Wow, I was impressed with the food. We had the tasting menu and recommend it. It was the right amount of food. Shout out to Pedro for great service.

Thanks to Pedro for the service, very welcoming and friendly. The tapas are very good; try the large Iberico ham platter; it's so good that the small one won't be enough! The bar is very nice and large, and can accommodate groups. But the first floor is very noisy; go downstairs if you prefer quieter surroundings.

In overall a superb evening at Ember Yard. Great food and cocktails and a full view of the kitchen watching chef Santos preparing our dishes. oh, and thank you Pedro for the service you provided…and recommendations.

We sat at the bar for some dinner. The cocktails we had to start were a great beginning of the meal. All the dishes were very well present by chef Santos who had the time to describe us some of the dishes. Service by Pedro was top too.

I recently hosted a large group at Ember Yard, and I can’t recommend it enough! The booking process was seamless—quick, professional, and with prompt responses. The staff provided all the helpful information I needed, and everything was clear from the start. Upon arrival, we were seated in the Josper Room, a wonderfully cozy and private space in the basement. The room comfortably accommodated all 15 of us at a beautifully set table, which was the perfect setting for a great evening. The tapas were a true highlight—every dish was a delight! The flavors were amazing, and each bite was better than the last. The only minor feedback I’d have is that the chicken and potatoes were a little on the dry side, but that’s a very small note compared to the overall excellence of the meal. The rest of the food was outstanding—abundant, flavorful, and definitely a treat. The wine selection was also top-notch and paired perfectly with the dishes, enhancing the whole dining experience. All in all, Ember Yard delivered an incredible experience, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for delicious tapas and great ambiance!

I was there yesterday and the dinner was awesome. The food was delicious specially the Ibérico Presa. Angie was in charge of our table and she did an amazing job.

In short, it's a great little spot! Arrived around 9:30pm on Saturday and Pedro did a great job welcoming us, providing recommendations and of course answering any and all questions on food. Bonus, since we're foodies and love supporting local, he gave us some great suggestions we'll be trying during our stay.... by the way, cheesecake is delicious. Light, not sweet and fine sprinkle of manchego cheese finished it....

This is truly terrible food, perhaps the worst I’ve had in London at this price. Overly salted, uninspiring dishes. It’s expensive (which reflects the high rents in Soho) too. If you’re going to go (which is a bad idea), stick to cocktails because the wine is poor. The service was OK - slightly morose, but I’d be upset too if I worked somewhere churning out such catastrophically bad food. It’s fascinating that this place can stay in business when standards elsewhere are so high. I’m perplexed at its rating. Avoid.

Everything was great, such delicious food and drinks. And best of all, our waitress Maddie. She was super helpful and very attentive. Excited to be back!

Regular visitor to Ember Yard and stopped in at 4pm. Ordered 3 courses and a bottle of wine and was presented the bill for £103.50 at 4:41pm. The croquettes were delivered to our table less than a minute after being ordered. Cold in the middle. The charcuterie followed within another couple of minutes complete with a single cracker with sugar on it. Far cry from what used to accompany the charcuterie and frankly off putting. Lamb skewers showed up next cold in the middle. We were one of two tables inside so not sure why they tried to rush us out the door. No pacing, cold food, and all the atmosphere of a dental clinic. 41 minute stay for over 100 pounds. Not cool.

What a beautiful sunday roast! The meats were all so different and delicious, the potatoes were crispy, the veg was fresh and the gravy was so flavorful! So worth the money! Would recommend to anyone :) thank you Julia for the wonderful service!

I had an awesome time at this restaurant. The food was incredible! I started with the Iberico Presa, which was super tender, definitely one of the best things I’ve had in a while. Then I tried the Lasagna with Sauce and the burrata which were super delicious. the service was really good. Angie took care of us, and she was fantastic! She was super friendly, made great recommendations, and really made the whole experience feel special.

The incredible experience, the treatment of the cooks and the camera Angie unbeatable. We are Spanish and we confirm that the food has been spectacular, everything was delicious. We recommend the prey, the lasagna... everything in general!!! We will return for sure!

The food was fantastic. Great presentation. Very individual plates with lots of different tastes. Great for sharing among the family. The prawns, sea bream, chorizo, hispi cabbage were all excellent. Josh was our waiter and he was great - really friendly and very calmly dealing with all our choices! Thank you for a great evening!
