The service in here is terrible. Why have deals on Groupon if you fail to honer them when a customer come in to use it. No where online does it say that it can only be used at certain times. From other reviews it seems this is common issue and the restaurant have obviously made no effort to fix this issue with Groupon. Staff are rude and have zero skills in customer service. Honestly I'd avoid this place. I wouldn't go back here if the food was free.

Cenamos aquí para dos en San Valentín. El restaurante estaba lleno e impecable, el personal era atento y el servicio era increíble. La comida era muy sabrosa y se veía increíble, y el postre era para morirse, k tenía el tiramisú que era una porción muy grande y muy llena. El precio era muy razonable y sin duda volveremos a comer aquí de nuevo. Comida increíble, personal amable y un ambiente encantador. Ve a probar este lugar, no te decepcionará.

We are regular visitors to this restaurant. The food is always high quality and delicious, and there is a good selection, including for vegetarians. The service and atmosphere are great too!

Terrible service from the server working that day. We had booked a groupon deal, however we was ‘told’/shouted at that they don’t do groupon booking on the weekend. When we said there was nothing to indicate this was the case when we first booked it, instead of trying to find a solution, she got in a huff and started shouting, then let us speak to the manager on the phone. The manager was calmer but still didn’t want to resolve the issue. While we were in the restaurant we double checked that we hasn’t made a mistake and double checked the booking confirmation and deal on groupon, both of which didn’t say anything about what days of the week they accept this deal on, a main reason for us booking this. They were very angry at us for no reason, and put us off entirely. Very shocking service, will never go there again if under the same management.

Horrible customer service from the manager/owner. Very rude to me and my family from the moment we walked in. She threw the menus on the table and would respond to us with “what” instead of yes. I am absolutely appalled. I feel so sorry for her staff members as she is very rude. I couldn’t stay any longer as I felt so uncomfortable.

I don’t even know where to start, food came completely cold after 70 minutes of waiting!!!!!! Packaging was leaking 🥴 Pizza was disgusting completely out of taste, rocket should be on top so it stays crisp and fresh not soft and wet from steam🤯 Mixed grill.. ridiculous amount of food for 22£ we got this… meat very chewy never again 👎🏽

I have visited La Bella Vita many times. The food is consistently good, I highly recommend the chicken bruchette. It’s delicious and very filling! Great prices, amazing food and very good customer service.

Very delicious chicken dish on a bed of home made arrabbiata sauce, (chicken bruchette on the menu and pictured) amazing rice and salad - perfect garnish. The portion size here was very generous and filling, seasoned very well and cooked perfectly. Succulent chicken. The prices are very reasonable too. Would visit here again. Edit - I’ve been here again and it was even more impressive. Delicious rib eye steak strip starter. Look forward to next time.

A nice local restaurant with good quality food, a good menu selection and reasonably priced. I was impressed with the quality of the calamari as some places use cheap frozen ones smothered in batter however this wasn't the case and it was tasty along with a creamy dip. The steak was tender and not chewy and once again is far from cheap produce.

I looked at the menu on the website and went to Bella Vita for a late breakfast. The website has a specific breakfast menu. When I arrived I was told not very politely that ‘we don’t do breakfast’ and ‘there’s no breakfast menu’. Well there is pin your website so get it changed perhaps so potential customers don’t have a wasted journey. I just left.

Delicious food and friendly professional service - not stuffy, a 'neighbourhood restaurant ' feel to the place. Food was reasonably priced and I'd definitely return for the gnocchi!

My family always have a great meal out at La Bella Vita. Portion sizes are brilliant and have so much choice. The seafood dishes are a treat and you might want to share the tiramisu, as it's enough for two! Lovely staff. Highly recommend this gem in Leytonstone.

Local gem! I just thought the young man standing there serving no purpose, whilst the lady running around annoyed me. It made me feel bad for her, I don’t know the dynamics but they definitely need to restructure service staff a little bit. Food was great for the area.

Visited this place yesterday for the first time. Friendly staff nice atmosphere food is delicious. I was not disappointed.

I have been ordering a lot of food and a portion of spaghetti carbonara with £15.00 for 100grams ! which really frustrated me what I have been shocked ?? I have never seen in any restaurant to sale 100gr of spaghetti to an adult , with no parmesan on top, 100 grams could be for a child , and the stuff was responding unprofessionallly saying this is the portion not having good customers skills . I became a customer but from now I will find a different place , such a shame for trying to take people as stupid paying for literally an empty plate of spaghetti and saying people complaining is too much spaghetti maybe you could reduce to 50gr if yout he stuff thinks 100gr of spaghetti is enough for an adult 😁

We are regulars here and have never had a bad experience! The meals are always huge portions and delicious and drink prices are very reasonable. The service is second to none, so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. I've moved an hour away and still come back for meals here regularly, always worth the journey!

