CUSTOMERS TALK ABOUT DISHES WITH..cream

Owner is rude. Threw a guest off the outside table when every table was empty because they had food from next door. Table was dirty too

Never had worse customer service! On a family trip to London for the week and decided to get ice cream for the kids when we came across this lovely looking place. To our surprise not every nice looking place is managed by the similar acting owners. Alessandro (one of the owners I presume) was especially rude to us when we were taking a little while to choose our order - as you can presume with two young kids not everything can be decided within 2 minutes of entering a building. I can understand that on an especially hot day a place like this can be extremely busy and full of customers but rudeness does not get you anywhere most definitely not in this type of business. On top of that, my husband found a hair in his ice cream scoop which we then asked to be replaced with a new one. The rudeness continued as if we were being unreasonable in asking for a replacement after finding a hair in the ice cream. Overall will not be returning and would not recommend, there are plenty of other ice cream places around.

Simply delicious gelato! Generous scoop each of Pistachio and Tiramesu. Smooth and SO flavourful. Natural looking, no artificial colours seen

Ever since I saw these Devonshire splits with generous cream at Fortitude and various other bakeries, I have been dreaming to get my hands on it but it wasn't easy because you have to get their early or patiently wait as the queues are long. I stumbled upon these Italian style ones called Maritozzi from Rome which are brioche buns filled cream and dressed. The place that offered it actually specializes in gelato which I might try later but I was pleased with my discovery and they turned out nicer than this sweet treat I was on my way to. There was hazelnut or pistachio Maritozzi so I had the pistachio because hazelnut is everywhere. Overall, I was really impressed and enjoyed it because it was light and fluffy while the cream was silky and not overly sweetened. The pistachio paste they used was a good one again not too sweet with some dryness which you can tell contains a lot of nuts. It reminded me of the pistachio paste at dal fiorentino.

We stopped here for hot chocolates before a performance of Lion King down the street. The staff were super friendly. The hot chocolates were brought to our table, and were delicious! Also loved the colour scheme in the cafe! Thank you.

Service awful!!! 3 behind the counter attitude is not bothered if you come in or not. Order something & they leave it on the side for you to guess when it’s ready. Food not that good either it been sat there all day. Whole experience terrible don’t waste your time or money there’s plenty of other places to eat.

The lady at the counter with dark air and pony tail is beyond rude. Totally unqualified to deal with the public. Makes us feel we are asking for favour to be served. Otherwise the sweets are good but the overall experience is disgraceful.

Five of us called in while in London nearby for a business lunch. Very different as you have to do down into an underground area. The decor is modern but with an industrial/classic feel. I am not a fan of pizza but we all ordered pizza as recommended by one of our group and I am glad we did as it was very good - as far as pizza goes. The atmosphere was great and the service was excellent. Highly recommend for somewhere interesting and quirky. The only down side was it was a bit pricey but I suppose we were in London!

Walking I noticed this small pizzeria characterized by a wood oven. The furniture is typical of an Italian trattoria. The staff is friendly, rapid and attentive to the customer just as you expect in Italy. The pizza is exceptional. The dough is well leavened and, therefore, light. The condiments are of excellent quality. Cooking is perfect. Excellent beer and ice cream also fully satisfies the palate. The account is adequate.

Me encanta la comida aquí, la baguette de salchichas de desayuno es el negocio, aunque el puntaje es bajo para el servicio, que generalmente es un poco "agudo".
