Fantastic service today from our server Dom! Food is always great here as someone who struggles eating out the Gluten free options here are excellent! Highly recommend can never fault bella italia! 🍝🍕

We were served by a wonderful waitress called Dom she made our evening. She was really attentive and friendly and made us feel very special. It was nice to speak to someone who has passion and soul and not just going through the motions of having to work.

Had a meal out tonight perfect night out invited partners parents and was greeted by all staff but our waiter Dom was a lovely lady always smiling and happy to chat and help. Great service, brilliant food lovely atmosphere Dom was a great host.

Abi was great! Really helpful and kind. We came to visit after a cinema trip with our two young children. All the staff were accommodating and good with our very hyperactive 3 year old! First time customers and we will definitely return

Very convenient, great place for a casual dinner with a wide variety of menu selections for everyone in the group. Friendly and attentive staff and we enjoyed seeing the cat robot at work!

Abi was amazing from the start, greeted us and got us seated quickly. The food and drinks were amazing as always, the staff were quick and efficient.

We hadn’t booked but turned up on national Bella day without realising but were still seated quickly! We sat outside as the weather was lovely, our server Lilly was great and attentive. We had mains and dessert as well as a few drinks and all came quickly, would recommend!

Great family-friendly restaurant! We took our kids to Bella Italia in Dudley, and they absolutely loved it. The staff were brilliant with them, and the atmosphere was really relaxed. The adult meals were also delicious, and we kids meals I felt it was good value for money. Definitely a good spot for a family meal out.

Not been to Bella before but had a great time here tonight. Our son is just turning 2 so can be abit of a handful at times but our server Megan and the rest of the staff couldn’t do enough to make him happy. Food was great and loved the surprise visit from Vera the robot waiter :)

We had a great lunch, the spicy sausage pasta was great, so were the toffee pudding and tiramisu, and our server Dom was lovely!

Come here for the 5th time Saturday around 430pm just me and my daughter with additional needs. She was having a bad day and we had to be relocated once which I always get anxious about asking for and causing inconvenience. I can’t remember the waitresses name but she sat us by the window had blonde/ brown hair. She was amazing, so helpful with everything, as a mum who struggles often in restaurants it’s rare to find someone with the patience and understanding. My daughter is obsessed with the robots, part of her autism is fixation and the time we sat down she shouted about 40 times for the cat robot and the waitress ( sorry I don’t remember your name ) sent the cat to our table and honestly you saved my sanity and probably everyone else around my table lol! Then sending the robot back over with our food you really made her day, plus the help with the ice cream and understanding what she wanted when so many people struggle to grasp what she is communicating. She was over the moon she got to do it by herself and it was nice as a mom to actually see someone take time to understand and communicate it was honestly so so amazing to see. We live over 100 miles away and when we stay down Birmingham to visit family we stay around Coventry road but this Bella Italia has always stuck out to us for the food ( of course that’s amazing and fresh to) But mostly for the superb, kind, patient staff you have, the girl who served us honestly deserves some serious recognition, I’ve left restaurants in tears before because of how we’ve been treated pushed aside and even had staff stare at my daughter but this one in particular couldn’t be more opposite! Thank you again for the amazing experience we can’t wait to visit again hopefully when we visit Birmingham again in May!

I had been served by Lilly, she was great, sociable, hard working, informative, made us laugh and the food was lovely, was taken out by my daughter as a mothers day treat and we had a lovely time, Lilly even made recommendations on drink and food, she was also attentive as my daughter had allergies to fish and nuts, when we arrived sat 29th mar 8.pm this place was packed and the staff were all working hard serving customers, clearing tables, bringing out food, the guy doing the drinks and the other guy bringing trays of drinks to the tables were doing a fab job also. Would definitely go back again, well done to all on shift this day and especially Lilly 👏
