I would highly recommend lovely pizzas and pastas. Tha staff is always makes you welcome and friendly and the staff is helpful too. Also it is good for parties. I would definitely come here again

Absolutely great food. If you want authentic Italian food from an Italian family, this is the place you want to go. Lived in the area for a while but only 2nd time eating here. It’s fabulous 👍🏾

Haven't been to this restaurant for around 8 years but the food and service was just how I remembered it. There were 5 of us dining and we had a mixture of pasta and pizza. The carbonara was delicious and the pizzas were amazing. We dined on a Thursday night and there were still lots of people eating. We used to bring our children here at least twice a month when they were little and will now be going back on a regular basis. i think they have kept going due their excellent service and great food.

Have been visiting la passione for ages now, it was my mums favourite restaurant, we started having delivery after she could no longer make it out and she enjoyed it thoroughly. Had a family meal last night all 11 of us and it did not disappoint! Amazing service as well - thank you.

Haven’t been here for ages but what a great meal and service we had, we had garlic mushrooms and king prawns to start followed by fillet steak for mains, everything cooked to perfection and the service was attentive without being overwhelming. Great evening all round with no concerns only a perfect recommendation for anyone thinking about a visit.

Really great meal this weekend. Bruschetta was really tasty. Pasta choices were different, and everyone enjoyed what they chose. Tartufo nocciola was excellent! Great value for money.

Have visited multiple times. Standard Italian fayre, bur make sure to check the specials board as often makes the most of the local fish-mongers. Probably not vegan friendly, but definitely some vegetarian options available. One small, pavement/kerb height step to get in to the building, and (I think) a couple more to the toilets. Caters for both groups/parties celebrating and couples on a date-night.

I am happy to have found an excellent Italian restaurant not far from where I live after I did some research with one of the highest ratings. We had scallops which was noticeably fresh, garlic bread very light and not doughy, rib eye steak came with fresh vegetables and very nice chips with generous amount of peppercorn sauce for £2 My children had pasta which they enjoyed but almost couldn’t finish it all due to the good size portion! I would give full marks for the quality, presentation, lovley atmosphere and service . I notice this restaurant didnt have a service charge so a tip was added. I lm hoping to revisit soon to try other dishes.

Ordered a pizza delivery. The pizza was undercooked in the middle. Wet soggy cheese. Literally liquid in the middle. Was a sloppy mess!!!! I was very sick after this pizza

Absolutely love this place. Me and my husband went last night and as always the food was delicious. Service also can't be faulted as the staff are attentive but not overbearing. Would 100% recommend.

Lovely food! Went here for a birthday meal as a double date and it was a great place for it. The staff were super nice, very welcoming. I had a lovely pasta dish and would definitely order it again. The garlic bread with mozzarella was also great!

We were fed up of ordering the same thing over and over when we saw this place pop up on our app and wow!! They did not disappoint! Me and partner absolutely loved our food and afterwards said we definitely need to actually come to the restaurant next time!!

We used to come here a lot when I lived in Kingswood. We even had our wedding reception here sixteen years ago and it was fantastic. This was the first time visiting in a number of years as we moved away and it was just as good as I remembered. The food was fantastic and the staff were very friendly.

Ordered via Uber eats, I don’t know the name of the person that delivered the food but he was wearing la passione polo shirt so I assume he works for the restaurant rather than Uber. The driver called me to say he was outside an address further down the road (it’s quiet a long road), I tried to explain that he probably passed my house on the way (the road is a dead end) and to come back the way he came. He didn’t seem to understand stand this so I suggested he look at the house numbers to establish which way to go, he got about half way to my house but then told me he was back where he started and couldn’t see my house (he seemed to struggle to grasp that I didn’t live in a flat) so was going home. At this point he ended the call. I waited outside my house (I had gone outside to try and help him find me) and probably less than a minute later he drove past so I flagged him down. At this point, whist giving me my food without apology, he felt it appropriate to repeatedly complain about his manager and tell me that he had already finished work. He then showed me the order ticket which only had the post code and the house number written on it and states several times that it wasn’t his fault. I don’t order food delivery very often but did so as I have been very ill with M.E. Which often leaves me too exhausted to do basic tasks. I could have cooked a meal for myself in the time I spent dealing with the driver. The food was about 20 minutes later than expected. I have no issue with this or with the fact the driver had to call me to find my house. I live in a new build estate so it’s common for google maps etc to send people the wrong way. This can’t be helped. However, I do have an issue with a man who felt it appropriate to yell at an ill young woman who was obviously home alone and a paying customer because he’d gotten lost or was annoyed at his manager or whatever his issue was. The pasta was bang average but still piping hot despite the delay. The tiramisu was delicious. I emailed the restaurant to explain what had happened and didn’t get a response. I was nothing but polite to the man who felt it appropriate to turn up at my front door, yell at me and then charge me for it so I will not be ordering from here again or visiting the restaurant.

Really nice meal however the deep fried prawns were deep fried with the head, tail, legs and shell on. So once peeled they were just plain prawns.

Fantastic food .staff friendly and helpful.Definitely would recommend it .we went for a 30th birthday and had a table 13 people and everything came out together hot and fresh ,couldn’t fault anything .

Beautiful simple Italian food. Great food for all the family. We have been coming here for years. Just left with a very happy family. My fussy 8 year old loves the pizza, my father in law loves their omelettes and love the pasta. A win for everyone. The staff are all friendly, warm and welcoming.

