Was saddened to see some negative reviews, we have been several times before & always loved it so booked a table for 2 to celebrate my birthday. Did not dissapoint, excellent food, attentive & polite service & a really lovely meal. Thank you .... we will be back, again.

We booked a table for a Friday night (advisable as it is a fairly small restaurant) and it was our first visit but had been recommended by friends. The food was excellent, very tasty. There was a specials menu in addition to the usual menu. The house red wine was also superb. Considering it was very busy, the service was also excellent. Our table was ready and waiting and we were served promptly. The cost was very reasonable considering the quality of the meals (and we had a bottle of house red). Definitely a great place to go for a meal if visiting Filey.

Booked a dinner for November 5th and when we arrived at the location, the inside of the restaurant is like a bombshell. They don’t even bother to call us for cancellation nonetheless why they accepted a booking anyway duuuuuuh! 🤦🏻♀️ S£&@:(

We visit Poco Leeds Central for our pistachio filled croissants fix. The are not cheap at £3.90 each and unfortunately the quality can be very variable. On a good day, these little beauties are well filled indulgent treats which are well worth the cash. Other times they have virtually no filling and are no better than a cheap supermarket offering. Sadly today we were again left very disappointed with what turned out to be thin and pale croissants with virtually no filling at all. Definitely not value for money. Come on Poco, sort out your quality control.

I had an outstanding meal. The restaurant was quiet-ish but there was enough going on to create a good atmosphere. I had a very good pizza, a Napoli, with a Rocket and Parmesan salad. I had a beer with that. It was all very very good. I followed that with a lemon sorbet, then un caffè (an espresso) and then rounded everything off with a Limoncello. Service was efficient and nicely friendly. As a single traveller I felt very welcome. That was as good an Italian meal as I’ve ever had. Truly memorable and I’d go back in a flash. Grazie mille!

This is an amazing Italian restaurant. We went here as a large group for my birthday. I had bruschetta for starter and carbonara for main. Both meals were excellent. The chefs always do food to a very high standard. The atmosphere is stunning, very bright and modern. The staff are always extremely friendly and go above and beyond to make your night special. They were great with my little boy and didn't charge for his juice or his dessert. Ive been a fan of this restaurant for many years and I have never had a bad meal or experience. I will continue to recommend this beautiful restaurant!

Arrived Friday lunch time without a booking and was kindly given a table for 3. The starters were great but when it came round to mains one of our party was brought out the wrong meal so she said politely it wasn't what she ordered. The waitress then paused and stared for a moment before going off without saying anything and coming back with a receipt that she had put through the till after we ordered which she obviously wrote down wrong in the first place and argued with us saying no that is what we ordered. After us saying again it wasn't what we ordered she said ok I will get the chef to make one, no apology yet again but said it won't be long. Myself and my friend had to start eating ours so it wouldn't go cold but while waiting we weren't offered any Parmesan or black pepper like the other guests. Finally my friends meal came out and she did finally apologise despite making us feel like we'd been told off for her mistake, we were halfway through ours which looked completely different despite us both ordering a carbonara. We were then offered Parmesan and black pepper which was slammed down on the table. The calzone we ordered was dry and one carbonara was extremely watery while the other not very saucy at all and both didn't taste great. We ended up leaving 3/4 of our meals and when asked if everything was okay when she was clearing the plates we did express our disappointment in the quality of the food and how the situation was handled when we were brought out the wrong meal. There was then another long very uncomfortable silence before she walked off without apology again and said she would let the chefs know. We were then left sat there for at least 10 minutes no further acknowledgment while the chefs came out and chatted and hugged the guests on a table opposite us. After sat there feeling so uncomfortable we asked for the bill, we were abruptly told the late carbonara was taken off the bill and we were given 10% off the total. Again no apology. I have visited this restaurant numerous times over the years and it has always been lovely, it's a shame it's gone downhill with new management.

Had a lovely meal with my sister and elderly parents last night, great atmosphere we never felt rushed even though we were just having mains and a glass of wine. Food was excellent and very reasonable especially as our parents were paying 😀 if I had to find anything to be unhappy about and it was more for my sister, who is celiac there wasn't any gluten free bread and she had to watch us 3 devour a basket of the most divine Italian bread.
