i waited one hour for just a plate of rigatoni and a pizza (that was awful), and the place was practically empty. the staff was so distracted and disorganized, the only good thing is the location

Ludimillah is charming, excellent customer service and super professional. I leave Wimbledon to go to Café Conserto just to eat the strawberry pie, which is wonderful! I loved.

Food was delicious and worth the price. Waiters asked if the food was okay which I appreciated and when it was time for dessert our friendly waitress Nasrin showed us a variety of dessert.

I am a customer of Caffe Concerto King’s Road for over 10 years, had spent great time here with friends, enjoyed good food and dessert.

Nasrin was absolutely amazing! She was attentive, friendly, and made excellent recommendations. The food was fantastic, and Nasrin’s service made the experience even better. The restaurant had a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back.

We had an exceptional dining experience with its elegant ambiance, attentive service, and delicious food. The warm, inviting atmosphere perfectly complements the friendly, and very considerate staff who ensure your meal is just right. The chef is amazing at presenting and plating the food. The drinks have been served a picture like instagram-worthy. Their exclusive offer deals made our dining budget friendly too.

Oh Dear God avoid this place at all costs. The food and service is that bad you have to serve your own drinks as the staff are that brain dead they can’t. The Food is a health and safety hazard, it’s so bad the chef can’t cook spaghetti pasta or even chips. The cost is pure robbery for what is probably the worst restaurant in the U.K. have some sense and go somewhere else.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Cafe Concerto branch on Kings Road today. I went to pick up a collection order and encountered a manager, I believe named Alger, who was incredibly rude. Despite showing our confirmation emails, Alger made us wait an unreasonably long time and then had the audacity to question whether we had already picked up the cake, citing a missing cake in their records. This was not only insulting but completely unfounded, especially considering we are frequent customers and regularly order cakes from Concerto. His behavior was utterly unprofessional and unacceptable. I am baffled at how someone like him was appointed as a manager, as he clearly lacks the necessary customer service skills. I hope his position is reviewed as even the regular wait staff were more considerate than him. I am extremely disappointed and will not be returning to this branch solely due to this negative encounter with Alger. This experience has left a sour taste and has greatly tarnished our view of Cafe Concerto.

No greetings/apologies or even effort to cater my order since it’s Unavailable the cake I ordered in uber eats (take note, it’s the manager who answered the call). so unprofessional and lack/poor communication skills towards costumers. Never again!!!

I am a Londoner and the cafe was filled with visitors to the UK. I have never been so ashamed and embarrassed in all my life at how rude the staff were. None of the staff were English but their attitude to guests put London to shame. The staff really need to learn how to be polite and treat people properly. No hello, no thank you, just grim, I’m bored faces. The owner of this cafe needs to get rid of these staff and start again or train them properly. Very unsatisfactory

Since we arrived the waiter seemed like a lot of work to serve. It only inspired us to leave instead of eat. He didn't attend to us and also after the tree outside fell on us he was rude. Fatal !

Terrible communication to us. Three people eating. Two meals arrived. We waited 25 minutes for third one,only to be told that it was unavailable! Choose something else. By which time the others had finished eating their meals. Would have been better if the kitchen had related that message earlier. One hungary person…..

We visited the King's road branch yesterday and the customer service and food was outstanding! The product was exactly what I was looking for! I was so pleased with the service I received from Algert the Manager. He went above and beyond to help me find the items I was looking for with his recommendations. We will definitely come back!!

Food was as expected from a high street chain. Drinks and food items arrived sporadically rather than together for the table, and when served was slapped on to the table by scowling servers. The biggest issue was the non-existent level of customer service. The manager (Algae?) was a rude, grumpy man. Instead of informing us politely that as they were busy they could only serve meals (rather than coffee like we asked) he just said 'food only' and moved on to the next customer. We agreed we would have some food, and were told to wait for 5 minutes (still not a smile in sight). We waited for 15 minutes, many more customers arrived and were turned away immediately. In honesty we only stayed out of stubbornness. While we were waiting we were told to move (he verbatim just said 'you need to move' and made a shooing gesture, despite the fact that we were queuing with several other customers standing in the same place). Eventually we were led to a table (with a brief instruction 'follow me') which still had empty dishes. These were cleared away and the table left dirty and unwiped for us. Lovely. We did see one member of staff who seemed to understand good customer service, I think a female manager who was spending time appeasing guests, but everyone else looked miserable. Surprise surprise when we finished eating we were immediately offered the bill with the only smile of the day. I understand it's been a long bank holiday weekend, but good manners and a welcoming attitude cost absolutely nothing. If you're still reading, I'll instead advise going to the garden centre just a few minutes walk away which has a lovely cafe.