Been there this weekend! Whole family and everyone loved it! Food is amazing! Stuff is super nice and polite! And the music ...perfect! Our new favorite place, we are blessed to have this restaurant so close to our doorstep!

I was disappointed that I would be having cafe food one lunchtime in Kingswood, but noticed this Italian restaurant. The restaurant as bathroom were spotless. The food was plentiful and tasty. The young waiter was attentive, speedy but not hovering around us. Really fab all round. Many thanks

Far to much to eat for lunch and definitely worth taking home for later, a good crispy edge and a plenty toppings, well worth the visit. Pasta next time I think, if I can get past the pizzas on the menu😄

This was my best friend and my absolute favourite place to come for lunch as teens (we're now early 30s!). Visiting her and her husband this weekend, and they suggested we go back here for dinner. I was so thrilled to see that it was still open! Staff were lovely and friendly and quickly seated us. Despite it being an extremely busy Saturday evening, the service was very quick. My friend and I had the spinach and ricotta cannelloni (my favourite meal here as a teen) and it was just as good as I remember! Her hubby had the calzone and said it was the best calzone he's had in a long time. The tiramisu was delicious and my friends seem to have enjoyed their desserts just as much as me! A decent price for great quality food made with love, and a delightful little family run atmosphere. My only regret is that it's taken me so long to come back here!

10 of us came here for a birthday meal. Food came out all at the same time, piping hot. And every meal was delicious. Will definitely go again

Very pleasant staff, food was good, I had a pizza which was amazing but the calamari starter sadly was not that great.... a nice place to go though.

I will give them two stars because sometimes I am happy with the food but more recent times not so much! Every single time I have ordered from here something in the order is wrong…. This time was too much! The steak we ordered medium and it was cooked rare! When ordering a fillet it’s not acceptable! supposed to come with roasted potato’s and veg instead we got cold chips! Also didn’t get the sauce that was asked for instead was gave something that tasted like vinegar! The garlic bread was so tough! I’ve now given up on this place it’s sad but when your getting so much wrong with a standard order I won’t be spending my money there again sorry

Nice Italian in Kingswood with a big menu. Good drink selection and cater to kids brilliantly. The staff was friendly and polite. The only reason I have it 4/5 is because most of the menu has mushrooms in their dishes and they couldn't take them out in the couple of dishes I would of like to of tried.

Really lovely food and good service. The acoustics of the building makes the background noise loud but not enough to put me off going again.

The food was cooked beautifully. My boyfriend who loves steak says this place is in his top 3 (he eats steak from loads of restaurants so thats really saying something). It was very quiet on out visit but we enjoyed the atmosphere regardless. Ive been going to this place with my dad since i was young and its always been a great visit

Was meeting up with friends for first time in a year. Chose sea bass which was cooked beautifully with plenty of nicely cooked veg and salad. Service was excellent,. Thank you.

Excellent, efficient service, and most importantly the food is delicious! I especially love the San Michele pizza and the pappardelle cacciatore - everything I've tried on the menu is great but these are my favourites! We're very lucky to live only 10 minutes walk from such a lovely restaurant 😊

We were taken there by my Mother-in-Law while visiting Bristol for a Birthday. I chose a Duck dish from the Specials menu. Was unable to finish my meal due to jaw ache! The rest of the meal was fine but I have never had Duck this tough.

I wish I could give 0 stars, I placed an order for pizzas to be delivered at a specific time, they attempted to deliver them 50 mins early, I informed them of their mistake and that we couldn’t take delivery as we were not ready, people were yet to arrive, we were still getting ready, could they please deliver them at the correct time, the delivery was duly taken back to the restaurant and the order subsequently cancelled , I called and was informed I would not be receiving my order and I wasn’t allowed to place any new orders, I have regularly ordered from this restaurant, never again

La passione is always our first option and it never disappoints. From the starter to the dessert the quality and tastes of everything was outstanding, the pollo passione might have been the best meal I have ever been served. Service was amazing and very professional. 10/10

I was at this restaurant last night and 4 of my family and friends and for my self i ordered the sea food risotto and i can easily say it was the best dish I’ve ever had at a restaurant and i highly recommended this place to everyone. Also the service and communication between waiters and staff was perfect and very kind and friendly Definitely deserves a 5 star rating. I am thankful for the service that was provided i have been very looked after and will certainly be going again with the family very soon From Halil kabashi (George)

My fiancee and I visited here to celebrate her birthday. The staff here are absolutely delightful, friendly and attentive. The food was absolutely delicious and I personally would recommend the Pikante pizza, it was fantastic. My fiancee had the lasagne which was equally as delicious and plenty of it. A good selection of drinks and we did enjoy the Peroni. Overall this is a lovely restaurant and we couldn't recommend it highly enough, a must visit.

Food and staff was Ok..we ask for spicy arrabiata..it wasn’t spicy at all..and they charged 1.20£ for extra chilli ...you couldn’t even find single chilli inside the pasta..they added Green pepper to make it spicy ..that’s funny..Never ever recommend.

Wine pours are generous The worst: Food is expensive for what it is, doesn't taste the most fresh. The lowdown: In the area you aren't spoilt for choice when it come for Italian, you won't be running to papa John's down the road either. The menu looks good and the flavours are nearly there, my only issue is that it doesn't seem the freshest. My pasta sauce felt thick and goopy. The staff were friendly and accommodating when we asked to pack up the food early when I wasn't feeling well.

Very happy to dine there. Excellent service with smiles on faces. The pizza was just how I like it. Looking forward to try other dishes
