Ordered tonight. Came. Late. Cold. Order was totally wrong. And. Items. Missing. Called them. They. Just shouted down phone and. Hung up. Called again and again. Same. Result. Food went in. Bin. Money wasted I should of. Listened to. Reviews place needs shutting down

Ordered food and it didn't turn up,went to the shop the next day, couldn't understand a word they said,said ring back for another order but won't answer the phone,place looks dirty as 🤮

Been getting our kebabs here for over 25 years but twice in the last 3 weeks they’ve got the order wrong we get the same thing all the time very disappointing 😡

I placed an order an hour and half ago only to call half hour ago to be told sorry for delay it will be 20 mins I thought ok it's Saturday it will be busy I ring half hour later to be told sorry the delivery driver won't deliver to you sorry so I waited an hour and a half to be told delivery driver won't deliver

The best Mexican food I have tried and the pizzas and tasty parmos my order was delivered to me very fast

i orderd a parmo came very cold and burnt to a crisp called the restraunt and just hung up on me very unhappy

Don't order from here, just ordered some of their Mexican food and it was rank. Delivered like warm and soggy. Onion rings were also terrible. How, when 90% of the country has an air fryer can somewhere sell soggy onion rings. Never again

So I ordered a parmo with ham and sweetcorn I'm allergic to olives and nuttin on just eat said olives food turned up late they sent a driver with no change and the food was stone cold DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE ITS WORST THAN KAYS COOKING OFF TIKTOK BRUV

I ordered my food on Hartlepool eats, was quick to confirm the order so I thought - it’s been confirmed so no reason for it not to arrive? Nearly 2 hours, store is closed and no food has arrived. No one answered the calls nothing.. Will be ringing when they open again wanting a refund… very unhappy

In a neighbourhood, the best pizza I ever order ! cannot recommend them enough. Great quality. Staff very polite.

I got a delivery to the throston area of the town . And I was charged £13.50 for a 10-inch margherita and a small doner kebab , and a tub of garlic sauce . and the delivery driver give me £5 back out of the £20 that I had handed over to him. and then proceed to stumbled around for the £1.50 coins" hoping and praying That I was gonna say , keep it . But I've been getting deliveries for years so I know how some of these drivers work to generate their tips . they have silver in one pocket and pound coins in another pocket and they pull out the pound coins and say I have no silver so the customer says " ok keep it . and there was no salad , only red cabbage and a slice of cucumber . if you can call that a box of salad .. what I am trying to say is they didn't knock the price down , for less . I do understand these takeaway shops have a set price for a box of salad but they should also have a set box of salad . not just give you what's left (but still charge you for a full box) . Or tell you over the phone when you are ordering the stuff put it this way , I won't be going back there ever again . and the delivery driver didn't phone back to verify the order it was because I don't order all the time so he thought it was a bogus order , (I know how it works) and these people who answer the phone to take your order in the first place can't speak much English so they must be illegal " Otherwise they would speak better English . I have worked in Indian restaurants and when a new guy turns up who can't speak much English " it always comes out later that he is , illegal .🤔

Came relatively quick. Friendly staff. Called me to double check a few things about my order when I didn't originally specify. By far the best portion I've got for my money from fast food places in this town. Recommend the Mixed Kebab for anybody who wants to a good meal to give them a full belly. 10/10 Great place to eat from.

Food is absolutely vile, donner meat is like cardboard and tasteless, parmos are burnt black underneath , coleslaw is salty, customer service is diobolical, they pretend they can’t hear and put the phone down on you and then ignore the phone, never ever will I order from here again, avoid at all costs it’s disgusting

Where do I start. A hour and half late. Absolutely rude idiots lying to me. Avoid this place at all costs. Absolutely shambolic. Rather drag my balls across sandpaper than see these absolute frauds again. Don’t touch them one bit. They take the p**s

Ordered my food at 10:32pm paid by card, order confirmation came in, and it’s now 1:47 in the morning and Still no food, I’ve called them and called and they won’t refund me because the driver went to the wrong address, I live alone and can always here the door even during the day, I just want my money!!! In the mix of all this, they put the driver on the phone and he was the rudest person I’ve ever spoken to, I hope this shop gets shut down for good!

Made pizza, “couldn’t find address” so took the pizza back WITHOUT attempting to ring and binned it. Rang back after 1 hour to be told it was out with the driver. Rang back within 30 seconds to then be informed they have binned it and would be another hour before getting one delivered. Rude on the phone. Completely disgraceful.

I have just started to use this establishment and I can state that every time I have eaten here the food has been very good from kebabs to pizzas. Not sure who the manager is but the staff are very friendly and polite I felt I had to post a picture of my Parmesan which was prepared for me by Alisha keep up the good work

Waited 1 and a half hours and they delivered kebab meat in place of the burger I ordered. My son hates kebab meat. Never again

Get the £8 tasty box well worth the money and the food is always hot . Staff are always nice as too the delivery drivers

Got a meat feast pizza and a donner kebab last week was lovely couldn't fault it even do red cabbage a lot of places don't now was lovely and fresh in fact i'm going to make this my regular place from now well done.x

Pizzas received only warm and of poor quality. Missing items in our order and when asked for a refund for the missing items told lied to Just Eat and said the order was complete. There are a lot better takeaways in Hartlepoo

They put a later estimated food delivery time by 30 mins so wasn't expecting them earlier and jumped in the shower. Naturally I didn't hear them at door. No one rang and then the driver rang after he left and said I will have to wait another 30 mins for delivery as he was back at shop. Food arrived tough and cold.

Terrible Restaurant. Do not order from here. Our food was not delivered and when we tried to ring to see why we didn't receive it, they didn't pick up the phone. They finally answered the phone the next day and they were extremely aggressive and argumentative. They did not give me a refund and hung up on me.

Horrible. Chicken wraps smelt like an egg omlette and they refused to refund us the money, it was a very poor standard of customer service.

Called in for a pizza, then I seen a parmo being prepared for somebody else and I was sold! It looked hot, fresh and tasty, and when I received mine It was hot, fresh and tasty!! Not to mention great value for money! Can't comment on the delivery service yet, but the two delivery drivers looked to be very busy... Recommended..

Missing food, called the takeaway he put the phone down the first time, called back received a boat load of abusive then he argued with me about what food was delivered! Then had the cheek to ask me to pay for the 2nd delivery when they already was going to bring back my missing items. Useless Also JUST-EAT jeez they're also useless just cannot be bothered.