We have been coming to this restaurant for years and it never fails to impress. Great, attentive service, absolutely delicious food and good value. Nice decor and comfortable surroundings, food always nicely presented. Highly recommended nice local place!

Went to La Bella Vita last Saturday and was extremely happy with both the food and the service. I had prawns to start and my wife had the mussels, both came with so much seafood that the dishes could have quite easily passed as main courses. The sauces on both dishes had a great body of flavour and the seafood tasted of a high quality. I had the seafood mixed grill for my main which came with chips, chimmichurri and a side of roasted vegetables. The fish flaked apart with ease and tasted like it was cooked in a delicious garlic butter. My wife and an octopus risotto which came with a generous portion of octopus and had perfectly Al dente rice and a creamy sauce. We were both absolutely stuffed at the end of the main so did not have a dessert. Service was fast, friendly and non-invasive. Prices were extremely reasonable compared to other Italian restaurants within the area. Will definitely be returning here.

Found this restaurant by accident (I couldn't be bothered to walk back to the car, after parking in the wrong place). Nice little place. I had pasta Gambaroni, witj prawns, courgette, and asparagus, not mind-blowing, but nice. The bread was a little tough, and it was served cold; I would have liked it warm. Humous was a little dry. My friend's pasta was lovely and rich. For lunch, the portion size was fine, but if that was dinner or I was super hungry, I would want a little more. What we paid was a wonderful surprise. Would I go again... maybe

Food is excellent and very good value. I don't understand why this restaurant is not more popular. I have been going here very often and it is always fresh and delicious.

First time here, very impressed and will be back. Good service, lovely food, nice surroundings. We had the chicken milanese. The chicken was excellent and comes with spaghetti bolognese on the side. Great bloognese too, but quite a small portion which was my only criticism. It was only a side, but was too small a portion. The Tiramisu was huge, lovely, and is big enough for two!

Been going to this restaurant every now and again, eating something different every time. Never had a bad meal across pastas, pizzas, meat, fish/seafood and desserts. First time ordered as a takeaway and the food is still first rate. If this is one of the places in Leytonstone you always pass but haven’t been in, it’s a habit you’ll be thankful to break.

We visited La Bella Vita for Sunday dinner and had an excellent meal. The food was fresh, cooked to perfection and extremely tasty. We had the garlic bread with cheese for starters followed by spinach and ricotta ravioli, funghi tagliatelle and a lamb roast dinner. We also had a couple of pints of peroni and a frangelico. The service was quick, the staff were friendly, the food was delicious and reasonably priced. The restaurant is a five minute walk from Leytonstone tube station or you can park outside (pay & display).

10£ for Calamari! Only 3 little pieces inside…Very, very expensive restaurant .

Love Bella Vita and every meal ordered is delicious. But please tell the delivery drivers to not put containers on top of the pizza boxes as I think half the pizza cheese was on the box than the pizza

First visit here, for lunch last week with a friend. Really pleased with the quality of food and service. They have a smashing lunch deal. Will be back to see things in full swing, hopefully, one evening.

First visit to this restaurant, for (boozy) lunch with a friend. It was quiet, but we were quite late in the afternoon. The lunch deal was very reasonably priced. Food tasted fresh and was of a good quality. Our server was friendly and attentive. I’ll be returning to see things in full swing one evening and to be a bit more adventurous with the menu.

I order from this place once a week but on this occasion I received HALF the size dish I normally would. Upon calling the restaurant they were not interested in assisting in any way whatsoever so that was the last time I will be ordering with them. Absolutely useless customer service!

Lovely food, could work a little more on removing the bones from the sea bass though as there were far too many.

Fantastic Food Had 3 courses and i cannot fault any of it. Tasty, large portion specially the pudding Tiramisu it was to die for. I had the beef strips and hubby had the mussels for starter. La Bella Vita was recommended to me as a place to try. I was nervous about it, to be honest, because when I went there I couldn't tell if it was open. (The person recommending it had been there for breakfast and occasionally for lunch). However, at night it is really hard to tell if it's closed or not... I'm about 90% sure this is why it was empty when I arrived. Upon entering, the staff welcomed me warmly, and I took a seat. The food was as recommended, absolutely delicious! I hope that in writing this, people may give this place another look instead of walking by and assuming it's closed... or perhaps the management will do something to ensure that people know that it's open because the food was definitely worth the visit.

I haven’t ordered the seafood linguine for a while. It was disappointing. Portion was small for the price, there was hardly any sauce or seafood. There used to be a prawn in shell in the dish. There was not and the dish was oily. Won’t be ordering again.
