Very friendly traditional portuguese cafe.

Good price for what it costs you to eat in London, for no more than €8.

They have a very reasonably priced menu considering where it is located. I opted for a breakfast roll and a cup of tea. It was tasty.

I work nearby and this is a perfect place for a good quality and reasonably priced hot lunch. There’s a number of meal deals under £6 that include a freshly made panini or sandwich, or soup, a drink and crisps. Really good value for Westminster. If there’s something specific you want, they’ll make it for you, or there’s a menu to choose from. If you’re working nearby, it’s perfect.

Don't go here if you are hungry...you'll buy the shop out. Food looks delicious and is. Big Ben just round the corner too. Wonderful

While traveling, I came across this shop...the hot sandwiches are quite delicious, and the owner is very patient in explaining the contents of the meal. It is a small cafe worth to visit and pay for it. 👍

I brought a sausage and bacon roll on 12th November 23 and got food poisoning from it. Yes I know it was this as it’s was all I had eaten. Do not eat there if they are reheating on the griddle. It was a wonderful day watching my husband marching at the remembrance service ruined by 1 bacon roll.

I’ve come here for about 4 yrs now and the food is amazing this is my regular stop when I come down to do remembrance . Very good , excellent outstanding

What a lovely cafe, had to get to London for a mental health course day 2, early train as any later & it would make me late. So called in here for bacon roll and coffee £4.50 !! The lunch deals are fab too Soup and sandwich grout or crisp and a drink for £5.95 . Nearly fell off my chair just a pastry & coffee yesterday was £7.50. Well worth a visit if your in this part of London

I ended up here by accident on Saturday at 4 pm, it was a nice warm day. I wanted to avoid the crowds coming from Victoria Station. A kind older gentleman suggested a chicken and chorizo panini with cheese, all toasted, along with a drink and chips, priced at £5.90. Considering it's in the center of London, it's a great deal. I know that Tesco's Meal Deal is £3.90, but here, the money supports a small business, which is worth it. Later, I had a cappuccino for £2.20. The coffee was excellent. I highly recommend it if you're in the area.

Just lovely. Great food, and just as amazing with the tourists as they are the regulars.

£4.50 gets you the best coffee and hot bacon roll you will find in this area. Genuinely good coffee too, far better than the chain shops. Lovely people too!

Avoid the big chain cafes in this area. This cafe offers reasonably priced and good quality food. Polite and quick service.

The nicest people in the world but the worst croissants in the world. We got almond and a regular croissants and literally had to throw them away. They were dry and inedible. The Portuguese custard cups (Pastel de Nata) are really good. But the sandwich (chicken something), and the croissants that we had were awful. So sorry to say this.

If you’re in St.James Park and searching for a delightful cafe experience, look no further! This café ticks all the boxes- great coffee, reasonable prices, and outstanding customer service. Highly recommended!

This cafe is a gem. Very close to Westminster Abbey. We visit London around 4 times a year and this place is a must for our start to the day. Bacon butties that are very tasty. Quality produce. We stay at the Hub up to road but once we tasted your butties there was no going back.

A small and friendly cafe right in the heart of Westminster, great for breakfast and they do great sandwiches and pasta dishes for lunch. Friendly owners and very welcoming. We had breakfast here every day during a recent 3-night stay in Westminster.

Very friendly staff and very patient with us! We don’t know how to order and asking if they serve hot food! They do but only some pasta that they can heat up for us and we also ordered a Panini! Quickly our food was ready and my wife and I enjoyed well! Maybe we were just very hungry! Very small store but very clean and nice! I believe lots offices workers have their breakfast at lunch there! Great place for quick bite!

We ate breakfast there 2x while vacationing in London. The food is freshly made and the people working there very nice. I had the sausage roll one day and it was yummy. A great atmosphere to sit outside and people watch to start your day.

Walked down a random side street with the kids and found this gem. The sandwiches and paninis were gorgeous and we were able to order just simple ham and cheese for the kids (6 and 4). There’s a lovely selection of pastries including some of the biggest croissants I’ve ever seen. Everything came out quickly and the staff was friendly. There was enough counter seating that we chose to eat in as well. Have bookmarked this place for future trips. Would definitely recommend especially since the pricing was really reasonable too.

