Had a delicious food in the evening at Jamie’s Italian London BridgeIt was amazing place and atmosphere so nice staffs are very nice London always busy in the evening time I waited for table about 15 minutes until wait I take a drink cocktail with Prosecco and my dinner is spaghetti it was so amazingI’ll definitely recommend this place Thank you..Sj

Al ordenar le pregunté si podía comer la carbonara sin la carne, y si el parmesano era vegetariano.Verificó dos veces con el chef que le informó que contenía rastros de carne, así que cuando regresó me dijo que me iba a preguntar si podían hacerme una salsa desde cero.El camarero que trajo mi comida también fue muy agradable y atento.Toda la experiencia me hizo sentir muy valorado como cliente.

Ich glaube absolut dass Jamie großartiges Essen macht und seine Lokale ein hohes Niveau bieten. Hier waren wir aber doch etwas enttäuscht. Unser Tisch war klein aber herzig und die Bedienung recht nett aber man wartet doch sehr lange und das Essen hat uns leider nicht überzeugt. Vielleicht einen schlechten Tag erwischt. So leider nur ok+.

有名シェフのほぼチェーン店化している店の一つです。店のホームページから簡単に予約できます。有名シェフの店だということもあり、平日ながらかなり人が待っていたので予約していったほうがスムーズに入れます。店は広く、明るく、カジュアル。子供連れのファミリーもちらほら。料理は二人でパスタ、リゾット、ステーキを注文しましたが量も十分、何といっても盛り付け方がTV番組で見ているジェイミーの一皿のような仕上がりになっています。期待していなかった味ですが以外に美味しくいただきました。ウエイターがハイテンションながら愛想がよく、それも印象良かったです。お値段もそんなに高くなく気軽に行けます。

Wie schon auch beim anderen Jamie’s Italien hat dieses ebenfalls geschlossen was für eine Enttäuschung... gleich zweimal an einem Tag obwohl ich ein sehr großer Fan bin... ich hab mich extra auf dem Weg gemacht!!

A seulement quelques pas de picadily circus, on peut prendre peur et se dire que c'est le piège à touristes ! Et bien non. L'accueil est charmant tout comme le service. Le restaurant est assez grand et comporte de nombreuses salles. La carte, essentiellement italienne, donne envie de tout goûter. Même si vous choisissez des pâtes carbonara, celles-ci sont très bonnes et rien à voir avec celles que vous pouvez faire chez vous. Les raviolis aux artichauts sont super bons. Les desserts également sont bons. Le cheesecake qui pourrait faire peur car plutôt lourd, est ici léger et goûteux. Et tout ça pour un prix plus que correct pour l'hypercentre de Londres et la qualité des ingrédients. Réservez sans même vous poser la question

A family weekend in London for dinner. Excellent quality of food and drink as always with this brand. Nice location, and friendly and helpful service. Would definitely revisit if the occasion aros.

Prior to the musical visit we had birthday lunch here and thry offered one glas of Prosecco which was included. Nice food, healthy and well prepared.

We love this Jamie’s Italian just a few steps away from Piccadilly Circus in the corner of the Soho Main Street . This restaurant has 3 levels and the Roof Top Garden Bar ! It’s designed to promote Apperol and it feels like you are In Italy ( we actually have been in the Apperol Garden Bar in Milano ) Great atmosphere very cozy with cushions and blankets and parasols for the London weather. Good vibes on the Roof very instagram popular because of the great views of the London’s Soho buildings and funky Italian deco . The menu is Jamie’s Italian like everywhere but it has specials of the day only for this place which are worth trying . We love Italian food and Jamie’s British twist on it is phenomenal so we Do recommend it highly . There is good organic meat and chicken and fish options, best handmade pasta , good vegetarian selection , antipasto and homemade bread and also some yammy deserts , childrens are never forgotten in Jamie’s restaurants , there is always a good healthy menu for the little ones too ! Our favourites for Dinner after the Apperol are various antipasti with glass of good Italian red wine . Prices are like every other Jamie’s ££ very good value for the gourmet organic food you getting and the portions are very generous compared to the other Italian restaurants around ! Service is professional and friendly but keep in mind is historic building and food gets slower to the Roof Garden then downstairs . No bookings need if you are 2-4 people for 6-10 people is recommend. No dress code and everyone is welcome also can be for every occasion ( just speak in advance with the management on duty for any occasions and parties in advance and they’ll surprise you nicely ) No parking is Piccadilly Circus after all and walking is recommend.Go enjoy have fun and make happy memories ❤️

