Spaguetti House in City of London, Westminster

Une cuisine excellente les lasagnes étaient succulentes un peu surpris par les « cover charges » et le prix mais ça reste une bonne adresse

80 pounds for a pizza, a green salad, two bottles of (33 cl) beer and a coke? come on! The restaurant claims to be "Italian". In Italy restaurants serve bread and water when guests sit down. I had to ask if I could get some bread with my salad. Cost me an extra 7 pounds... No water offered, unless you ask (and pay) for it.

In my opinion it’s too expensive and pastas are far away from anything that you could call Italian food!!!! Food quality is too bad ! 😡

Quite expensive for what you got. The drinks are extortionate. Service good but I prefer to choose how and when to tip, not have it added to my bill with a waiter hovering. Will not return again. Once was quite enough.

Good location, we got a table fast on the outside. We shared one carbonara and one spaghetti w tomato sauce, both dishes were excellent and large! Very nice waiter that gave us as much Parmesan as we wanted 😊

We were drawn in here because it looks so nice and cosy from the outside and appeared busy which is usually a good sign. Waitress took us to a downstairs table straight away but we found it very cold and cellar like down there. No windows to people watch the streets of London. Agree with others, food mediocre and soft drinks way over priced. We asked for vinegar for our chips and waitress brought over balsamic vinegar? When waiter brought over the bill, he stood beside me waiting on payment. I witnessed him earlier do this at another table. This is uncomfortable, usually patrons are left for a few mins to peruse the bill. Shocked to see they add 13.5% service charge. I know this is discretionary, however, highest charge in any London restaurant we visited and service was not fitting of this although I did pay as his closeness felt slightly intimidating. We wouldn't return.

Sadly the food here was mediocre at best and didn't represent good value. Soft drinks were really overpriced, even for London.

Delicious home made Italian food. We were looked after well, although weren't given the specials or wine menu! Service was relatively quick, which was good because we were on a schedule. Highly recommend eating here for the delicious food and choice of pizza and pasta. I will come again with family the next time we're in London.

Worst restaurant experience ever. We (2 persons) order one tiny appetizer and two pizzas at 17:05. The appetizer arrives at 17:05, so far so good. At 18:00, we were still waiting for the two pizzas. No apologies, nothing. They even made us pay the little we’d consumed. An absolute disgrace, from start to finish. Never go there, ever.

Visited here with the family and have to agree with the other comments- the food was lovely but the service was bad. We had to wait for drink and food orders and then wait for it to arrive too. We didn’t receive all the drinks so had to ask again, we waited and waited for them to bring the Parmesan cheese for the pasta dishes so they were cold ish when we could eat them- the waitress was even scolding the waiter to go and get it (unprofessional). No one checked in with us at all then £14 auto service charge for rude staff- not impressed.

Great food Unfortunately poor service Although several tables around us received their orders we were kept waiting and you could sense they knew our order had been taken Received an apology after 40 minutes food arrived 15 minutes later , had we not been going to a show would have left and gone somewhere else , and still o other apology when paying bill . Will never be back again

Nous avons découvert ce restaurant par hasard. La carte est petite mais les plats sont excellents. Adresse à garder. Le lieu paraît petit mais au sous sol il y a encore beaucoup de place. Plein de petits coins. Personnel sympathique. Excellent café italien

En Londres se come muy muy mal y conseguir este local familiar y muy céntrico donde comer una pizza aceptable y una pasta aceptable también no está mal….

The food was absolutely out of this world. My family and myself had been craving some good Italian food and my did this place blow our minds. The service was lovely and friendly, we ordered starters and mains and this was beyond quick!! I would definitely recommend this for anyone!!

ordered spaghetti Bolognese and spaghetti pomodoro. Delicious. Fresh pasta and the sauces just right. Served in good time and by a smiling, cheerful waitress. Just round the corner from the Palladium.

Visited this establishment on Sunday 11th February and must say my daughter and myself had a very pleasent meal which was enhanced with the excellant service and a very friendly attentive member of staff whose name I believe was Kiki. We shall definately return on our next visit to London

Appalling service! Incredibly rude staff and disgusting service. Would absolutely not recommend and genuinely think staff need to be re-managed / taught in customer service.

I loved it here! The food was delicious, we shared the garlic pizza bread to start and i had the carbonara for my main. Both were amazing - really can’t wait to come back! Staff were really nice and friendly. Lovely experience!

This place was a Gem! We truly loved our meals, and the pizza was by far one of the best since we had travelled to Italie. Veronika, was amazing to deal with and really recommend great meal option. Definitely recommend this place.
