If I could give 0 stars I would. Waitress was so rude I can't comprehend. Really ruined our night. She waited till I went to the bathroom then apologised to my husband even tho it was me she had offended! Food was mediocre at best no choice for non meat eaters. Very noisy and cramped environment had to shout to be heard.

An amazing little Italian restaurant where you wouldn't expect to find one, absolutely fantastic. This restaurant was recommended by a few friends to try as I wanted somewhere to celebrate my wife's birthday. Booked a table and when we got there we found the restaurant buzzing with a nice atmosphere, proper Italian music & the decor was something i wasnt expecting walking into a proper little slice of Italy, welcoming staff, we were early for our booking but that wasn't a problem, we were given an option of table (which was nice). Staff were very friendly and attentive, drinks ordered, we browsed the menu, all looked and sounds great. Couldn't fault the food or service, was a quick turn around, which wasn't bad, there was enough time between courses. Amazing little slice of Italy 🇮🇹 which we will be going back to and recommending to family and friends Thanks to all staff for a great night celebrating a special birthday. Even got a special "Happy Birthday" pudding and a sing song

Abrupt waitress. Asked us to pass meals around table to avoid walking around herself. Had to ask for various stuff which should have been mandatory such as parmesan, glass for sparking water (just given the small bottle, no glass). Bumped into one of us on way out. No apology whatsoever. A shame as we used to like it here.

First time we’ve been here, was recommended by a friend. It won’t be the last! The service was excellent, attentive but not intrusive. The food was superb, we had Funghi All’ Aglio and Costolette di Maiale to start and Involtini Di Pollo and Il Michelangelo Pizza for mains, (check their menu)with a side of french fries and breads. Literally could not fault it and all with a great bottle of wine. First Class.

Some of the best food I've ever tasted. I've been a handful of times and each time has been as good as the last. The high standard of quality the food is made to is consistent and the staff are always friendly and attentive. This is now my favourite restaurant to visit.

Went here in a birthday party of 10 on a Sunday evening. Is was wet and horrible outside, but warm and welcoming inside! The interior is setup for large parties and intimate tables too. We were welcomed to our table quickly and menus were presented straight away. From then on, it was a lovely and efficient experience. The food is amazing, with no-one in our party in the slightest bit unhappy with the food. Personally, I was looking forward to the Linguine Gamberoni E Granchio, and I was not disappointed! Any potential visitors should be aware that parking can be a challenge, and the prices are a little higher, but the standard of food and service means the higher prices are to be expected. Ciao!

Absolutely amazing! Really didn't expect to enjoy this restaurant as much as I did, simply because I'd never heard of it before but it was worth every penny Delicious food, brilliant service and it was a lovely place.

Placed an order but some food was incorrect as we stated not include sone ingredients due to allergy, these were included in both meals. The steaks were cooked incorrectly. Lobster tail was over cooked and the chips were undercooked.

Beautiful food and excellent service from Leo throughout! We visited for lunch and had the bruschetta to start, lasagna and penne primavera, which were all cooked beautifully. Food arrived quickly and our needs were attended to throughout lunch. Hoping to visit again for dinner soon!

Best fillet Rossini I’ve eaten in years, all the food is top quality, great service.

Heavier items were packed on top of lighter ones so the lids collapsed and sauce from one dish ended up all over the other food and in the bottom of the bag.

We ordered meatballs as an appetisers and they were not in the order we requested a refund for this item and have heard nothing back from just eat and this was 3 days ago it seems both Michaelagelos and just eat just want to rip people off with the cost of living now to keep someone's money without giving them what was paid for is an outrage and disgusting it doesn't matter if we enjoyed the food or not we will not be ordering or eating here again!

The location of this restaurant is randomly placed away from merry hill but the food and service is fantastic. We were seated right away and ordered from the main and chef specials menu. The starters are freshly made, no frozen calamari just freshly done. The mains we perfect sizes, no need to order sides with it. We didn't have enough room to eat dessert so took a tiramisu home instead. Staff are very friendly and clear your table promptly to make space for you.

Out for a family evening meal to celebrate my birthday and the food was excellent, the service was excellent and every area of the restaurant was spotlessly clean. We had a wonderful night.

Forgot to bring beer for 15 mins - apologised Ordered t bone stk e - got rib eye - apologised Cheese board appalling 4 pieces of cheddar 2 sml slices of Brie full stop we called it a fruit board as more grapes than cheese and 1 strawberry - apologised saying should be blue cheese too but didn't bring , , loved this place always used it for sp occasions - never again after we got walked with £181 bill, never Again not even £4 glass of wine complimentary - do all in all a bad experience ! Obviously chamged management or chefs very sad was always our go to but we will swop to dan Carlos b ham we're service - quality of food is guaranteed

Not sure of our waitresses name ( she has a sister who works behind the bar) She was amazing best waitress I have ever had server me / us. Tbh she has severed us 10 times before , amazing lady. Completely overrated, my partner had the orchid pasta filled with mushroom which was nice but very small, a large wine for £8 was like a shot we ordered the calamari starter which came in seconds and was obviously frozen as it was chewy and stringy. As I said my partner's main was nice I ordered a pizza which was the worst pizza I've ever had , the base was soggy it was dripping with grease I couldn't eat it as it was making me feel sick, luckily my girl was starving after her small meal and had a couple of slices. After reading the reviews I thought this place would be great , gutted I took my partner here for her birthday please avoid ( the waiters pretend to be Italian when they are not )

I’m not Italian, I don’t speak and I don’t understand Italian but there’s something wholesome about being in an Italian restaurant and hearing the staff come past and speaking in Italian..the atmosphere was on point nothing tacky - just a pure authentic Italian restaurant. I haven’t even mentioned the food. For that all I will say, it’s our new date night spot. Belissimo

My family and I love going to this restaurant, whether it's lunch or an evening meal, the quality of service and food is always second to none. We went for our daughters 17th birthday meal in the evening this time. The staff were all lovely and friendly. The food, as always, was amazing. Their meatball starter was delicious, as was the salmon crayfish. For mains, we had lasagne, salmon, their signature pasta dish, and mushroom risotto, which were all very filling and gorgeous. The garlic bread and fritters were great sides, and their tiramisu and raspberry cheesecake were divine!! Absolutely perfect evening, which we all thoroughly enjoyed. Thank you, Michelangelo's!!