I have always been a fan of Jamie but he does need to know that there is one dish that defines an Italian restaurant and that is Spaghetti alla Carbonara. The one I had the other night was very far from authentic and really amateurish.

We had the early evening 3 course for £20 deal which we booked in advance. Suited us as we had a 7.30 show. Choice was good and the food was tasty too, one of us had a problem with their steak and they changed it with no fuss.

No reason to Waiste a lunch or dinner in this restaurant. We ate in Jamie's restaurant in Budapest which was a great but here the food was really not tasty. If you want an Italian Restaurant you want to go to "In Parma By Food Roots". This is a very good recommendation.

Nära Piccadilly ligger denna restaurang som har lite murrig inredning,mer engelsk stil än italiensk. Servicen var snabb och klanderfri trots lördag kväll och ganska välbesökt. Maten var god från en ganska smal meny men inte så stora portioner så kom inte utsvulten eller ta en förrätt.

Venus juste pour le dessert...La personne à l'accueil nous indique qu'il est possible de consommer uniquement le dessert...Très bien !Elle nous indique par contre que nous ne pouvons installer soit au bar soit sur une des petites tables de côté... Ok...Nous nous installons, elle nous donne la carte des desserts et nous attendons, attendons, attendons...Beaucoup de serveurs passent, ça discuté beau ouo, nous sommes juste à côté du bar où la serveuse à l'air de s'ennuyer...Bref, après 15mn d'attente, nous arrivons enfin à heler la serveuse qui nous a installé et lui demandons pour commander..Ah, il faut le faire au bar...Ah bah on ne nous l'avait pas dit..Je commande au bar, je paie en liquide, ce qui a l'air de passablement gonfler la barmaid... Et nous sommes enfin servisUn tiramisu bon mais rien d'extraordinaire, Comme je les fais à la maison...Et un cheesecake très sucré...Pour 13£, on ne reviendra pas !!!!

As we were in London for Easter we rang earlier in the day for a booking. We weren't sure of it would be very full given it is in a well trafficked tourist location. We ended up getting to the locality earlier than we intended and it was really helpful of the staff to accommodate us an hour and a half earlier than we had booked. Even thought the place was moderately busy they did not have to do that. On how busy it was, well there was a good atmosphere with most of the front of the restaurant full. We were seated own booths which with a 6 and 9 year old, I always fond is the nicest way to sit with them. The only negative thing about the booth was it was located at the entrance to the kitchen. Not that it was noisy or disruptive, more that being at a point where the staff are passing non-stop I always feel like they should be over to the table quicker or the expectation that each time the door opens our food will appear. That said the staff were very quick to take come over and discuss the specials, take drink orders and then come back to take our full order. It is always nice as well when the serving staff understand the pinch points dining with and entertaining young kids. I was the only one to order a starter and he was clued in enough to ask if I we wanted the kids meals at the same time as the starter or to just bring out all together. I went for the seafood linguine. It had a good kick of chilly and was full of fresh and flavoursome squid, prawns, mussels & octopus. Fro me thought it was the burrata which had me longing more. It was delicate, creamy and so good. My wife went for the 'Chicken Al Mattone' which was grilled chicken breast with red pesto and zingy lemon sauce. It was very tasty - I know this because when she popped to the toilet with one of the kids I made sure to sample (for Tripadvisor of course). The kids menu I have to say has a lovely level of though and production although I couldn't see the connection with Jamie Oliver and a farmers scarecrow. This didn't matter much to the kids though as they loved the pull out and assemble characters, as well as the brief Italian lesson, on which I was quizzed and came up very short! Both opted for the meatballs and as before I made sure to have a taste for the purposes of this review. I easily would have an adult version of that dish as well. Both myself and the wife indulged our holiday spirit and had two glasses of wine and Prosecco respectively. I was surprised that her Prosecco was half the price of my pinot Grigio but all in all no complaints. The full bill came to around £90 but it was really well cooked, flavoursome food so worth it overall.

