They say they are open till 2 am but they are not. Even if you order at 1.30 am the will say ‘accepted’ but will not fufuil your order, do not rely on them. When I called to ask if our food was accepted and on my hey way I was put onto a very rude person who just said no ( at 1:45) when they are arrantly open to 2am. Also when your order food late, is it cold and not up to standards. I am very disappointed.

Las dos estrellas son por el extenso menú a precios muy razonables y la excelente calidad de la comida. Qué pena que la experiencia se vio empañada por el camarero que fue abrupto y desagradable en todo momento. En ningún momento nos preguntaron si todo estaba bien o si queríamos pedir algo más, simplemente nos presentaron un pedazo de papel con un número en él y 'ordenaron' pagar en el café. Mi amiga había pedido una taza de té con su comida, pero cuando ella cortésmente pidió un vaso de agua del grifo le dijeron que no podía tomar uno y le gustaría pedir una botella de gaseosa o quieta! En conjunto una experiencia algo inquietante y ni recomendaríamos ni volveríamos

Carluccio's in general are on a destructive path. Although service remains excellent in almost all branches, the standard of the food has deteriorated so badly that we only use Carluccio's for coffee and drinks, but not food. Several popular dishes like Pasta e Faggioli soup, were eliminate from the menu when in fact it is your best seller. replaced by mushroom soup, which is a joke. dish water with whole mushrooms floating in it. Mushrooms are never meant to be soup and if they are, you blend them into cream.Your pastas are bland, under cooked and have no flavour. In general, your chefs are not properly trained chefs and do not have the first idea about presenting a nice mealI am surprised that Carluccio's are still in businessSaad Jadir

We felt the service was given begrudgingly the food was not great we had tow veal escalopes which were overdone and very dry one of us had steak which was grissly there were hardlg any vegetables for a price of £260 this was very overpriced and not anywhere near value for money

Lovely Meal with friends. Fell across this restaurant while out in London and so pleased we did. Staff were very friendly and welcoming and dispute not booking and then being very busy found us a table! Staff were great offering advice and recommendations on dishes, and food was lovely! Frito Misto sharing platter was amazing and the Porcini Tagliatelle was as good as the waitress had said! Definitely worth a visit and I will definitely be back!

Every plate we ordered was superb, especially the pasta dishes. The crown has to go to the bucatini with cream and pecorino, so good. Great setting and service too.

Habíamos reservado para uno de nosotros para tomar el té de la tarde y ella estaba encantada con él. El otro tenía lubina y el plato estaba bien decorado con un montón de verduras, un buen trozo de pescado. Comí risotto de setas y cuando llegó el plato no pensé que sería capaz de terminarlo. El risotto estuvo muy sabroso, más allá de lo esperado. El servicio fue un poco lento, pero Edward lo compensó con su maravillosa personalidad y atención a nuestras necesidades. Encontré el precio justo para cada plato que comimos. Me alegro de haber ido, no habría pensado que este podría ser un buen lugar para el almuerzo (pensando que era más una pastelería). ¡Volveré!

Bel ristorante fronte fiume in una zona pedonale, tavoli esterni, staff gentile ed educato Buoni gli antipasti, i secondi e i dolci, buona anche la Pizza! la pasta purtroppo insipida! Quando ho fatto presente al cameriere che era insipida e che in un ristorante italiano si suppone che non lo sia, mi ha risposto che il sale da problemi e che molto clienti non lo vogliono quindi non lo usano.. per definirsi ristorante italiano si dovrebbe cucinare la pasta salando L acqua come in Italia
