Food overpriced! Lasagne comes with no sides. You have to order sides, which bumps up the price. Not impressed 😕

Every time we come here it is absolutely amazing. Alex and the whole team really look after us, super vigilant with allergies too it’s really great to see. Thank you team Bella Dudley, we will absolutely returning

We called in here for a meal due to staying nearby. The food was lovely. The main good point though were the employees, especially Alex G. Very friendly and welcoming, spent time talking to our son and teaching him different languages. Alex knows a few. Our preteen said he was the best server he’s ever had anyway and if we could go again tomorrow we would be (we will be back home, so be a bit far) Alex made it a really enjoyable and fun evening. Thank you.

We just came from the close hotel, not huge expectations, as we normally select our restaurants carefully, but we had no service to check things and we were really hungry. But Bella Italia was a great surprise it is a lovely place! We choose items for a set menu, and we had great experience all along. Nice atmosphere, kind waitresses, simple but great tasting food, but the best part was the bill, we are from around London and didn't have a meal so cheap since pre-covid. Highly recommended:)

Today we were served by leanne, who has served us on many occasions before, always with a smile! Her service is fast and efficient, and she always has the best knowledge of the menu and is always super friendly with the kids.

What a lovely meal with lovely staff! Thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. The manager/our server (ginger beard and long hair) was excellent - you could see his enthusiasm for the restaurant and the staff. We will be back very soon!

Really great service for a large party on a busy Saturday night. Thank you to Alex who was very attentive, cheerful and efficient. He was constantly moving around and didn’t seem to stop all night.

The whole experience of eating out is created by excellent customer service and that we got in abundance! Alex was superb, he was friendly and polite, you felt like talking to him for hours, he made some suggestions which was great ( having coffee ice cream with our Tiramisu, we would never dream of that yet it complimented the taste!) Anabel is very talented in making the coffee, and it was hot,not lukewarm like most places... excellent! All in all we enjoyed the whole ambience and been able to sit outside. I will definitely be going there again. Thank you guts for making it a enjoyable experience. 🙏🏾

Having never visited one of these before we tried it out. We were incredibly disappointed with the quality of the food. We were expecting something a little more authentic. My husband’s meal was tepid and my son’s rack of ribs were dry and in his words nothing special. Myself and our son’s girlfriend had lasagne but can honestly say that Sainsbury’s taste the difference microwave meal is far tastier. For the price we were really expecting better quality food.

This was the worst Bella Italia we have ever been to!! In spjte of the fact that it was quite empty, it was totally chaotic and staff neither well trained nor clearly directed. Worst manager ever, who however seemed very proud of her role! NOTHING happened at all without us having to go and fetch someone, prompt drinks, then food, et etc Even food was not thecudual Bella Italia standard - what on earth has happened to this restaurant???

My partner had spaghetti and meatballs and the meatballs were not fresh nor handmade and I had the red wine and beef tortellini and the tortellini was dry and was just in a clumpy gravy. It took over 20 minutes to get our bill. Not happy

Best bella italia in the UK. The food is the best, the drinks are you best and the ice creams are amazing. The staff are fantastic in there jobs as there customer service gets better and better every time I walk in the restaurant. Rosie served us again as she is always happy and kind towards us. She does a fantastic job in front of house. Alex who Is the manager is such a nice guy and does a fantastic job with his staff and customers that's why we keep coming back because its such a lovely restaurant in Dudley. The staff are amazing.

I really wanted to put 5 stars for service as the actual human staff were amazing, but that funky robot that delivers your food. no need for that at all. the food was delicious, that's my first time have GF for pasta dishes and you can tell the difference, tasty all the same. the prawns and the cheesy dough balls were heaven. would of liked a slightly more wet tiramisu but overall it was lovely

Lunch here with a leaving do from work. Not a place I’m a fan of but this time was ok. Perhaps my previous experiences make me more biased? Firstly 5* for the waiter. He was really good. Food was meh as always. Think I chose the wrong dish (pea and mint risotto, paid extra for pulled chicken). It was watery, not sticky how risotto is meant to be and despite paying for extra chicken i had to play hunt the chicken to find it. Apart from the overwhelming taste of mint, the rest was quite bland. I’ll go if I have to but wouldn’t choose to dine there myself.

The food was good I guess and the dessert was delicious however... the tiramisu was a very thin slice, really expensive and my pasta was not enough either. Not really the best value ofr money

Our experience was not the best. To start with it was all fine , but the longer we were there the worse it got. Our waitress seemed delightful at first. The starters were lovely and served in a timely manner. Then the mains came, everyones food was okay but as tasty as mine was, it was cold. I was asked if i wanted parmesan cheese and my god did she look fed up whilst doing it.. i also dont like they're made to do it for you, im not 5 id like to do my own. When she came over to check on us i had a mouthful and before i could respond she had walked away because one person said theirs was fine. I found this quite rude. Surely you make sure everyone is happy with their food? Just a couple people had finished and the waitress asked if we were done, with people still eating, and started clearing the table. Again, i found this rude and like we were being rushed. Wait til every one has finished.... Throughout our service our waitress just seemed impatient and like we were a hassle. At the end we were asked if everything was okay, where i did get a chance to tell her my food was cold to be met with "oh you should've said something".I tried but you had walked off before i could even respond to you. But suddenly now we were paying up she was extra friendly. It just seemed like we were an inconvenience for being there and then happy we were going. I dont think ill be coming back here if im honest. Ive worked the industry for 12 years and this experience left me dissappinted, id never treat my guests like this.

Went here to get some food. The food was not nice. It was cold and didn't have any flavour. Very disappointed was looking forward to it.

I booked a table for 2 for me and my partner for her birthday. We were seated straight away and seated in a booth. The staff were great really friendly and delivered great customer service. I couldn't fault them at all the lady who served our tablet. I didn't catch her name but she was Italian with curly blonde/brown hair she was so friendly and sweet. The food was great, fresh and hot. This was my first time trying a Bella, and I was so impressed I'll definitely be back to this restaurant in dudley, based on the serves and food. Thumbs up from us, thank you for making our dining experience a good one 😊