El lugar agradable y céntrico y la comida muy buena. Pedí carne y estaba muy jugosa y sabrosa, se notaba que era de calidad. El servicio muy atento y rápido.

I really love Jamie's tv shows! I must say this... but Italian food is not a strong point of his cuisine. We had pizza, that was good, and a disaster lasagna. Seemed pre-heat, too much taste of tomato, plus a bad overall texture. Please Jamie don't insist on Italian food... anyway, you are still a great super star!

Sammen med min gode ven besluttede vi en lille afslappet frokost hos Jamie Italian. Vi fik en god oplevelse med et par gode veltilberedte retter, en god og opmærksom servering og gode råd med hensyn til øl og vin. En rigtig god oplevelse.

Het pandje zit op een leuke locatie vlakbij de grote winkelstraten Oxford Street en Regent Street. Tip: als je een voorkeur bij reservering aan kunt geven en van wat meer rust houdt, vraag dan of je in de aparte ruimte richting de toiletten mag zitten; sfeervol verlicht en geen harde muziek.

Gewoon perfecte keuken als je van italiaans eten houdt. Goede bediening en prima sfeertje. Het is niet duur en de kwaliteit is prima.

2ème venue chez Jamie's Italien et toujours aussi bien. C'était le 1er jour du serveur, il était au petit soin avec l'aide de sa collègue aussi sympathique. Nourriture très bonne pour un prix raisonnable. A faire quand on est à Londres.

Had a very nice evening meal at Jamie's on Friday it was very nice. I had the Chicken with rocket etc, had spicy meatball starter as well, It was excellent. Service was friendly. Will certainly return again at some point.

Estuvimos comiendo 6 personas. COCINA: Pedimos varios platos: tagliatelle carbonara, lasaña de verduras, tortellini de ternera estofada, milanesa de cerdo. Estaba todo bastante bueno sobre todo las pastas. De postre tiramisú y bola de chocolate con helado dentro y cafes de tamaño gigante. Velocidad de cocina buena. Tamaño de los platos suficiente. LOCAL: Agradable local de madera, en su mayoría. SERVICIO. El aspecto más mejorable del restaurante. PRECIO: Adecuado.

We tried the lasagne and the carbonara. It was quickly delivered and good, but nothing special really.

Haben mit der Familie zu Abend gegessen. Ohne Reservierung haben wir unser Glück probiert. Nach einer halben Stunde im Wartebereich an der Theke würden wir in den ersten Stock geführt. Die Pasta war super lecker. Lasagne war mal ein anderer Geschmack aber lecker. Portion war ausreichend aber nicht üppig. Im Nachhinein hätte man sich noch Vorspeisen bestellen können.

I tend to eat early so was there about 5pm. It was almost empty with a few people having coffee or a drink. So I was seated immediately and the food arrived as quickly as the wine! I always have tagliatelle Bolognese and the chocolate brownies from the early special menu..up to 7pm and very reasonably priced at £12.95.

Being a fan of Jamie Olivers tv show in Canada I was expecting a really good meal. My husband reserved ahead of time to get a table at the time that was suitable for us.

Very friendly service. Not reserved, but just a 15 minute wait. Excellent food, however things are not prepared with olive oil but just vegetable oil including rapeseed oil. Not the true Italian recipes Jamie is always referring to. Why do we know or care? Allergic for rapeseed oil!

