Waited 5 minutes to be greeted and seated Then a warm welcome from Dominik Our shared pizza came promptly and was delicious Our pasta courses arrived after one was clap cold the other was warm after commenting they were replaced in due course pipping hot and good A very pleasant evening and well looked after by Dominik

My partner and I went here for our 2 year anniversary and had an incredible time. Food was incredible. My partner is vegan and loved her food. I had the crab fettuccine and it was the single greatest thing I've ever tasted. We felt well cared for by our server Dom, food was timely and we lost track of time from how lovely the atmosphere was. They made sure that all dietary requirements were looked after, gave us lovely service. 10/10

A fantastic experience from the moment we arrived to when we left. Excellent food and service, and a wonderful atmosphere. All the team were warm and friendly but a special mention to Rochelle, who did a fabulous job of looking after us all evening and made my birthday meal extra special. Also, to the lady who welcomed us when we arrived and quickly, and with good humour, found us a table when we realised we’d booked for the wrong number of guests. Our very first visit but we’ll be back and will be recommending to all our friends. Thanks all 🤩

Gusto was a last minute booking, but one that I was glad I made. The food was exceptionally good, Oli tended to our every need and was a very hospitable host. They made our first date extremely special.

We went for our annual trip to Gusto and the food was as superb as ever. We did wait nearly 40 minutes from finishing our food to paying the bill and the staff were very frosty compared to previous visits. We did try to get their attention but it didn't get us anywhere. When we did pay, staff said it was due to how busy they were but there were about 10 other bookings at the same time as us and most of the restaraunt was empty.

We booked the private room for a graduation dinner for 30 people. They gave us the best service , all staff were so kind especially Harrison. He helped us throughout the whole night , from the order of drinks till sorting out the bills. This was honestly the best place for any special event , they go above and beyond to make sure you enjoy the night.

We had a brilliant meal tonight at Gusto’s for my mums birthday, having not visited for a while. Luke our waiter was brilliant and also engaged so nicely with our children that they said that they had so much fun - which rarely happens when you’re out for a family meal! The food was amazing as always, very tasty, great wine and a lovely atmosphere. My mum had a great time celebrating. We’ll certainly be back.

Whilst the atmosphere was fine, the service was shocking. It didn't seem particularly busy on a Sunday afternoon but took 30 mins for us to be seated despite having a booking. Host seemed annoyed when we asked how much longer it'd be. Ended up getting seated by another server who was friendly enough. Eventually ordered which again, took a while. Then saw our food sat under a heat lamp for around 10 mins. Asked server when it'd be with us and got an annoyed response. By the time it had got to us it was very dry. Ended up leaving most of it. Very disappointing - won't be back.

Booked here last minute with a friend on a Sunday. The food was lovely, and the service was spot on, staff really friendly. However, they added on a large service charge without letting us check the receipt first, along with a charity donation which we definitely weren't asked about! God knows which charity that goes to as it just says 'charity donation' on the receipt. Very cheeky if I'm being honest. I would go back again, but will definitely be asking to check the receipt broken down before paying.

The service at this restaurant was deeply disappointing. the service was painfully slow, making the entire experience frustrating and uncomfortable. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone.

Chateaubriand £70 for 2 people plus drinks £138 and we left hungry having McDonalds. The food was so small that that this is enough for a teenager not 2 adults 😒

Great Christmas work function. Attended here for work and we have all really enjoyed the food and drink. Harrison is the standout of the day as he never let our glasses run dry and had the best sense of humour. All three courses were excellent with a special mention for the beef. It was outstanding.

No estaba demasiado impresionado con la comida. El restaurante es precioso y nuestro servidor era muy agradable. Pero la comida en sí era insípida y seca. El pollo se secó y tampoco había mucho en el tamaño de la porción. Fuimos a una comida de Navidad con trabajo... dos personas de nuestra fiesta no pudieron venir por enfermedad. Como se supone que mantuvieron allí depósito que es por supuesto comprensible. Pero... entonces procedieron a decirnos que tenían la intención de cocinar las comidas de todos modos como lo habíamos ordenado, esperando que pagáramos por ello y nos dijeron que podíamos compartirlo entre nosotros. Encontré esto loco, ya que ciertamente no habían cocinado la comida o comenzaron a cocinarla, ya que tardó más de una hora después de que llegara... Les dijimos que no, no cocinen para gente que no está aquí es un despilfarro y después de discutirlo con el gerente no cocinaron las comidas para la gente que no pudo hacerlo. Esa regla es estúpida y no tiene sentido, esperar que paguemos las comidas de las personas que no están... No creas que eso es una buena práctica o un buen servicio al cliente, eso es lo que es un depósito para ti pierde ese depósito si la gente no te atiende ¡tampoco te cobran por las comidas que iban a comer! No volvería, las bebidas estaban bien precios y el servidor era agradable que era la mejor parte.

We had to wait longer than expected for our starter, but they were very apologetic, all food was lovely, beautifully decorated for Christmas. Dom our waiter was very friendly. We would definitely return on our next visit to Leeds

Came in here for dessert for my sister's 18th. Beautiful atmosphere and decor, and fantastic service. I enjoyed a gorgeous sticky toffee pudding and baileys coffee. The only reason I can't award this place 5 stars is the size of the brownie - 9 pound for a TINY bite is just silly. It's a shame as all the other portion sizes were generous.
