The best restaurants serving Italian food in South West

Elena our server was amazing. Great energy. Free limoncello shots to tie up a perfect meal, definitely recommend the seafood pasta with garlic & tomato sauce.

The food was amazing and the staff were super friendly!! And the burger was probably the best burger I've ever had in my life! My daughter very much enjoyed her steak aswell and very reasonable prices will definitely vist again soon!!

We wandered down the hill into Stroud for dinner at Sorrento, following a local recommendation. The staff were welcoming and the menu provided a section of Italian delights, pasta, pizza and our favourite Risotto. Giovanni's family restaurant has been serving the people of Stroud for 17 years, and tonight our delicious meals were a testament to their success. We recommend this restaurant for a light bite or a full family celebration meal. It's close to the train station, The Sub rooms and taxi ranks. Give them a visit next time you're in Stoud. We had a gorgeous meal here today. The staff were super friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. I’d happily give this 10 stars if I could. Can’t wait to go back for more 😋

We wanted to take a closer look at this place as we stayed in the B&B nearby, and as we saw plenty of positive reviews from people on here, but, unfortunately, it turned out pretty average. We had two starters and two pastas. Starters were pretty nice (Soup of the day and the Prawn Cocktail kinda thing) , but the pastas were quite disappointing. Carbonara was pretty bland, but overall okay. Ravioli had a lovely sauce , but the meat inside them tasted more like a pate. Prices are pretty high for what it is, the atmosphere itself in the place is a bit dull and boring, toilets are tiny, the service is good, waiters are nice. We are usually not the people who complain, but as a big Italian food lovers we simply didn’t rate it.

Great experience, lovely restaurant and the staff were excellent , one of the nicest meals I have had in an Italian Restaurant,which was the Chicken in a white wine and blue cheese sauce, Highly recommend.

Feels like you’re in Italy. Lovely negroni’s, staff are very sweet and are great for a recommendation, the food is always spectacular. Make a booking on weekends though, possibly even weekday evenings - they can fill up fast!

Great service and lovely food, and for a Monday night it was quite busy, which is great for them! At first the menu came across a bit confusing as it blended a lot of dishes from different cuisines, however the food was lovely and comforting. The shining star was the service, she was friendly and pro-active in attending to the customers needs. Thank you for a lovely meal.

Had an absolutely amazing meal at Little Italy last night. Authentic home made Italian Food that is absolutely delicious. We were made very welcome, had a great evening and will return very soon. Highly recommended!

We stayed in Bradford 6 nights and this was the only restaurant we ate dinner at more than once. The ambiance inside and out is charming. Our service was friendly and attentive but not overbearing, absolutely wonderful. Our meals included starters and main courses and all were excellent. The pizzas are large enough to be split between a couple, and supplemented with starter(s). Entree portions are not too large. Everything was very fresh and prepared perfectly. Sadly we had no room for dessert. Great for couples looking for a romantic night out or groups. We hope to return!

This was my first visit to Leonardo's. It is a family run restaurant, which I like. The service was good and the food very good. My friend and I ordered from the lunch time menu, which had a number of options and was reasonable priced. The restaurant was clean and tidy. I will go back when I am next in Salisbury, book early to avoid disappointment.

Este es un buen restaurante, estaba ocupado, tenía un buen ambiente, el personal era excelente, nada era un problema, la comida era rápida y sabrosa. El servicio desde la primera llamada telefónica hasta la salida fue de 10 / 10 llamamos tarde y pedimos una gran mesa de 8 esto se acomodó luego esa mesa se convirtió en 14 que luego bajó a 10 y nada de esto fue un problema y todo se llevó a cabo en 30 minutos, pero aún así no hay problemas y todos tuvimos una buena comida y un buen momento Tengo que decir también una gran relación calidad-precio

Wow! What a lovely Italian restaurant. Such delicious food, great modern decor, clean, staff friendly and helpful. Cost very reasonable for such high quality food. Highly recommend. My daughter aged 10 asked me to add 'amazing, this place needs a great review, it's so nice '