Restaurant surely doesn’t stands to expectations you have from the brand however it is quite affordable for London standards. Service is excellent, very friendly and polite, and the overall atmosphere is warm and welcoming.

Bon rapport qualité prix ; les goûts sont là. Super serveur ; compréhensif malgré notre anglais moyen; attentionné et donnant des conseils . Le dessert « the ambassador » est une bombe calorique mais c’est tellement bon ! . Le vin rouge IGP DES POUILLES : velouté et du caractère parfait avec l’agneau . Et bravo pour l’antipasti ( le plateau pour 2) et merci au serveur qui nous a gentiment ramené de la foccacia pour manger notre plat, car comme tout bon français , manger sans pain ... bref c’est bon , c’est savoureux et gourmand ! Allez y ! Nb : regardez au fond des toilettes , il y a le logo jamies oliver dedans !! Lol

After a busy day in London with the children I was excited to find Jamies's Italian just near Picadilly Circus. Kids menu which comes with a jar of cucumber and carrots and a glass of milk! We had the carpaccio, Green salad which is a hunk of iceberg lettuce with a delicious dressing and Carbonara sauce with pasta. Hubby had the Lasagne. Wine to match and great service. Fresh ingredients and great flavours! Spotless toilets too!!

The chap on the desk at the front said to go to the bar and there would be a table ready in around 5 minutes. Just as well as 10 minutes later and despite no one else at the bar we eventually got our drinks, the barman had a chat with a women employee for a while, then did a bit of tidying, another chat and then we got our drinks!! 15 minutes later and despite several tables clearly empty and 2 other couples who asked for a table and were seated prior with no reservation, we finally asked if we were getting a table. We were then ushered to the seats that had been empty since we arrived. There was lots of staff but they were either too busy texting on their phones or larking about! Only one girl, a blond bubbly waitress was rushing about, although she did manage to give the barman a headlock cuddle prior to him leaving for a while. The food came and was good, as was the Red wine. We wouldn’t go back here, simply due to the staff. There are some fab places to eat in London, where the staff don’t mess about on there phones and chatting to other members of staff like the customers are a inconvenience!

A bit disappointed, the nibbels and food was below what we expected. The service was good .Will not go there again.

We went as a walk in and the staff very friendly enough... even though we had a table number ... we had to pay for the drinks separately. then one of our party (4 of us) had recently had an operation on his foot they took us two flights up. we tried to use the lift and told it wasn't working!! they didn't seem bothered as it happens all the time. However , the food was good and quick.

We really wanted to try this place since Jamie Oliver put his name on this franchise. Service personel didnt know that they had organic red wine on the list..We had raviolis for starters and the pasta dough wasnt firm. Ok taste, but not the right feel(they had gratinated it a bit and that unfortunatly added to the sandy feeling)

I came without booking on a friday night. Warm welcome from the desk waitress. I had to wait 15mn for a table, no problem: a chance to taste a nice Sicilian Lemon G&T; at the bar. Then I got a table at the back, cosy. Enjoyed my Truffle ravioli and loved it! Then a tiramisu, on the waiter's advice.

As this is one of Jamie Oliver’s restaurants, I went in with high expectations. My meal was decent, but for the name I expected to be impressed. I had the tomato bruschetta (it’s only one piece) and the carbonara (pasta was cooked well, but had a lot of very fatty pieces of pancetta and lacking flavour)...both were decent, but I’ve often had better for less money. My server was very sweet and the atmosphere was nice, but I will not return.

We had been to a Saturday matinee show in the West End and decided to pop in to Jamie's Italian to see if we could get a table, They were fairly busy but said yes, no problem, if we didn't mind waiting for about fifteen minutes. We stood at the bar and ordered two glasses of wine, no stools but it was busy and we were unreserved, so no problem. You are given a buzzer which goes off when the table is available and true to their word, off it went in about fifteen minutes. We were shown to an upstairs table and our order was taken within minutes. We just opted for main course only, 'Straight Up Lasagne' by two. Nice and simple. I have to say it was one of the nicest Lasagnes I have ever had, gorgeous with a few fries on the side. Due to a mix up, another glass of wine arrived (we had ordered another one and already received it) and when we informed the server that we had already got it, she kindly said you may as well keep this one so, which we did , at no extra charge. The staff were friendly and accommodating, the food and wine lovely. We hope to return.

