Trigo Wood Fired Pizza in Newcastle upon Tyne

Simplemente mi pizza favorita. No soy ajeno a las pizzas, y de todas las que he comido en esta ciudad, o en toda la región, esta es la mejor. La masa es perfecta, los ingredientes son sabrosos y están cocinados a la perfección. He sido un cliente bastante regular durante un par de años, y estamos tan impresionados, que les hemos pedido que alimenten a nuestros invitados de boda el próximo verano!

Si buscas una pizza italiana de VERDAD, tienes que probar Trigo, ¡y te encantará inmediatamente! ❤️ Las pizzas de Trigo son incluso mejores que la mayoría de las que puedes comer en Italia: deliciosas, con ingredientes frescos y de gran calidad, perfectamente cocinadas y con un servicio muy rápido! Bruno sirve sus pizzas con pasión y grandes sonrisas, no puede esperar a volver a Newcastle, también para probar de nuevo su fantástica pizza! GRAZIE 🍕

La pizza es simplemente fantástico! Corteza fina, ligeramente crujiente con bordes aireados, perfectamente horneada a un marrón dorado. La salsa es rica y sabrosa, y el pepperoni añade una patada encantadora. El sabor equilibrado y los ingredientes de alta calidad hacen que esta pizza sea realmente deliciosa.

Mi pizza favorita en Newcastle. Masa perfecta, nota de madera ahumada, sabores bien equilibrados. Muy buena pizza de pizzaiola italiana verdadera. Visitar este lugar casi un año y siempre sabe bien.

Nos encanta la pizza Trigo. La masa es ligera y fresca y está perfectamente cocinada! La pizza Ndjua es mi favorita. El tipo que lo dirige es tan amable y claramente apasionado por su comida. Vivimos a 1 hora de distancia de su pop-up lugares habituales y vamos a conducir una hora en cada dirección, evitando todos los otros lugares de pizza en el camino para obtener un trigo! Trigo were amazing caters for my party. Very professional and friendly service and absolutely delicious pizza. Everyone at the party was very impressed. I would strongly recommend.

Huge thank you to Bruno and mate for making the trip to Barnard Castle on Saturday for a big birthday celebration. Bruno was super organised and a great communicator. They arrived in plenty of time, set up ( and down) efficiently and both really friendly guys with all our guests. 60 pizzas, 3 flavours and everyone fed. Open to flexing chilli levels for individuals. So easy to make the party go well. Smiling guests who loved these pizzas, simple to serve in disposable card boxes and a few late night munches around the fire pit under the stars later. Absolutely no waste - 4 popped into the freezer! It all worked really well and cannot recommend Trigo Wood Fired Pizzas more highly. It meant we could be with our guests instead of the kitchen and took away all the pain of feeding a big crowd. Thank you guys, I know it was a long way to come and late getting back and so appreciate your hard work. Hope to see you again x

We had Trigo Wood Fired Pizza at my mams 50th birthday and they were amazing! From the get go, Bruno had great communication and was so helpful. There was a great variety of pizzas to choose from for our occasion and they were delicious! Food came out really quickly, I thought the buzzers to tell you when your pizza is ready was such a good idea as no one had to wait outside! Overall, They made it such a great evening for us! Bruno provided the pizzas at our wedding and everyone was very impressed. Many friends commented saying how nice the pizzas were and the service was first class too. Would definitely recommend.
