great place, always jolly and friendly and welcoming, great pizza and everything else I've had there has been good for the years I've been going.

This restaurant is fantastic the quality of the food and the great menu makes it special . Lovely setting and great people .

The location is in the alley diagonally opposite Harrods, and the blue door is easier to find. There are many photos of famous celebrities hanging on the walls of the store. The food was served within 5 minutes of ordering. I was surprised by the speed. Maybe the pasta was cooked in advance and mixed with the sauce after ordering. I had high expectations for the lobster pasta, but the actual taste was not particularly amazing. The service was pretty good.

i went there today with 7 other friends to eat a PASTA and a lady refused to take our payments! we all had revolut, which is an international british very well known bank, and surprisedly our bank card wasn’t accept in their machine for some reason… ALL of us had 10 thousand pounds at least in your accounts and still their machine wasn’t working, which is funny…. i mean, why did they not even try to restart the machine? of course something was wrong! of course they were in the end of the day (this was around 9:10pm) and they were tired and couldn’t care less, but its upsetting and frustrating, imagine how much the restaurant could earn with 7 people eating and drinking… anyway, we decided to go to la porchetta pollo bar in soho and they accepted REVOLUT and care about customer experience since decades and this pasta unknown restaurant should learn from that! :)

This establishment is truly exceptional. Raphael provided outstanding service. The meal was superb, featuring an impressive array of culinary delights including unlimited champagne, lobster, oysters, beef, and truffle pasta. You will be highly satisfied.

Thoroughly enjoyed the food, drink and atmosphere

From the moment you step inside, Piazza Italiana leaves a lasting impression. The soaring ceilings and elegant décor immediately set the tone — it feels luxurious but still warm and welcoming. The atmosphere is always spot on, and the service is attentive without being overbearing. Whether it’s a business lunch or a celebratory dinner, the attention to detail and quality of food never disappoints. A beautiful venue with consistently great hospitality — highly recommend.

Raved about this place to friends and then was a bit embarrassed. Starter of crostini was poorly presented and didn’t taste good. We were given an old menu which gave away the price increases that must have happened lately including the steak increasing from £24 to £28 but the steak was prepared and presented worse than the last time I visited. There was a lack of a good vegetarian pasta option in our view. No water offered to the table for a long time. Had to ask for our drinks a few times. White veal pasta was delicious. We were asked by the waitress to sing happy birthday to the next door table which was a bit intrusive. Probably would have done it anyway but being asked to was a bit odd. Just didn’t feel as good as I hoped it would all together.

Went for a birthday party and had a table for 4. The service and food were fantastic. Traditional Italian food made perfectly. Wine was affordable and delicious. Thanks guys 🙏🏾