Petit restaurant sympa situé à picadilly. Cadre moderne et sympa. Les plats sont servir copieusement et soignés. Plats italien. Pâtes fraiches maison, faites devant nous. Large choix de plats "maison" sur la carte. Tarif abordable. Personnel accueillant et sympa.

Un petit diner en amoureux au restaurant de Jamie Oliver, la carte propose de bons classiques italiens, parfois un peu revisités.

Fomos jantar no Jamie's Italian perto da estação Picadilly Circus e foi tudo muito bom. O restaurante tem um bar onde esperamos enquanto preparavam nossa mesa. Staff muito bom, fomos super bem atendidos. A cozinha é mais pra uma "Itália sul" que norte, os pratos são de tamanho satisfatório, mas nao abundante. Não tem pão e também não oferecem parmesão. O preço estava condizente com o atendimento e a comida, nem muito caro nem super barato. Gostamos bastante.

I’ll definitely recommend this place. Got the seafood pasta, homemade lemonade and a great cocktail. Everything was served in a great time no long waiting!!

Très bon restaurant Italien, à un prix abordable.

Very lovely looking restaurant in the heart of Picadilly Circus. However the meal that my husband and I had was completely awful, so bad that I was forced to write to Head Office. I got a lovely letter back with an offer of a free meal, which we will not be using!

Кто не хотел бы посетить ресторан знаменитого повара с экрана, вот и мы не упустили возможности. Столик забронировали заранее на сайте, также зарегистрировав членство в клубе можно получить скидку 10 фунтов на первый заказ, чем мы также воспользовались. Проблемы начались сразу на входе – система бронирования не работала и был бардак, но нас усадили в дальнем зале, где был довольно шумный банкет, причем уже в стадии завершения, когда всё съедено, но далеко не выпито. Обслуживал нас усталый молодой официант, он старался во всю, но успеть ему было тяжело. В итоге мы остались без десерта, так как тупо не дождались меню.

If you are around the Covent Garden area this is a great please to have a nice lunch. You would think it is a an expensive place but for London it is really not. Expect to pay 25 ponds per person. Will definitely go back.

El personal realmente cálido y amable, hizo todo lo posible para que nos sintiéramos bienvenidos las dos veces que visitamos (la visita fuera de las horas punta fue comprensiblemente mucho más agradable). Probamos varios platos, el agnolotti de hongos fue definitivamente el mejor. El tamaño de la porción es regular en comparación con otros restaurantes italianos que sirven pasta rellena hecha a mano, así que si tienes mucha hambre, asegúrate de complementarla con un poco de pan de ajo o ensalada.

Voor het eerst gegeten bij Jamie italian, wel gereserveerd gelukkig ,erg druk, bediening was vriendelijk eten was lekker en de prijzen zijn vriendelijk, de dag dat wij er waren was het eten voor kinderen gratis ,we gaan zeker nog eens

We attended Jamies Italian as a larger group as the whole family attended. The restaurant is easy to locate and in a great location in London. We all had a mixture of different foods and we were all really happy with the dishes we were served. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful.

We chose jamies italian Victoria London to start off our special event. Sadly it was a very very disappointing experience.

Volle bak vanavond, alle drie de etages helemaal vol. Druk, veel herrie, bediening rennen met volle dienbladen en dus loopt het niet vlekkeloos. De verschillende gerechten kwamen niet tegelijk, delen van het eten waren afgekoeld, het smaakte wel erg lekker dus dubbel gevoel.

Jamie‘s Italien können wir jedem der London besucht empfehlen. Die Lage ist Top, in der Nähe vom Piccadilly Circus gelegen. Essen war super lecker in lockerer Atmosphäre.

