The food is really good but my god the delivery is SLOW and hour and half for delivery on a Tuesday night is crazy.

Very friendly, great service. It's our usual and we are never disappointed. Excellent!

Gave one star just to write a review ordered two pizza's fries and onion rings I was told 45minutes to be delivered ten minutes later it was delivered it looked like the shop had been closed and just to get a last order for the night it looked like the two pizza's had been rescued from the trash bin they were cold and un eatable fries and onion rings were also cold will not be using them again

Best Freshest Hot Chips! Always get hot chips from here and they never disappoint. Tonight for the first time we decided to order the La Pizzaria Burger & Chicken Burger (w 2 large chips) and even just before closing they managed to make it. Presentation 5* My husband is a massive fan of the La Pizzaria Burger and said hands down the best burger hes had so thats a testament. All made with amazing customer service! Thank you!!

I was really looking forward to this due to the wood fired pizza oven but unfortunately it was rather underwhelming. The pizza was absolutely fine and is slightly above most takeaway pizzas but was nothing special at all. The dough wasn’t using the best type of flour for the high quality of pizza that I was expecting but overall not a bad pizza at all, just underwhelming.

I've ordered multiple times, and their pizza is consistently delicious! It's become my go-to choice. Highly recommended for anyone craving amazing pizza!

Must have ordered from them over 50 times and have never had anything but unbelievable food from them. Whether it’s stroganoff, grilled salmon, chips, or burgers the food is always hot tasty and perfectly cooked. Our favourite is the chicken Kiev pizza.

Absolutely amazing food. We are down from Scotland on holiday. My son has autism and adhd and is very picky about his food so we searched for places with top Google reviews and he chose this place. Although he said the pepperoni on his pizza tasted different (He hates any kind of change) he did say the pizza itself was good and he ate the majority of it. My chicken stroganoff was the best I have had and we all loved the chips. Please, please, please tell me what seasoning is on them as it may be a way of getting my son to eat chips/wedges more often at home.

Fresh, tasty and authentic dishes that are absolutely gorgeous, cooked in a genuine wood fired pizza oven. The service is excellent and the staff are very friendly with their hospitality. You're never left waiting very long for your order and you receive quality, well cooked food with very generous portion sizes. There is no pizza takeaway shop better in Hull - and it is the only place to go to from now on. 5 stars all the way.

Absolutely amazing pizzas, all fresh ingredients and baked ina open pizza oven. The pizza dough is so tasty and u like other pizza place's its not greasy. Good prices and friendly staff, highly recommended you will not be disappointed.

Ordered from here for the first time tonight, I ordered the lamb grill with rice and my partner the bbq grill with chips, I don't normally write a review unless I think it is deserving, this definitely deserves the 5 star review I have given, the delivery was quick, the food was piping hot and tasted amazing, the lamb especially was cooked to perfection, the portion sizes are huge but there is no compromise on taste, my only regret is I didn't try this place sooner, will definitely be a returning customer!

We have used this takeaway regularly for about 2 years. We have tried various dishes during that time and enjoyed every single one. Large portions, amazing food, brilliant staff and quick delivery on orders. We love it so much, I even ordered a meal from here for a special birthday I celebrated during lockdown. One of the best takeaways in Hull.

I was really looking forward to ordering from here for the first time after the beautiful quality menu arrived through the door, but all we got was a bad experience. Food arrived 45-60 mins later than quoted and was almost cold. This could have been forgivable if the pizzas tasted good, but they were very poor, cardboard and bland with rubberised cheese. I called to give them a bit of feedback and was placed on hold for 5 mins.... Sorry but not a good first impression so I don't think I'll be returning.

Had two pizzas and chips which was quite nice. Shame the cheese was not all mozzeralla. No mention of Cheddar on the menu!

