The best restaurants serving Italian food in South West

Booked bottomless pasta and cocktails at 6:30pm with a paid deposit. Service was abysmal - we were ignored for the first 30mins of being sat at the table, waitress brought out pasta crisps and garlic bread around the 30mins mark. We ordered our first round of cocktails around the time we got our garlic bread etc and got them around 7pm. We had to ask to order our pasta after being ignored for another 10/15mins and once we ordered our pasta we’ve sat and waited another 45mins and still no sign of food. We also at the time ordered another round of cocktails which only 3 out of 4 arrived, 1 being undrinkable. My fiancé asked politely when our other cocktail was coming and we got a blank response from the waitress and an eye roll and we have still yet to see our 4th cocktail AND our pasta. We were sat by the door and can see numerous families and couples in the “restaurant” being ignored and not being served. The bottomless pasta and cocktails is meant to be 90mins time slot but we booked a 2 hour slot. The said 2 hour slot ends in 10mins. I never complain about places but this is a joke.

Had an amazing chicken kebab this evening. Cooked to perfection, swift delivery and piping hot on arrival. Staff were polite and efficient, I 100% recommend pizza plus! Thank you!

The food was great! It was quite an unwelcoming arrival though. Pizza was delicious (would recommended) and food came quickly. Didn't stay long enough to use the facilities. Price was reasonable and the restaurant was comfortable. Would visit again if passing.

The place has closed down, don't waste your time like I did😒

I ordered a takeaway on a Saturday night. A Diablo pizza and bbq wings. My order was 30 minutes late and when it arrived it was stone cold. I had to put it in the oven to reheat it. If I wanted a pizza to reheat I would have got it from the supermarket. When ready to eat I noticed there was loads of Parmesan all over it. I’ve had the same pizza there before and it was good and never with Parmesan. It gives a grainy texture. The wings were so fatty. Horrible to eat. The dogs enjoyed them. I don’t like to leave a negative review so tried to do it via the contacts on the website but this didn’t work so find myself on here.

My wife and I went for dinner to celebrate our 11th Wedding Anniversary. We couldn't have hoped for a nicer dining experience. The food and service were sublime. Thoroughly recommended.

I recently visited Italb and it was great! The atmosphere was cozy. I tried the pasta and it was delicious. The pizza had a nice crispy crust and the toppings were tasty. For dessert, I had tiramisu, which was the perfect ending to the meal. Overall, a lovely place to enjoy some authentic Italian food! Also, I’d like to thank the staff for being so friendly and making sure everything was perfect for my birthday.☺️❤️

We had a lovely meal at Cafe Rojano - eventually. The food was good - especially the PX glazed chicken wings (I bought the cookbook just to get this recipe!) - but we were left waiting for almost 15 minutes at the door before being shown to our table. We had booked well in advance, and it was a good job we had. The place was packed, and the serving staff were doing their best, but it just seemed a little - hectic. We weren't in a rush, but it took the shine off what could have been a delightful evening.

Went here as a final meal of our holiday. We have eaten all over the world and we have to say that our meal this evening was out of this world. The flavours were simply glorious. The service was brilliant as well. Italian food doesn’t get better than this. Thank you for making our evening wonderful !!!

The staff were great. Food great too, but I felt for the price the amount of vegetables underneath my sea bass was minimal. A few halved potatoes and a mixture of a few green beans, slices of pepper and aubergene was really poor. I must say each of the other guests had different meals all with much more salad and vegetables.