Wir haben Tage vorher einen Tisch reserviert und gebeten einen schönen Platz am Fenster zu bekommen. Naja wir wurden mitten ins getümmel platziert und als wir nach einem anderen Platz fragten gab es ein schuppiges No!

We were able to get a table at peak lunch time as walk in diners, which surprised us, as we were a party of eight. We were also surprised by the range of the menu. All the food was well cooked and served quite quickly. No complaints and yes, I would visit again.

Really bad service had to ask for kid’s menu with Two kids at the table .. One dish cold ! J Burger overcooked Beef Better at Mac Donalds

We were 3 friends. One of us wants to jamie’s steak. It was really small and no side at all. The other one order to 12-hours braised beef tortellini which is small couple of piece. Price is too much for this plate. 2 star is only for friendly staff. Never we will come back again.

Nos encanta el programa de Jamie Oliver, su personalidad y su forma de cocinar tan natural y sencilla. Este era el estilo que esperábamos encontrar en su local, pero nada tan lejos de la realidad.

Was not sure what to expect from this restaurant. Fight through the London evening traffic. Then you get a wonderfully cooked pork tomahawk chop. Lovely celeriac mash and flavours. Nice cheesecake. Service was good too.

Probably 3 stars a truer verdict for the food but a deserved extra star for the service.

Splendid, very friendly service. Quick and efficient, even though the place was very busy. We had a group reservation and the service managed to serve everything in a short time. I had carbonara. Very good pasta, very hard to find bacon - a bit disappointing. Veggie bolognese - nothing to kill for. Small portions. I expected a bit more from the chef.

There are a number of restaurants close to the theatre, we chose this one, not disappointed the staff were very friendly and attentive, had to ask for the lunch time menu they seemed reluctant to give it to you with the main menu on sitting down, noticed other tables had the same problem, the food was delivered quick and hot even though it was busy, no complains about the food all very tasty and yes we would return.

I ordered ham and oozy croquettes that were nice but cold and only 4 of them for £5, 1x 12 hour braised beef tortellini prices at a whopping £15 and you guessed it only 5 peices. I enjoyed the food but quantity very small compared to price. Not sure if it’s because of deal but I’m disappointed and left hungry. Didn’t realise you get 50% off and get 50% less food

Wir hatten Gutscheine fuer dieses Restaurant Näher Piccadilly Circus ueber Secret Escapes. Man bekam eine Karte fuer ein 3- Gaenge Menü mit jeweils 4-5 Gerichten. Diese sind typisch italienisch. Die crispy squirt waren sehr lecker. Der Rest egal ob chicken oder Pasta nichts besonderes.Die Tische und Plaetze bieten ausreichend Platz. Der Service ist gut.

I have been to various Jamie's restaurants and honestly it has always been a pleasure. This was my first time at this restaurant near Picadilly Circus and it was the least exciting. The crispy squid which I always loved has almost no mayonnaise at all, the special that I had - slow cooked beef brisket - was very nice. The place looks and feels a lot like a pub...dark and perhaps not the right ambiance for Italian food.

Litt små brent mat. Treg servering. Høy pris. Finnes bedre italiensk i London.

I think Jamie needs to revisit his vegetarian options as I’m finding it difficult to have a good meal. I had the special here which was a version of parmigiana. The sauce was pleasant enough but the aubergine had a horrible burnt taste. The skin of the aubergine was impossible to eat so I was left with a pile of slop. The garlic bread and sour bread were very tasty as were the accompaniments. My OH said his burger was good. My latte was cold. Also it is irritating to have to ask for another silly sachet of sugar. It always feels begrudging when restaurants use these.

This review would be a five except for the slow service. We went for a late afternoon snack of three starters. They were all superb. The baked mushrooms were our favorite the best we have ever tasted.

I went to see the famous play "The Mousetrap" and had a delicious lunch at Jamie's Italian nearby.

