Badiani Gelato Mayfair in City of London, Westminster

Iconic is not a word I would relate to my taste experience on this occasion. Comparing the textures and flavours to some of London's top Gelato creators I respectfully offer a mere 5/10 here. A great location!

Ice cream is very good but staff incompetent, slow and lazy. I asked for a cone ice cream and the attendant told me to go out and get from the stands around Oxford Street.....they had only cups which may be ok but I do not think the answer was appropriate.

Good orange juice, fast service. Very fresh but pricey! I have had ice cream and coffee here in the past which is also nice.

Such a cool food hall in an old church! Lots of seating and snack options with live music and beautiful s stained glass. We came for gelato and stayed for cocktails.

Really good coffee, although most people were there for the gelato! The gelato is nice too. One of the few places inside to serve coffee. The stall is on you right hand side as you enter. The black americano was perfect. Reasonably priced too. They have a big choice of gelato, plus desserts, cakes and a few other things. Service is pleasant and friendly. Very busy on a Sunday afternoon. Just check if there is a line. I was told that I was waiting in the wrong line. It looked like there were two separate lines for the gelato and coffee. Maybe my mistake!

We ate in a restaurant but popped in here for dessert and coffee. Excellent Italian ice cream and proper Italian coffee. I only wish the person serving had been a bit more friendly but perhaps he was tired after a long day.
