Very good overall especially for allergens as long as you ask staff instead of using the qr to order then you get detailed chart on what foods contain what and the menu has clear logos on what is available. The food waiting time is good and they put bottle marker for you so they know you have allergy and the cat robot is very nice

I’ve dined in today and ordered me the festive collection launched for Christmas. Baked Camembert in starter and cranberry cracker in drinks I enjoyed the festive taste. Would love to come here again for the beautiful ambiance and lovely decor. The service was good. P.S - The starter was my perks I received for Black Friday in the app 😍

Dom- the waitress was so lovely, polite and professional. We have food preference halal and vegetarian and she assisted us . She was very kind to my niece. Great visit.

We always have the best date night at Bella Italia! Atmosphere is brilliant and all the staff are so lovely over in castle gate! We had Dom as our server tonight and she is absolutely brilliant! With all of the hard work she was doing, she still made sure to take time out for us and remembered our order off by heart to make sure we got our food at a reasonable time! Such a lovely waitress and she deserves all of the recognition! Will be returning again and again :)

Abi was a great hostess, really friendly and attentive.

The pasta was hard and dry and the sauce was luke warm. Chef Mike was on the blink tonight I think. The only saving grace was our server Dom. She was attentive and patient with us girls out for a catch up and allowed us space and time to oder and eat at our own pace. She was friendly and professional, and a credit to the restaurant! You just need the food to match her hospitality, then we may be back again to spend our hard earned cash.

I came in during half term with my autistic son. The lady who seated us I think her name was Abigail? (Blonde hair) was super helpful, understanding and accommodating the whole time we were there even allowing us to sit away from the noise of a cheerful boys football team which would have caused my son sensory overload. Alex was our server in the Dudley Bella Italia, we were visiting from Scotland on a work trip and he was chatty, really kind and really good at making sure we were all okay and kept checking on us. Had a good chat with us at the end and was so friendly. The food was also amazing!! Highly recommend

Me, my husband and my 2 little boys visited on the way home from Drayton Manor. The lady serving us was so lovely. One of my sons is gluten free and the other dairy free so going out is normally hard and we don’t do it much because of this. However, I seen the menu and thought we would give it a try. My gluten free son was so happy he could eat ‘the same’ as everyone else and he said the food was amazing! We have been to many places that either don’t offer GF so we have to go elsewhere or he misses out on the meals he really loves. We all had an absolutely amazing meal and it couldn’t have gone better!!

Visited here today all I can say is it’s well worth a visit friendly staff Alex served us and very happy to do so. Top bloke and very helpful There was a lady aswell I just never got her name (sorry)she booked our daughter in to see Santa there this year it was that friendly. she sold us to it when she told us she was going to be an elf. Can’t fault them both bellaitalia should hold on to these two tight. Any way the food was amazing we all opted for the set menu all was cooked hot and very delicious the garlic butter should be illegal it’s that good!! so thank you so much for a wonderful dining experience.

Took our daughter for her birthday as she loves pasta. The food was delicious with my daughter saying its the best pasta she's ever had( she eats alot of it aswell!) Our server Dom was friendly and attentive and even gave my daughter an extra scoop of gelatto with a candle on and got the robot server to sing happy birthday to her which was a lovely touch and made my daughters day.

Booked to eat in to celebrate promotion. First time so wanted to get the waitresses recommendations. Unfortunately we got a dish that was miscommunicated at the start and couldn’t eat it based upon tolerance. However the way the staff dealt with this situation was very understanding and efficient. They offered alternatives and were very apologetic. The manager even offered free dessert at the end going above and beyond. This made us want to come back and try again. The food we did eat was delicious and quick service by all the staff. Ali G was our waiter who served us and was very kind and understanding! He did a superb job and is amazing! Second time: We came back as we had a gift card and wanted to try out the 3 course meal option they offered which is great value for money! The food was delicious. We ordered some drinks and noticed one of them had a different fruit topper making it taste slightly different. On asking them about it and understanding it was due to low stock they even offered to remake it completely which was super understanding and going above and beyond as we didn’t ask them to! They didn’t make a fuss they just wanted us to have a relax experience. Our food came out quick and they always checked on us but also gave us our space.