Firstly the lady at the reception was very kind and with her smile gave us all the information we need about the menu . The service was excellent and the food unique Definitely you must be there

Excellent restaurant italien, à vraiment 2 pas de Picadilly Circus. Même les enfants ont droit à leur menu qui change des nuggets/frites, avec notamment des lolly pops de poulet très sympa. Le seul reproche peut être fait sur la quantité servie, mais c'était trop bon quand même !

We visited as a pre-booked table for 3 on the 1st December for an early dinner following matinee theatre show on a Saturday. Our table was upstairs and was okay, the food was really - just okay - but not at all memorable, which is not what I had hoped for from one of Jamie's restaurants. Staff were good. We had to go further upstairs to go to the loo..... there was ONE toilet for the ladies so we queued behind other people waiting to go - right next to tables of families eating their meals. Really? that was soooo poor. I would have been really cross if I was eating my meal with a line of people waiting to go to the toilet right next to me. I think Jamies should renovate that top floor to include more toilets and move tables to a discreet distance from them. I was really surprised and disappointed. Jamie - send a friend to eat in your restaurants, incognito - see what it's like for the public.

Étant conquis par l’ancien restaurant de Covent Garden nous voulions tester celui-ci.

Venturing in a second time I expected to be similarly satisfied as my first visit but having a companion fond of food left us both quite content and with full tummies. Service was prompt and the food tasty with a special nod to the burratta starter. If you love cheese order this! Will be back again!

A 2 pas de Picadilly, nous avions déja apprécié Jamie's Liverpool. On retrouve la qualité de produits frais et les prix sont corrects...pas donnés mais corrects.

We were excited to try another of Jamie's restaurants following our good experience of the one in Cardiff. This one however was the worst ever, and the previous reviews confirm that we were not the only ones with this experience. On entering, the hostess asked us how she could help us. A strange question when entering a restaurant in the early evening. After we requested a table, she shared a joke with the male host and then proceeded to seat us, a group of young women, at the very back on the restaurant in a dark space next to a group of middle-aged men. This was despite several openings in the front of the restaurant overlooking the street. Once seated, we waited for 5 minutes for the waiter to request alternative seating and when he finally arrived we also discovered that the vegetarian menu states in fine print that vegetarian foods are prepared with the meat foods and not separately. We then decided to leave the restaurant, following the very poor reception from the hostess and the apathy with which the waiter attended to us. Jamie clearly is not concerned about his brand and reputation. One would expect staff at this type of a restaurant to be trained, respectful and professional in their engagement. A shocking experience and a place I would not recommend for many reasons. If you wanting good food, try Tibits around the corner instead.

We went to Jamie's Italian last night because we have always thought he cooked authentic Italian food. Our expectations were met with his plates of pasta and meat board. All very simple but flavorful, like my nonna cooked it!

Excellent restaurant italien. Nous vous recommandons les linguines à la truffe les boulettes de porc aux champignons sans oublier le pain à l’ail. Grand moment nous y sommes allés deux fois dans la semaine.

We visited the restaurant expecting to eat delicious Italian food. Unfortunately, we were disappointed. Our chicken Cesar salad was underdressed, the garlic bread was fine as we're the ravioli gritting. And then came our main courses: Out of the seven who had a main course, only two enjoyed their food. The rest thought it was tasteless, or awful for one, one commented that the meatballs tasted as if they came out of a can and that the tomato sauce was ready made. The portions were relatively small and the prices quite high for what was served. I would not recommend it given there are so many alternatives for Italian food in London. Our waitress, an Italian girl, was fantastic at her job, very outgoing and smiley and deserves the recognition.

We visited this Jamies yesterday for lunch and were very disappointed. We had to send one dish back as it was cold. Both dishes had little flavour and very few pieces of meat - mostly a thin Ragu sauce. Two pasta dishes and two cans of Cloudy Lemonade and not much change for £40 is outrageous! I think Jamie needs to spend some more time in his restaurants to be sure what his customers are actually being served. On the basis of what we had, we will not return!
