The best restaurants serving Italian food in West Midlands

I have used Coffee 2 many times. Today my partner, who has to use a mobility scooter went in. As soon as my partner drove in, he was stopped by a member of the team and told he could not bring his scooter in. When asked why he was told "it was company policy" Coffee 2 sadly I do not think you are aware of the Equality Act 2010, where it states "you have legal responsibility that mobility scooter, wheelchair etc have equal access to your premises" As from my experience today, I will not be dining in your restaurant ever again, you have lost more than one good customer.

Brilliant evening with friends and Derek was an absolute star! We were seated immediately on our arrival and our drinks order was taken quickly and arrived quickly. The food came at a suitable speed and everything we had was excellent. However the best part of the evening was Derek who looked after us brilliantly. So we will definitely go back! Thank you Derek.

We were staying at the nearby Alton Towers Hotel for one night, where the food offerings (and indeed fellow guests) we not conducive to an evening of epicurean delight. So we escaped here. A bit of a drive out from Alton Towers, but easy to find with a satnav and plenty of space in the car park. A good range of authentic Italian food on offer, served with a smile. Also an opportunity to practice your Italian on the owners. Highly recommended, we need to support these small restaurants.

The best Italian food! My lasagne was perfect, my partner had venison ragu which again was perfect. The setting was stunning as well. Look forward to eating here again

nice place, friendly and coffee and pastries very nice. pleasant staff and clean at the time of the visit. smokers can sit outside toilets - look like zillion years old and well past their sell by date - why have they not been updated?

Absolutely disgusting place and disgusting people I went in allo pizza and saw one guy itching his private parts and pecking his nose then making the pizza without washing his hands and didn’t use gloves! 🤢 I would never recommend this place to anyone DO NOT ORDER!!

Pedí papas fritas en 3 ocasiones diferentes pensando que cambiarían pero estaban empapadas y sabía puro de aceite. Mis compañeros y yo nos enfermamos literalmente. Ya sea su aceite no están cambiando o poniendo las papas fritas en aceite frío. Parecía que me estaba comiendo el aceite y luego patatas fritas. ¡3 oportunidades que di nunca más ordenando! I’ve been to grill it countless amounts of times and the food never disappoints me or my family.The food has always been spot on as the portion are unbelievably filling.The pizza and milkshakes are a must when ordering as there amazing.The building ultimately has a great atmosphere with friendly staff who always come when needed.

To my regret, I’ve walked past this restaurant many times, without ever going in. That was a mistake - this place is great! Very good food, extremely nice staff, and very reasonable prices. Excellent pizzas and a great looking menu, plus very nice wine. A great find in West Ealing, we’ll be regulars now.

What a wonderful Italian afternoon tea with champagne! We were greeted by a lovely young waiter who showed us to our table which was laid out ready for us with a crystal water decanter and matching glasses, beautiful yellow and white teacups, saucers and side plates, the cutlery was a good quality and all matching. The champagne cork popped, and we were served with a glass each of crisp dry champagne....no Prosecco here, this was the real stuff! The menu was explained to us and the food was freshly made and absolutely delicious, just so different to the usual sandwiches that you get with an afternoon tea. We each received our own teapot of hot tea. The cakes were all so different and bite size and filled with chocolate or custard plus there was scones, jam and cream of course. The service was outstanding, and it was so nice to have the same young man looking after us for the whole experience, his manners were impeccable, and he is a credit to the restaurant.

Early dinner with friends. Everyone enjoyed their food - can't remember what they had but my Lasagne which was really good. Nice to be able to sit outside as the weather was good to us. The other customers seemed to be enjoying themselves too its a lovely spot here in Tettenhall, right by the pool. The background music brings a bit of a Mediterranean feel to it. We often have coffee here but sadly we don't think its the best but enjoy the place and will visit again. Service is up and down but overall a nice place.

Best ITALIAN experience in Essex ,really tested I eat the Nduja was really really. nice and you can also feel the past its fresh and everything its home made. kids friendly I been with my son and one of my friend with her son they have really nice fresh datterino tomato for kids and we order also one pizza and was amazing!!! the stuff was really friendly ! I really recommend this restaurant ! we still order from this restaurant on Deliveroo app!

Our local Chinese was closed so I decided to try a local pizza .we had an Hawaiian and a veggie .the base was uncooked there was virtually no pineapple but when it can to the ham it was cut into the smallest squares you could get …will I return never should have gone across the road to papa John …
