Spicy sausage pasta was absolutely awful. I like spicy food but what was the equivalent to around 4-5 chillis in a small pasta bowl was ridiculous. A chef that thinks about quantity and not flavour

This restaurant has it all !!! Great food, music fantastic atmosphere.. Even a ROBOT !! YES A ROBOT !!! fantastic gimmick and so cute.

Staff great. Very attentive. Bruschetta lovely and had goats cheese ravioli. Portions just about right size. Expresso martini cocktail nice but on the small side. Quite expensive for what we had to eat. Downside for me was the screaming kids running around.

Alex (Ali G) what a guy. Best customer service I've seen in a long time. He is a great waiter and he deserves to be manager. As for the "manager" Lilly. She didn't let Alex have a laugh and was a bit boring haha but she said she's a 40 year old so fair enough I ain't judging! Anyway food was 10/10 and will come again. Thanks Alex!

For a mid range italian restaurant, the food is very nice and at a fair price. The staff are welcoming, and the service is always great. It's a lovely, family, italian chain restaurant.

my server lilly was wonderful, however, the young lad who bought over our drinks was rather dashing. i didn’t care about his service i was just astonished by his looks.

Me and my partner regularly visit Bella’s and are always impressed with the service, atmosphere and service. Nothing is too much bother - including additional Parmesan on a carbonara!

Apart from the great staff and service, it is great for people like myself who can only have gluten free food. I have Coeliac Disease and have to follow a strict gluten free diet. I always feel very safe at Bella Italia and there is a reasonable choice of gluten free options.

We had a lovely meal to celebrate a special birthday. The service was great and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious too.

Have dietary restrictions but was super easy to order. For some reason Google won't let me rate the food, service or atmosphere but all were great! We left full and happy after 3 courses and drinks.

Very good overall especially for allergens as long as you ask staff instead of using the qr to order then you get detailed chart on what foods contain what and the menu has clear logos on what is available. The food waiting time is good and they put bottle marker for you so they know you have allergy and the cat robot is very nice

I’ve dined in today and ordered me the festive collection launched for Christmas. Baked Camembert in starter and cranberry cracker in drinks I enjoyed the festive taste. Would love to come here again for the beautiful ambiance and lovely decor. The service was good. P.S - The starter was my perks I received for Black Friday in the app 😍

The pasta was hard and dry and the sauce was luke warm. Chef Mike was on the blink tonight I think. The only saving grace was our server Dom. She was attentive and patient with us girls out for a catch up and allowed us space and time to oder and eat at our own pace. She was friendly and professional, and a credit to the restaurant! You just need the food to match her hospitality, then we may be back again to spend our hard earned cash.