I had booked weeks before for my birthday. When I called on the eve of my birthday the manager told me that there was no booking and in fact they had no bookings at all as they were not taking bookings as they had been busy during Chelsea Flower show. I was furious and insisted that she spoke to the general manager. She contacted the general manager and called me back and said unfortunately they are not taking any bookings. I then went on line and was able to book a table on line for my desired slot. In the morning we were all so angry with the service on the phone and we decided not to attend and in fact went to the cafe Concerto in Westfield.

Very loud and very busy. If you are alone you will be invisible for staff and especially if you ask about gluten free. I finally ordered some mussels with fries instead of bread, the fries never came and she only asked me if I wanted something to drink after she delivered the food. (Btw with a spoon, I had to ask for a fork) 😭they make a person feel extra lonely. The mussels were alright and the sauce was very good. No plate or dish to get rid of the empty mussels 🥲

Sat for 10 minutes and was not served, got up and left. Everything is overpriced, nearly £20 for a ‘Greek’ salad is a joke. Definitely avoid this place, much nicer places to sit nearby on Pavilion road

We had a fantastic experience on Sunday, luxury afternoon tea for my daughter’s 12th birthday. Great value for money, compared to other afternoon tea places and we even had some cakes to take home at the end of it. The staff were very helpful and all up I would not hesitate to do this again.

It was a bad and costly experience. The food came very cold. One of the starters came with the food as the waitress did not take the order accurately. Upon our arrival, I told the waitress it was my friend’s supersize party and if she could orange something at the time of desert. Nothing organised with the desert and no note left had been left on the system. Otherwise, the atmosphere is wonderful and vibrant.

This is a lovely spot with friendly service, great coffee, pastries, and more. The omelette, presented with a side salad and toast was one of the best I have had. I highly recommend this pastry shop. You will not be disappointed!

Lovely cafe , restaurant . Stopped in for cappuccino and slice of the one of the many amazing, beautiful and delicious cakes on offer . Staff was attentive and efficient. Lovely atmosphere and beautifully decorated... A very sweet treat indeed.

I've been here a few times. Located on the king's road not far from Sloane Square station. It's always busy in here. The staff are attentive and polite. The food is good as are the cakes. It's over priced and the prices have increased considerably over the last year or so. I always feel hurried when I visit.

a really nice caffè! there was live music and a really nice atmosphere, it wasn’t dead but wasn’t really packed either. good food, nothing too special for the price really.. but maybe that was just what i ordered! i went back here with my boyfriend a couple days ago and had breakfast which was 10/10! amazing breakfast and definitely worth what we paid for. the cakes are really good too! if you want more selection & fresher cakes then come earlier rather than later, i noticed that when i came at about 5/6pm the cakes were more stale and there was less selection but when i came at about 10/11am they were fresh & had all options!

Sandwiches were awful Scones hard to cut & dry in the middle Service was crap I have been to several other cafe concertos in London but this one is the worst The floor was also dirty I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone 😡

Central London, it's not cheap, but the place is spectacular and the sweets are delicious

Burgers were 'greasy'. Gents' toilet out of action. Could have easily had a notice on one of the two ladies' toilets that it was for gents.

Amazing service. I had the macaron cake and man was it amazing. The flavor was outstanding, it was greatly portioned. They had gluten free options for my mom. Would definitely recommend.

Asked for a flat white. They didn’t know what it was but didn’t say so initially. They make me americano (sharing the single shot of coffee with another order) and then asked if I wanted milk! I was in a rush so had to take it but explained it wasn’t a flat white.

As old work friends we were able to spend 2.5 relaxing hours enjoying good food and friendly service at a reasonable cost. Thank you.

We went in 28/1/2024 at 13.20. We got in and we face absolutely nightmare manager name Paolo Portuguese man. His shouting loudly at the staff in front of the customer and he's way so rude and body language absolutely disgusting manner. The staff so packed 😫 and stress because him. Personally I was so uncomfortable to keep going but I have fiefdom other country visiting London. Worse Cafe branch in UK 🇬🇧 Please change him immediately.

