Walked in and asked for a table for 5, no problems encountered. Asked where we would like to sit which was very nice. A pleasant time given to sort out our orders. Drinks came promptly. Food came quickly after, nicely presented and hot. Everyone enjoyed the food and drinks, strawberry lemonade was a hit for the kids. Offered desserts, sadly we did not have time due to preplanned engagements (no fault of Prezzo's at all). Asked for bill which came at a very reasonable time. Happy to pay the service charge. Left very happy as a whole family.

Our food was served promptly, and our waitress Ilona was absolutely wonderful—friendly, polite, and attentive throughout. The food was delicious with generous portion sizes and great flavor. We chose pasta dishes for our mains and enjoyed tiramisu and cheesecake for dessert, both of which were fantastic. I was especially pleased with the dessert and the variety of alcoholic drinks available. The restaurant had a clean and calm atmosphere, and even the bathroom was spotless—which is always a good sign! Thank you for providing us with such a lovely dining experience during our visit to London.

I recently visited Prezzo Italian Restaurant and was very impressed by the ambience of the place. It offers a comfortable dining experience with its stylish decoration and warm atmosphere. Additionally, the staff was attentive and friendly, which positively affected the overall experience. However, I found the prices of the dishes served quite high. Compared to similar restaurants, some dishes were overpriced, which left a negative impression in terms of price-performance. Overall, Prezzo offers a pleasant atmosphere and good service, but the prices may be a bit of a deterrent for budget-conscious guests. (10% tip comes on top)

The food was nice but the service was not great. I hadn’t even taken my beanie off before being asked to place my order, the waitress did apologise but I could tell I was going to be rushed. So we decided to order entree and mains separately. We shared an entree and was still eating it when the main arrived even though we waited a while before ordering the main. One waiter swept the floor near and past our table while we ate with a big noisy broom. We would have stayed for more drinks and maybe also dessert if we weren’t so rushed. We were in and out in about 35 minutes.

We enjoyed a lovely lunch at the restaurant. Thanks to Leticia who served us and knew to explain all of the vegan and vegetarian options available - there were many of them on the menu including meat substitutes

I had such a great time at Prezzo! The food was absolutely delicious—my Creamy Chicken & Pancetta Rigatoni was cooked perfectly, and the Tiramisù was the perfect treat to end the meal. But what really made my visit stand out was the service. Yusuf was so welcoming, friendly, and attentive without being overbearing. He made sure everything was just right and created such a comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere. It’s always nice to be served by someone who genuinely cares about the guests! I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this Prezzo location to anyone looking for great food and excellent service!

One of the nicest restaurants I have been in London , staff is super friendly and food is out of this world. I would recommend this branch for everyone who love tasty food , with fast services - Pavel you are a star! Try carbonara fries - I can’t stop thinking about them.

I had a a vegetarian calzone which was huge, delicious and beautifully cooked, the person I was with had a salad which was apparently tasty and filling. Monika -our waitress goes above and beyond to ensure every guest feels valued and well cared for. Her warmth creates a comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere, the restaurant wasn't too busy or noisy so this was nice. I would have appreciated a couple more vegetarian main options but otherwise all was great. Thanks Monika!

Very warm and friendly welcome from Elena; the other staff were all very accommodating too. Great and relaxed atmosphere; not too noisy and everything very clean. We were here in the early afternoon and it wasn't very crowded. There is something for everyone on the menu, whether it's pizza, pasta or burgers. We took advantage of the lunch special (2 courses for £14.50) and can highly recommend it. Both the bruschetta and the pizza were very tasty; we had delicious vanilla ice cream for dessert. Price-performance ratio for London perfectly fine. We would love to come back!

Our food was served straight away, our waitress Ilona was amazing - friendly and polite. Our food was nice; good portion size and flavour. We opted for the pasta dishes and we had tiramisu and cheesecake for dessert. I was really pleased with the dessert and the choice of alcoholic drinks. The restaurant was clean and felt calm. Me and my friend came here for a catch up meal and we had a carbonara and a spaghetti bolognese and the experience was excellent. Our waitress, Elena was so attentive and lovely and ensured our experience was the best it could be!

We went here as it was close to our hotel and we were tired from site seeing all day. This happened to be our 26th anniversary. Elena and the crew were amazing. Food, bottomless drinks, atmosphere were fantastic. We had a great time and will definitely be back!

The experience of eating at Prezzo was incredible. We went initially because I knew that you offered a menu for celiacs that was highly praised, and in fact, it lived up to the praise. My husband fell in love with the restaurant, so much so that during our entire stay in London, we went to Prezzo at least once a day for lunch or dinner.

The pizza dough is good, the topping is well controlled. A little disappointed with the service, the restaurant is very large and it feels more like a flunch than a restaurant. The servers are quickly overwhelmed by the number of clients.

Best Gluten Free Pizza. Regular pizza was also very good (according to my companions). Bravo Prezzo!!!

We were offered exemplary service, in particular by Dritan. Food arrived very quickly (not even 15minutes) and pasta was very delicious. Was quiet even at a Friday lunchtime would recommend!!

The pepperoni pizza was so nice with a really nice and fresh bread! My friend also ordered a burger which was nice but it doesn’t come with side and you need to order side separately.
