An old church converted into a gastronomic space in the heart of London, next to Speaker's Corner in Hyde Park. On the ground floor there are different food stalls where you can order, and you eat at the common tables in the central area. Upstairs there are several restaurants. We tried food from different stalls and we liked it. It's great that everyone can order what they want and eat together.

Mercato Mayfair at St.Marks Church. Saw it on Instagram the day before, what should you think of it... But: The tip was great, the food was great, it was pretty quick (pasta with truffles, £16.50) and the atmosphere there is unbelievable. Choice of food is very large, from pasta, pizza, burgers, sushi, Mexican, fish, seafood, steak... to everything that tastes good. Plus German draft beer, a cocktail or wine - it's all there. You can also go to the roof, there are a few tables here, although the view isn't that great, but: eating on the roof of a church... Bars in a crypt in the basement. Mega. Taxi from Big Ben cost about 20 pounds, 20 minutes - but there was also a lot of traffic. Conclusion: Yes, do it!!! Especially in bad weather.

Overall 4/5 While the ambiance is amazing, the place really gets too crowded during the weekends with poor management for seating. The options available across the two floor food halls are great you’ll get everything from indian to spanish, pan asian, german and your usual European cuisine along with cafes, but keep in mind the prices are on the premium side. A must visit, but avoid rush hours to enjoy this place to the fullest

A little too chaotic. We tasted something at the Spanish restaurant and were satisfied, but I couldn't say about the other restaurants. Very crowded and you have to be patient and lucky to get a table but people move in and out fast. So it’s not a problem. There is a gorgeous smell of tuber rose as you walk through the main door from a gift shop at the entrance and then WOW you are drawn to the to huge stainglass and murals and you look up at the balcony and ceiling of a beautiful deconsecrated church. There is such a lively buzz here. It’s not cheap but what is in Mayfair. Walk around to see what you want and take your time. We ate at Indian stall and it was amazing. Such great flavours-like street food. Really loved our visit.

So this is a food and drink hall within a previous church, surroundings are really nice and they have kept the original features. They have several food places, serving various cuisines (mexican, thai, chinese, indian) they are all cashless. You order your food and they give u a buzzer. Find a table and wait. The food was ok, so as long as u have good company you should be fine. There are 4 floors, basement, ground, mezz and roof terrace.

I recommend everyone who visits London to go and visit this market located inside a church where everything is left as it was. There are several locations for both good and eating, but the paintings and stained glass windows depicting Jesus Christ have remained intact. Deconsecrated church with food stands of all kinds and culinary cultures. Free tables even though there is a queue at all hours of the day. For us Italians it is initially difficult to adapt to the climate and the mere thought of drinking an alcoholic cocktail on the tabernacle makes us feel disoriented. But... Social media tells you this is a hidden spot, but this is very much a Tourist trap in my opinion. Ramen £15.50 is a total crap. Hot broth poured on cold noodles. You will get a bowl of warm piss which taste nothing near to a Japanese ramen. The chashu pork slices taste really sad. The burger was okay, but £21 is a rip off. The sweet sauce is way too sweet. But the fries is undeniably nice. The pasta shop is rude. The lady standing at the front counter doing cooking looked like she is forced to come to work. I ordered a carbonara £13.90. It’s bland and I feel like chewing cardboard. That’s not how a carbonara tastes like by the way. Another disappointment. If you come here to eat, you are just paying for their rental. It’s crowded, busy, and noisy. Honest reviews here. Been here, done that. Won’t return for sure. But one star for the nice church building. I should have spent my money elsewhere. Even Mark and Spencer food reheated would taste better than this.

Recent observations have highlighted a troubling trend involving counterfeit Evian water, where pristine bottles are surreptitiously refilled with ordinary tap water. In a particularly illustrative case, a waiter confidently assumed that diners would overlook the glaring evidence of a broken seal, thereby accepting a bottle that presented itself as freshly opened. This deceptive tactic undermines the integrity of the dining experience and raises questions about the authenticity of the products served. To safeguard against such misleading practices, it is highly advisable for patrons to explicitly request the opportunity to open the sealed bottle themselves. By taking this precaution, consumers can ensure they are enjoying the genuine, high-quality hydration they expect, resulting in a more satisfying and trustworthy dining experience.

Came to Piazza Italiana for a birthday celebration and unfortunately had a small medical emergency. The staff were absolutely incredibly - very calm and professional and so helpful. We are so grateful to the whole team, especially Fabio, for being so kind. But more importantly the food is phenomenal and the interior design is gorgeous. A must visit!
