Francesco made our evening- he was delightful and friendly from the moment we sat down. His service was excellent and he deserves to be mentioned! The food was lovely too - always a favourite of ours- thankyou!

Retains top spot for us. Always a high level of service, great food, not overpriced and mainly the atmosphere. A great family meal seated on the covered terrace. Happy to see our old friend Francesco serving tonight. He is just so welcoming, attentive and friendly - he really does make sure everything is spot on. Every one of us enjoyed our food which included; chicken with truffle gnocchi, seafood linguine, goats cheese salad and a supersized pizza (which my son demolished and then announced that it was the nicest pizza he's EVER had - even nicer than pizza in Italy)! Lovely cocktails and mocktails too. Really like the atmosphere here and we will certainly be back. Highly reccomended!

Really bad food and service yesterday. The manager ignored us when we came in so we were waiting ages to be seated. They also forgot our main courses so we were waiting ages, and then they were rushed and undercooked when they came out. None of the staff knew what they were doing either. Will be sticking with the Piccolino’s in Didsbury & Wilmslow - much better!

Piccolino has become the first place I recommend when friends ask for a phenomenal Italian restaurant, as I visited recently to celebrate my birthday with family and was immediately greeted by vibrant, welcoming staff who made the experience a million times more enjoyable, the team was flawless, from the Chefs being a extremely talented to the waiting staff being willing to go the extra mile. As it was my birthday our waiter Francesco brought out the most beautiful birthday dish, not only was he friendly but incredibly joyous and made our visit the perfect night! So thank you to all the staff for making an excellent night for a family birthday would definitely recommend a visit!

Quite simply one of the best food experiences in Bramhall. The service is also first class - we were looked after by Tania who was incredibly friendly, helpful, attentive and professional, her service was above and beyond excellent. Parking isn't great, so park in the main village car park and walk across, its 50p per hour so hardly a bank buster! All in all, it's a wonderful place to eat.

I went with my two sons, the 26 year old is autistic so can be a bit picky. Considering this is a chain they were amazing. They changed the starter so it had no vegetables in and as it was my birthday I got a free round of drinks and a birthday cake. Our waiter, Francesco, was so patient and attentive. It’s my son’s new favourite restaurant so we will be back!

Me and my wife had our wedding reception here with 16 guests. The food was exceptional and the service from all the staff was amazing also. Francesco in particular made sure to see to our every need and was on hand to help with taking photos, turning the music down for me so I could make my speech and just generally making sure everyone was happy. We really like this venue for our date nights. But latest visit was particularly good. We are parents to a 3 year old and don’t get much chance to be on our own and Piccolinos is always exactly what we want, food is great, but it’s always the service that’s too quality. We had a new gentleman this time, Francesco and what a lovely man. Very attentive and authentic and as with other members of staff like Grace that helped us again we were very happy. Our last visit to this restaurant was good but our visit last night was fantastic, made even more so by the staff and our superb waiter Francesco. 5* table service and manner made our evening that little bit more special and will definitely look forward to seeing Francesco on our next visit. I was impressed with the menu and that it has improved again and again since opening. The staff and the little details have now made this my favourite restaurant in this area!

Visited this time for Mother’s Day with our 5 month old twins. Our booking notes asked for a table with space for the pram, but they hadn’t come through to the restaurant - no problem, the staff straightaway rearranged things to fit us at a table with space. Our waiter Francesco and his colleagues were warm, friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Lovely food and cocktails. A very happy first Mother’s Day lunch out and definitely recommend as somewhere for various occasions.

We had a very nice lunch here. It's was just what you would want and expect of this chain for lunch. It was a bit quiet but we didn't mind. The food was on a special offer so worked out very good value. We had a lovely time. The staff were very nice. We only struggled at the end when we needed the bill. Other than that the attention was good.

Great food in lovely surroundings. Shame the table next to us was quite rowdy and wasn’t told by the staff to quieten down.

This is no reflection on the service or quality of food. Both of which were great. However I have an issue with a restaurants charging a service charge for 2 people. I see this now more common. Please just pay your staff a better wage and then I'd tip more. I am not in the business of subsidising restaurants poor wages towards it staff.

This is always our first choice for eating out. The team are all amazing and friendly, and the food and cocktails are all amazing.

First of all want to say the staff were amazing timing between dishes was perfect. Unfortunately I was there for the food and to be honest wasn't good at all starters were mediocre and the steak really bad for £34 over cooked poor quality can get better from a supermarket over all for £120+ meal won't be returning

We had an excellent evening! From the ambience, to the food and the hospitality, it was a lovely experience. Franco was welcoming and made us feel at home. The taste of the food was amazing as was the portion sizes. It was lovely to have a birthday treat on the house too.

Food was missing from first course, food on main course was cold and had clearly been sitting for a while to come out to thectable. The last thing to come was a salad, 20 mins after the warm courses arrived. Time between courses was too long and we were forgotten about. Deserts arrived and orders were wrong, ice cream had melted. Kids were told they could not order from kids menu and not a Sunday? One desert arrived completely frozen!! We spoke to server and they removed the deserts from bill. Spoke to manager at front desk on way out and they apologised, took my details and said they would call and never did... I don't think I would waste my money going here again. It is a shame because the first time we came here, the food and service was excellent.

Rebecca helped me organise a dinner for a large party. I don’t know what we’d do without her! She went above and beyond and is a shining representative of the brand. We’ll go through her when we book again!

I've been visiting since Sept 2019, great family friendly restaurant and very accommodating to any requests. Never had a bad meal. Can be punchy on price, but for me the quality of drinks and atmosphere make up for that. Would always recommend.

Food Was just above average.. ordered the wagyu steak for main (£55) was not worth it.. was rare as to medium rare (what i asked for) everything else was tasty.. just wont be eating steak here ever again.. strictly pasta and pizza only lol. Overall rating 6.8/10

Wow! I was absolutely blown away by this restaurant. The food was incredible - so carefully and expertly prepared with amazing attention to detail. The service was top-notch and the staff were friendly and professional. And oh my, the chef really knew what they were doing - the steak I ordered was simply divine. Booked this restaurant for my mum’s birthday. Whilst the food was ok, the service wasn’t great, we had to ask for our drinks and they took ages to come, we were left for ages and had to ask whether we could order food so we were really hungry. I booked an early table and it wasn’t very busy so not sure what the delay was. I selected birthday on my booking and they didn’t do anything about this when we got there. Disappointed as it was a special occasion - won’t be going back.

Lovely meal, very friendly staff and beautiful décor inside! No parking at the restaurant but I was able to park in Bramhall Precinct car park for free after 6pm

Aspiring to pretentiousness but failing in an almost comical way. We landed on manchester airport late in the evening feeling like eating some good pasta. We hoped that this is the place to do so. It was not. Had some mediocre unseasoned carbonara which left a puddle of oil at the bottom of the plate. The Arrabbiata was the only vegetarian pasta dish on the menu (another minus) and it was mediocre as well. Waited a long time (considering the place was almost empty) for a mocktail and a cocktail that was meh and came with a sad wilted mint leaf thrown on it's back on top of it as a garnish. All topped with some unenthusiastic service from a lady that was obviously looking forward to going home. Can't blame her. Let's not forget about the music, loud club music is exactly what you want to hear when eating mediocre overpriced pasta (hopefully they'll afford to buy 3ply toilet rolls now). We did eat, we were starving after a long flight. I would 100% Not recommend or go back.
