Bianco's in Hartlepool

Love this place. The staff are lovely. The food is gorgeous, it tastes homemade. The chips are homemade. Do not a portion of chips per person, you get loads. Buy one portion for 2 people.

Visited Saturday 19/10/24 been a few times and and had various meals that have been lovely however yesterday I had chunky chips and chicken curry which was very disappointed the chips weren't really chips just warmed up large chunks of potato not tasting like chips and the curry wasn't what I would call proper curry runny sauce Sorry but not the best

Lovely breakfast today at Biancos. Both of us ordered the easy breakfast. Great customer service as always. Special mention to Claire for making the best coffee I've had all week!

Quaint little place, excellent for catching up with friends over a brew, food or pint.

Love it here, the panini’s are delish, loaded chips are just scrummy. One of the best lattes I’ve ever had. The staff are lovely too. Seating inside and outside, dog friendly outside. Defo take a visit well worth it.

Coffee to die for, panini melts in your mouth, loaded chips are delicious and the staff are attentive. Very reasonable price too. 👍🏻

Lovely little place for a quick lunch! Enjoyed a lovely pulled pork panini with homemade chips. Lots to choose from and the service is always spot on!

Second time visiting as someone recommended their sandwiches. Both visits I enjoyed the food. Small, intimate setting by the marina. Great location, and cheap parking directly outside. Both visits, however, were let down by the service. My first visit - the staff didn’t speak to me. When waiting to order, they just look at you when you’re next and ask for the cash. Second visit, I asked the waitress outside when she gets a moment “could I please grab some cutlery and a napkin?” (These aren’t brought with your food outside). She didn’t turn to look at me, and just replied “they are inside”, whilst walked back inside. I don’t mind getting my own if I have to, I’m just asking for eye contact and a friendly service. I believe someone from management was present at the bar, possibly out of hours but visiting.. they just stared as I collected my own cutlery after guessing where I had to go to get it. The food was good enough, but if you want a relaxing atmosphere with standard service, it’s not the right place.

Been three times now each time I visit my friend. Always have the big salad. Great fresh ingredients at a reasonable price. Can’t wait for next visit.

We tend to go for lunch here, it can be quite a busy little place. Food is made fresh to order and is great value, lots of it so go hungry.

What an incredible gem Bianocs is!! It has everything you could possibly want; amazing coffee, incredible menu, super fresh produce and the most amazing team running the ship! We went in for a coffee and breakfast during a 3 day work trip and ended up going back 4 more times over the 3 days. It is that good! I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Absolutely amazing breakfast. Ordered to cure a hangover and did the trick. I couldn’t eat it all there was so much 😍 Super quick delivery, food piping hot. Will be back.

Fabulous to be here and have a first drink out since the lockdown, the staff are working hard to make sure it's all safe and protected, summer sunny drink! Went back today and enjoyed a lovely breakfast, the staff were friendly and helpful and the food really nice

Lovely food very friendly staff.

Used to be a regular loyal customer and order all the time. Been disappointed way too often this year. Service is shocking when you complain about an order that you have paid for and not received. Won’t be visiting/ordering again.

I use to love it here and was a repeat customer but not anymore. Ordered lunch today (on my birthday) and received such poor customer service. We ordered a few panini’s and some pizza top chips and only received cheesy chips (pizza top chips were fab here and always ordered them ). Rang back to let them know and they offered to send them out but won’t be for an hour or some free ones next time. Didn't have time to wait an hour so took the free offer. They then rang back half an hour later and said on the delivery slip it was cheesy chips so we have only paid for that and can’t now get the free pizza top chips next time. So we paid for something we didn’t want and got called liars all because we rang rather than ordering on an app to save them any fees as a local business. Well lost 3 people’s custom now after how we were spoke to and will be letting others know of the poor customer service we had today. This is probably due to people trying to claim free stuff all the time but it’s a shame it now back fires when genuine mistakes happen.

The breakfast ciabatta is the best way to set up your day!

Ordered panini tonight, came stone cold to the point the cheese hadn’t even melted. Looked and felt stale! When tried ringing them wouldn’t answer the phone!