We have used this place twice and never again. The staff are incompetent and got the order wrong on both occasions. We complained the first time to be told apologies and we would get the replacement in the next order. We have just placed another order and told them about the error they made on our previous order 4 weeks ago, but guess what? They could not remember, so after arguing for 5 mins about THE ERROR they decided to gave us 20% off our order. Just received the order and guess what? Items are missing. When we called to make them aware, they say we didn’t order what we had missing, clearly we did and have the voice recording this time as evidence (nothing worst than been claimed a liar, when it’s someone else’s incompetence). Still again, they are in denial. .... Rip off....take your money elsewhere, someone who appreciates the custom. We will never use this place again and I will be passing my experience on to others. Made to feel a liar for their incompetence 😡 disgusting ! I wouldn’t even give this place the benefit of one star as undeserving of that (had no option). If you order from here, make sure you record your order for future reference because you can guarantee they will get your order wrong 😂 and then deny you ordered it!! Unbelievable 😂 So, from your response below to my HONEST review, I am unable to reply to this so, so I have come back to my original review. We asked for the pots of garlic mayo separately at 80 pence per pot. As told by the “cashier”. You are now trying to turn this round on to us as if it’s our mistake...unbelievable. You say you make a note of incorrect orders? Well you clearly don’t as you don’t “remember” ours! How convenient. As for harassing your staff, nobody harassed your staff. We ended up ending the call when we complained as we was dismissed and the cashier tried to deny we had asked for the garlic mayo. Very frustrating and so she was told we will never order from you again and we will take our business else. We called to inform you our order was incorrect YET AGAIN! Normally we wouldn’t give this the time of day but after our past experience we feel the matter needs to be addressed. You take your business seriously? And this is how you treat your customers is it? Again trying to say we are lying? Unbelievable....and then you threaten me with legal action for speaking the truth and your incompetence? 👏🏻 unbelievable ! La Pizzeria & Grill banned from ordering from you?? As if I would possibly order from you again? Seriously! We have spent our hard earned cash in your premises and you come back with this? Are you serious? 80p?? Honestly?? Fantastic food, big portions, grate value for money. Ordered via the website, the menu has lots to choose from. Delivery time was spot on too, was waiting less than 30 mins for our food. Really recommend the Beef Stroganoff or the House Burger.

Best pizzas you can get by a takeaway!

If you want a proper italian high quality pizza, this is the place to go. The ingredients are all fresh and very high quality. Considering the average quality and price of a pizza in Hull, this one is an absolute bargain considering the size and quality

I had beef stroganoff last night and it was absolutely lovely, the best i have ever tasted, also the garlic bread was cooked perfectly too. I certainly will be using La Pizzeria and grill again very soon.

I have not eaten a worse kebab in my life. Dips defeat, water can be poured on the tap.

This is our favourite take away however will NOT order from here again. Every time I place an order I usually order the same thing we get a free margarita due to spending over £25 .... as everyone is aware with the covid 19 key workers are still running so we had a birthday celebration and I ordered my regular only to be told they wasn’t offering free pizzas anymore due to the increased price of ingredients?????? I am truly disgusted in this food has not changed in price what so ever and making a profit on this is now illegal . I will not be ordering here again .

Easily the BEST takeaway in Hull. This place should be a full open restaurant as the food quality is simply amazing. Stone baked pizzas made fresh and you can really taste the difference and quality especially above other takeaways. The steak Diane is out of this world and the burgers are to die for. Not a single thing to complain about from me and my experiences so far. With that being said, it's time to order

I went there earlier this evening with my family and got a few pizzas to go. We had the seafood mix pizzas and the meat feast pizzas it was extremely good. Toppings were generously applied and the base was thin but still had a bite to it making it a perfect mix. Ps i loved the lights

Pizzeria style cuisine offering a very wide range of continental dishes ,these are avaible to order and collect or order and delivery. very busy well organised food outlet situated on priory Rd with a tradition wood fired pizza oven , the frontage is clean and we'll presented and has Comfotable seating for customers waiting for meals to be prepared interstingly most meals are prepared in full view behind the counter area, waiting times can vary which is what may be expected from a very busy outlet, however the food standard and quality outweighs this.minor critasim and you certainly will not be disappointed with your meal .staff are well presented and polite ,menu,s are clearly displayed on a large illuminated display which clearly explains what the meal actually is and contains which is a blessing for those of us who arnt familiar with continental cuisine.

Food took just over an hour to arrive packaging was wet! asked why answer was condensation chips were Soggy and Tasted Funny! Chicken on the pizza was chewy in Texture and tasted past it! Wont come again. £11.50 not worth it!

I've been using La Pizzeria on a fairly regular base since it opened and have tried pizzas, pasta dishes, chicken dishes, seafood dishes and it's all been amazing. Last night for a change I tried the special burger, and boy was it special! Huge and sooooo nice, best burger ever! Thanks guys, see you soon!

Visited last night for the first time...very impressed staff lovely and friendly, kitchen and shop clean and tidy! The food exceeded my expectations the garlic bread was amazing! I had the fillet steak in peppercorn sauce there was so much meat there was enough for two!! My partner had the Kiev pizza and it was so tasty! Definitely will be recommending and visiting again soon! Can’t wait to try other things on the menu! Great to finally have a lovely take away that’s like a restaurant 5 minute drive away!!

Always great food but sadly the cheese on my cheese chips is always still solid and doesn't melt so i end up scraping the cheese off. Have tried a couple times incase it's different each time but sadly it's not. Anything else I've ordered has always been great though

Simply the best Pizza I've found in Hull. Consistently good quality base and toppings. Cooked in a wood fuelled Pizza oven, makes all the difference. For the Pizza fan, it's a must try!