Nice little place for a small lunch. I highly recommend the soup of the day, nice big portion and a lovely pumpkin soup on this particular occasion. The pistachio cake has always been a favourite of mine, and this one here is near the top of my list, very much worth a visit.

The ladies toilets in this place are horrible, poo and toilet paper everywhere.

A truly 'over puffed up' dreadful place, with the staff (and the Italian manager in particular) simply off-handed and rude, thinking that they didn't even have to bother coming to the table, even though they weren't busy. They stood around for 20 minutes before even coming over, and only then with being called. The individuals who work there have an exaggereated idea of their own "importantce". They are waiters and waitresses, and that's all they'll ever be. I have advised everyone I know never to go there, or to any of the associaed chains. The whole place is a typical example of poncy disappointment. Avoid it like the plague.

According to google the place opens at 07:30 - so we’ve gone there a few mins earlier, asked if they were open and they simply said ‘NO’, waited for about 15 mins but no one in the cafe bothered telling us ‘please come back at this and this time because we don’t open till x time’ - which would have been the civilised thing to do. When we asked, politely, when they open they just rudely shouted back at us ‘at 8 AM and always opened at that time for years’. Well, excuse us for having wanted to be a customer at your cafe - we promise we will never come back here. Plenty of great alternatives in the area !

As other branches of the same chain it's a copy paste of menus and setting.. just a place to come out of the cold to have a non tasty hot drink to warm up.. went because the better places in the neighborhood were closed.. not memorable, recommended..

It’s the best branch I have visited from the concerto group

Awful place. Stopped for breakfast- told most of pastries weren't available (on a Friday). Ordered pain au raisin and flat white. Coffee was definitely an Americano with milk, and took a long time to arrive. Pastry arrived immediately- cold and stale. I asked them to warm it up- returned to me only slightly warm in a few places. Bathrooms not clean. Truly horrid food experience.

The ambience was very nice not too noisy not really quiet. Everyone just getting on with their meal. The waiters were pleasant but I think £16.95 for an omelette which was meant to have mature cheddar cheese ( which I absolutely could not taste at all) is quite excessive. I had a Diet Coke cheese omelette with chips and a coffee and my bill was £32.

Nice food and staff and good location easy to access

Dreadful place. I have never seen a calzone pizza like it…. Half baked dough with a few bits of vegetables . Fish and chips were lukewarm. Extremely expensive. Will avoid at all costs and suggest you do too.

La Mejor mamá del mundo se merecía algo genial . Caffe concerto es bastante exclusivo en cuanto a la personalidad del local un estilo moderno europeo. Tiene un ambiente tipo cabaret con lámparas colgantes y los muebles dan ese toque elegante. Estuvimos tomando un tradicional desayuno inglés y yo como estoy con régimen pues algo más Light ( ligero) merece la pena cada céntimo invertido. Los camareros nos hicieron tomar mesa casi las del Centro del restaurante un poco incómodo puesto que están pasando todo el rato y es un Pelín incomodo ( coger las mesas pegadas a la pared). Experiencia de diez. No es un sitio que repetiría pero como experiencia merece la pena.

The food and service were great. The reason I’m giving 3 for the food was because of the drink I ordered. The name sounded nice but the taste wasn’t - like it was a shaved ice with a drop of fresh milk and that was it.

Very expensive for mediocre food

This is my third visit at Caffe Concerto. It has always been for breakfast and both the quality of food and the care shown by the staff has been nothing short of great. Maybe I should visit for lunch or else but for now this a great place and I will sure come back. Oh, and coffee is really, really good!

Another lovely lunch here in the Kngs Rd. We are regular customers here and are always made to feel welcome by the friendly staff, especially the manager whom we know as “Bertie”! This branch has a very “local” feel with lots of regulars who we have also got to know. I only there were more places like this!

I've previously had a nice experience at the cafe; so I decided to order some slices of cake to my house. Unfortunately, one of my guests bit into the cake and this hair was inside and they pulled it out like spagetti. I was so embarassed and am horrified. I sadly will not be ordering from here again.

Great place, it’s kinda of a tourist destination But the Teas are amazing And the scones, some of the best I had in London, so definitely try the scones I was pleasantly surprised by the place A bit pricey though

Great Service and Food was excellent

The food was ok. The grilled chicken with mushroom risotto, the chicken was dry and overcooked. The red velvet cake for dessert was stale. It was very expensive for what it was.