Food is out of this world. Fantastic staff that can't do enough to make sure you have the best time ever in their establishment. Nothing is a problem for then x

What a generous friendly place - I had a migraine and wanted to take some tablets - I asked to buy a slice of toast and the lovely waiting staff just made me one free of charge ! Such kindness is a rare commodity and would certainly make me return - Lovely cup of tea too and my partner enjoyed his millionaires shortbread very much too

Used to be absolutely amazing, really gone down hill, last couple of times we’ve ordered been really disappointed in how much the quality has dropped, salads missing dressing and cheese this time, also ordered nachos with chilli beef and got delivered a box crisps may aswell have gone to tescos and bought some Doritos

I was recommended Biancos by work colleagues, I had the peppercorn shredded beef and was amazing.

One of our regular spots for brunch /lunch. There are times when it gets busy that you don't always get the right order, but the food is tasty, and salad boxes are delish, so we just make sure we avoid busier times these days. Clearly not enough of a problem, or we'd not be regulars!

The food is nice,just,on my last visit I was already halfway into my lunch when I felt days old food stuck under the rim of the plates,it was really disgusting,almost all of the dishes were filthy, I showed the counter staff and her reply was, "sorry,do you want the food off the plate ".....no refund or anything,I just walked out with my family, that's the last time I'll ever eat from that established...

Went for my dinner today and it was not bad. Only had chips with grated cheese on but it was nice. Naively thought the cheese would have been grilled but I'll ask next time I visit if they would. Cup of tea as well and all for £6. Cant fall off for that. Staff were nice and will visit again

Love the salad box as you can create your own . Loads of choice and so fresh, would recommend this to anyone.

Called today and had to sit outside as we had our doggo, had two coffee,s which were lovely, my wife had loaded nachos which she has had before and she loves and I had loaded chips with chicken curry, I had to take my meal back and the waitress asked if I needed it warming up,i hadn't said what was wrong yet but it was stone cold( a quick sorry with no meaning was given), they made me a fresh meal and I know this as it had nowhere near as much curry on as the cold meal,curry was very nice when hot, I just don't understand how the meal is sent out with hot chips and stone cold curry

Just picked up an order. Asked for a Biancos full house, got just meatballs with sauce. Missed off pulled pork and pepperoni. Pretty much half the meal

Went for breakfast and a coffee this morning. The service was great, prompt and food was delicious. The bacon sandwhich served on ciabatta bread was amazing. Along with that, the cost was a pleasant surprise! Such a great place and find!

Visited today at 1040am. My friend and I both ordered the big breakfast, we were told there was no black pudding or hash browns. The server said they could only do scrambled eggs as the grill had been cleaned (breakfasts are served until 11am) I said I would have the meal with no eggs as I only like fried eggs. We waited a while for the meal to come as it did the waitress said you should get two sausages each but we only had three so we have cut one in half and given you one and a half each. The bacon was cold and had obviously been cooked a while as it was hard to cut, the sausages were not very hot either. There were however, two cold hash browns on each plate so they must have found some after saying they had none. A very disappointing meal today. I gave the review 1 star but headline shows 4.5. No feed back from owner

Classic meat ball sandwich. No sauce really dry with little flour. Delivery was over an hour and half. Shame really this place is usually nice. Unfortunately on this occasion it wasn't.

Just Ordered the steak fajitas chicken Parmo . Boy what a Parmo absolutely Amazing no grease' chips were proper home made chips . Garlic sauce to die for and the coleslaw out of this world. NEED another .

I enjoyed my panini but as i dont like some of the sides dishes that go with it i was dissapointed that still had to pay full price for a panini ham & melted cheese

Me & hubby luv this place,he loves the farmhouse breaky & I luv it cos I'm gluten free & there's a lovely lady called Jo workin there who's very knowledgeable & helpful on gluten free food,so she advises me on wot I can & cannot av,the chunky chips are gf & are absolutely yummy, they do a lovely latte,delicious food,lovely helpful staff wots not to like...😊👍