This is a lovely café run by some wonderful people who continue to provide delicious espresso, lunches, and snacks. It's extremely good value, you never have to queue very long, and the food is great. Perfect for a quick pitstop for lunch. There's a very small espresso bar to stand and sip at, and a few seats outside, but definitely more of a grab-and-go kind of place. For my sweet tooth the sweets and pastels are the star of the show - delicious pastéis de nata and Florentines that go great with an espresso. It's also worth noting that at Christmas there's a great selection of panettone and pan d'oro, again very good quality at a reasonable price

This cafe is just a few steps away from the hotel we stayed at. They serve a variety of made-to-order breakfast items and deli-style sandwiches. Everything we had there was very good.

Wish they could offer more vegetarian and vegan options. Other than that pretty good!

We needed a coffee after our tour of the abbey, when off the beaten track a bit and found this lovely little coffee/sandwich bar. Three different coffees. reasonably priced, good to drink and friendly staff. Great place to rest a short while for continuing to explore.

Excellent spot for breakfast or lunch. We stayed a couple of doors down and grabbed a lovely danish and tea there. Great selection of sandwiches. Good friendly service.

If you are looking for a literal quick bite to eat for work or a picnic here would be an ideal spot, but if you wanted to fully sit down and relax I wouldn't recommend coming here. The lobby is small but does have a wide variety of sandwiches and drink options. I got a chicken panini and enjoyed it very much!

Freshly fried egg made on the spot. He'll make your roll any way you'd like. Way better than going to pret down the road...and you're supporting local shop owners. Go here instead.

Great customer service my favorite is the fish finger and friend egg in a bap roll. Also those portugese custard tarts are devine also.

Not sure if I would call this place a cafe. It has bar seat type stools to sit on and the front door is constantly open. I was class it as a takeaway shop! No toilets available either. Good food, we had jacket potatoes and the kids shared one. They were quite large. The cheese isn’t grated cheese on top. Just a slice melted on top. Quick stop for what we needed.

Pleasant little cafe situated straight off the main pavement. Excellent choice of food, drinks etc, with a little breakfast bar area and chairs plus it was good value which is always good when your out for lunch in London.

Fui neste café com um grupo de turistas e pedi um pastel de nata e um cafe expresso, que estavam deliciosos, por sinal. Como gostei, voltei ao local sozinho dois dias depois e fiz o mesmo pedido. Para minha surpresa o preço estava mais barato. Percebi que na visita anterior o dono havia arredondado os preços dos produtos pra cima.

The people running this place currently are way too good! They're friendly, always smiling and warm. This place has the best Hot chocolate in all of London! Loved it. Had two to three cups in a day.

Needed something to warm me up while queuing to get into Westminster Central Hall. The coffee from Cafe Fresco was good. Staff were friendly. It hit the spot!

Called in for a light snack and drink. They food was lovely and very tasty. Staff were very friendly and entertaining as they spoke to customers in their own language, English, German, French and Portuguese!

Great place to catch great breakfast for two for just over £10. Freshly made after ordered. Limited seating but it works for a quick bite just down the street from the Abbey, St James Park tube station and Hub at Premier Inn hotel.

Quick, good food that’s not McDonald’s or Burger King. Owner was so friendly and kind, such a nice gentleman to chat with. Prices weren’t awful either.

I had the bad luck of or to this cafeteria, the first impression was that they do not care about the clients, they were to discuss not in their language, while waiting to be attended, they did not care at all the clients, when I did my order came a hot ciabat but the flavor had nothing, was a piece of hot bread, at least the coffee was not bad, I finished just to consume half, because it was not worth it, my biggest surprise was when I went to pay , it was only at that moment that the person who charged my card smiled a little, but it was not layers of looking at your face but your debit card, and the price desorbidante £ 8.35 for a meal that was worth going to a macdonal, a thousand times.
