This is the second day this week I've been to a Coco di Mama and ordered a large bolognese - although, each time it's been served with about a tea spoon of sauce mixed into the tub of pasta. Most of the pasta isn't covered because there's so little sauce so it's plain and tasteless. Surely the point of the varying prices is based on the different toppings/flavours - £6.60 is beyond excessive for no flavour. I hadn't been to CDM in a few months so the first time I thought it was a one off and gave them the benefit of the doubt. But now after the second time I'm starting to wonder if these measurements have been brought in to control quantities? It's annoying - by the time you've got back to the office you can't go back and ask for a top up. Not to mention very dissatisfying to have plain pasta when you expect a hearty bolognese flavour or any of their toppings. I will try a third time and will be mentioning the quality of the portions but this shouldn't need to be pointed out every time someone orders. Failing that, there are other pasta places in the city that serve up right in front of you so you don't get surprised last minute sitting at your desk when it's too late.

I came in to buy my lunch one weekday. It was quite busy, i ordered, was served quickly, and then took my food back to the office to eat. However when I opened it I had been given the wrong order. Not ideal but I understand mistakes happen. I emailed my issue through the website, and within 10 mins I had a reply apologising and offering me a free lunch the next day. I went in the following day and met the manager, victor. He was very apologetic and arranged my complimentary lunch immediately, complete with a drink. Fantastic customer service and the pasta was great. Thanks victor!

If you're in a hurry, but yet want something quite pleasing & filling to eat, grab a bowl of a variety of pastas from Coco di Mama!

This restaurant moved from the ground floor to the first floor to accommodate renovations. It’s now in a windowless room that, while nicely decorated, is quite claustrophobic and can get loud when it’s crowded. The restaurant also seems understaffed. While everyone is friendly and nice, the staff seem overwhelmed. You have to ask for things several times before it gets done, and it took a very long time for someone to come take my order. Overall, not a seamless experience and not something I would expect from the Four Seasons.

I wanted to take family from Scotland and overseas to an Italian Restaurant away from the mundane 'tourist areas' of Leicester Square and The Strand and, after a couple of hours of searching online, found Bon Gusto. We were not disappointed; the food was excellent and the service/attention equally so. Its location is not my locality but I will return, simply because it was excellent value-for-money!

This restaurant we have been coming for years now Bit disappointed that the bruschetta was taken off the menu Food was cooked lovely but the potions have got smaller which was a bit of disappointing and prices have increased which is expected. Staff are lovely especially the two lovely ladies.
