Trigo were amazing caters for my party. Very professional and friendly service and absolutely delicious pizza. Everyone at the party was very impressed. I would strongly recommend.

Delicious! Great choice of craft beers. A great addition to the city's wide range of cafes. There's a good vegan and vegetarian range too.

I rang up for a takeaway and he said they had ran out of spaghetti I was fine with penne but he then went out of his way to make up a fresh batch of spaghetti for me providing I could wait. This place is brilliant! Bacon, garlic and chili is a favourite ❤️ Update: The “sated caramel is unreal!!

Went one night booked the next .. absolutely a gem of a place .. fabulous food lovely lovely staff so kind and considerate and on the ball … love love love .. can’t say any more but thank you !

Visited this restaurant twice during a business trip to Newcastle. Fantastic food and service at a good price

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. When I arrived, the employee who greeted me didn’t even bother to communicate properly. She simply led me to a table without saying a word, and then left me waiting there for several minutes without any explanation. Her body language was incredibly rude and unwelcoming, which made the whole experience uncomfortable. Basic courtesy and good service go a long way, but unfortunately, I didn’t experience any of that here. It was a frustrating visit, and I won’t be returning.

Incredible food and great staff

We chanced upon Mario's on Valentine's. We didn't have a reservation but still got a table- it was nicely busy. The food was excellent with great veggie options. Had a lovely chat to Mario who was really friendly and welcoming. And it was reasonably priced. Can't wait to go back.

First visit for a birthday celebration. Great location on the river front at Newburn We went Thursday evening and it was very busy so would definitely recommend booking The food was very good, service decent

Gorgeous mac n cheese for lunch, we really enjoyed it. The choice of toppings was good. Only given 4 stars as would have been good if the tables were being cleaned.

The pizzas are made in front of you and are always served hot. They taste really good, and a couple of slices will leave you feeling full. Service is quick, good value for money, a perfect snack between lectures, and most importantly, for me, it's halal.
