I had been served by Lilly, she was great, sociable, hard working, informative, made us laugh and the food was lovely, was taken out by my daughter as a mothers day treat and we had a lovely time, Lilly even made recommendations on drink and food, she was also attentive as my daughter had allergies to fish and nuts, when we arrived sat 29th mar 8.pm this place was packed and the staff were all working hard serving customers, clearing tables, bringing out food, the guy doing the drinks and the other guy bringing trays of drinks to the tables were doing a fab job also. Would definitely go back again, well done to all on shift this day and especially Lilly 👏

This is a budget ice cream place. I don’t get why there is such a large queue for non authentic ice cream. It’s not gelato. You can get the same stuff from a supermarket. Authentic ice cream is not being served here. I had the mint chocolate chip and nothing but chocolate chips with no taste of mint. Wouldn’t come here for ice cream again.

Do not wish this place on anyone. Was treated terribly and forgot about, just an all around bad experience. Support a local business in the area and not this corporate owned spot that does not care about your experience.

Certo! Ecco la traduzione in inglese: --- I am Italian. Eating at this restaurant was a devastating and traumatic experience. I have never eaten food so far from being Italian in my entire life. The pizza wasn't even pizza, it was more like paper with some sauce and mozzarella on it. I ordered a carbonara, but it was absolutely not a carbonara as it was missing key ingredients. Last night, there were three waiters working in the dining room, but I only saw them once every ten years, and I had to get up to fetch salt and oil. At one point, the clean utensils were finished and we had to use the same utensils all night. Two hours passed between the appetizers and the main courses. The price is far too high for what is offered — over £40 per person for two small appetizers and a main course each. Trust an Italian: NEVER eat at this restaurant!!

Such a shame, after almost 30 years of coming here, last night was really poor. The house wine was always perfectly fine, but now it's terrible. And they've removed the salad bar. Literally the best thing about the place, and they've removed it. Quite sad that after all this time last night will be my final visit.

Had a lovely meal today at the sky bar . The food was excellent and the whole experience was perfect great views over our fantastic city . The staff couldn’t have been better we will be back soon .

The food and the service were beyond excellent. I wish I could give it more than 5 stars!!! Kiran was a friendly and amazing host and waitress/owner. I highly recommend this establishment!!
