We enjoyed a wonderful family visit for lunch. Great menu selection including lunch specials and children's choices. Very friendly and efficient staff.

Great Italian. We went Sunday evening and we had two friendly and attentive staff members. We had bruschetta, potato skins and olives (starter); and pizza, meatballs and arrabiatta and vegetable lasagne. It was all fab and a bottle of Valpolicello Ripasso complemented the food. Highly recommended and not far from Crowne Plaza where we were staying.

Olivia’s energy make the food, the experience, the vibe worth a million next visit. Thanks Olivia for being so kind and absolutely enjoyed the meal recommendations. It must be tiring, but I can see you’re giving it your all and that definitely made this restaurant my top choice from now on. Hope you enjoy your weekend like you made ours ;) !

Shabba saves this place. We’ve been when he’s not in and it is a disaster! We had red wine in champagne glasses, decaf coffee with no coffee…. Mugs of hot milk. Tonight he’s in and it’s fab again. Impeccable customer service and we got what we wanted (even if you’ve taken calabrese off the menu for no explicable reason). Seriously why is there no way to tip an individual or send messages to management about how good a staff member is because I’m not joking. He is why we go back!

On Saturday the 9th November I dined at Gino's, and once again, I was reminded why this place has become one of my favourite dining spots. From the moment I walk in, the exceptional staff made us feel welcomed and valued- this points towards Jacko, he is so honourable in the way he does this. I bring my elderly mother with me, and she is always greeted with such joy and care, this pleases me. His warm smile and attentive service sets the tone for a delightful evening. The team at Gino's always goes above and beyond to ensure that guests have a fantastic experience. I’d also like to mention Lucy. Whether it's recommending dishes, refilling drinks, or checking in to see if everything is to my liking, Lucy and Jacko’s dedication to customer service is evident. It’s refreshing to see a staff that genuinely enjoys what they do, and this creates a positive atmosphere that enhances the overall dining experience. We LOVE this restaurant and we are so pleased we can leave a great review for Ginos.

The atmosphere was good, we ordered bufalina pizza, spinach and riccota cannaloni pasta, mimosa and morretti in drinks. The cannaloni was a bit sandy, I asked for a half pint morretti they gave me full pint, and they completely missed putting the basil in the bufalina pizza when it's already mentioned in the menu. We asked for it to be put later on which was okay. Overall it was an okay experience, staff were very nice.

pizza was normal. i think they just need to hire more service staff. need to order extra and i'm like monkey on an isolated island need to keep waving to get attention

Kamilla was fantastic the menu machine was not working and she handled it exceptionally under pressure and served our food with outstanding service ,she made our date night wonderful and I couldn’t ask for a better waitress .Amazing !

First time we have ever eaten a meal with our coats on...freezing ....food was bland, staff lovely, waiting 45 mins for starter....lady sitting at the bar area glared at our table throughout the meal...walking across and staring at us ...thanks ...£170 wasted....

Vine a este restaurante hace una semana, y vaya, ¡qué placer! Los cócteles eran fantásticos (2 por 1 todo el día) Mi carbonara estaba absolutamente deliciosa, y probé la pizza de mi amigo con queso de cabra — ¡fue impresionante! El servicio era de primera categoría también. Nuestro camarero realmente se tomó su tiempo para ayudarnos a elegir nuestra comida y bebidas, y todo lo que pedimos resultó ser perfecto. No puedo recordar su nombre, pero sí recuerdo que era polaco y súper amable! Sin duda un lugar que volveré a visitar.

The food was Excellent quality, delivery was quick and the delivery man was exceptionally good 👍😊
