I felt compelled to write this and wish to give this parson bakery some love back. This place has a lot of heart. Allow me to explain. I dropped my disabled mum off at bath hospital. As there was no where to park. I drove around for a bit before stopping outside Parsons. As my wife loves their bread pudding. I managed to stop outside to wait for a call to get mum. Popped in to get my wife her bread pudding and a coffee for myself. Whilst I was there I saw outstanding customer service I’ve ever seen and I’m in this industry. Where a lady had her hands for with two small children. The young son had mums card to pay and when completed. The parsons lady helped the struggling mum with her son and other child to their car, so we didn’t run out into the road. This was above and beyond and the staff as a whole deserves praise. With service like this the staff and the lady that helped the struggling mum. Needs the highest of praise.

Brilliant bakery which is a long standing business on Coldharbour Road. Great bread and treats that all the family love.

Good food, good atmosphere, and fabulous staff. What a find ! We cannot fault this lovely restaurant the food really is exceptional, I doubt that you would get better in Italy ! Our waiter and waitress were smiley friendly and nothing was too much trouble . We loved it so much we went back the next day to eat here . We highly recommend it, you won’t be disappointed. Great pizza, much better than Dominos. We've been ordering from here for years, and they never disappoint

The pizzas and pasta was absolutely divine! The flavors were perfectly balanced, and the crust was crispy and delicious. I'll definitely be back to try more of their menu.

A restaurant we’ve been wanting to visit for a while and I honestly do not know why we waited so long. The staff were very welcoming. The atmosphere was very cosy and warm. One of the best Italian restaurants I’ve visited. Such a nice experience which we will be doing again very soon.

Great restaurant for either lunch or dinner, always dine here when we are in Weymouth. Food, service and atmosphere make it well worth a visit.

Good standard Italian food. Very busy (early Saturday evening) but this added to the ambience and overall experience. Would go back if I were in the area

The food is amazing, very tasty, unfortunately the service was very poor. We felt tricked into bottled water when there was tap available, even the waiter called our water tap water, but only till we had another bottle and double checked we found out. Two dishes were incorrect and instead of correcting it without hassle, we were made to feel very uncomfortable, like we were at fault... until another waiter came to fix the issue. The seasoned veg side was very poor as it was just some mushrooms and pepper, I was hoping for some greens. Anyways, if there was a different waiter, maybe my review would have been different.

Beautiful food. Really fresh seafood and huge prawns. Even smells delicious in there…like garlic Basil heaven. If you are a tiramisu fan! You won’t be disappointed. Walk in and grab a table you will be happy you did.
