bite. It was incredibly disappointing, not only because of the food but also due to how the staff handled the situation. Instead of apologizing or showing genuine concern, they simply offered to remake the same dish or bring me something else. When it was time to pay, they made me feel as if they were doing me a favor by waiving the charge for the risotto. I wanted to leave immediately but didn’t want to ruin the evening we had planned to celebrate. Unfortunately, what should have been a memorable night turned into a terrible experience I wouldn’t wish on anyone. Santore, please take better care with food hygiene and train your staff to handle issues with basic courtesy. I won’t be returning.

Had a lovely experience in there, highly recommended. Food is incredible, kind and professional service from Antonio. Will come back for sure.

The service is good but not excellent. Good quality pizza thin and crispy. I recommend this place if you want to eat a classic Italian pizza
