The best restaurants serving Italian food in East of England

Great food and even better service. I recommend it to anyone who wants to eat tasty, rich Italian food without having to go to Italy :) From the very beginning we were welcomed by the friendly staff who recommended us what to pay attention to in the current menu and we were not disappointed. We had a really great time. We will definitely come back here.

delivery rider didn't read the instructions properly went to wrong entrance to flats, when got my order coffee lid wasn't on properly bag was wet when tasted coffee it had sugar in it, very disappointed with the service today

Von dem Marktplatz aus muss man Treppen hinunter gehen, um in das schöne Restaurant zu kommen. Da es über keine Fenster verfügt, hat man fast den Eindruck in eine Club/Bar atmospäre zu kommen. Was eigentlich sehr schön ist. Es gibt kleine Alcoven und Ecken zum gemütlichen Sitzen, aber auch Tische, die sich nach dem Zusammenschieben für größere Gruppen eignen. Der Service war sehr freundlich, nett und flott. Die Getränke gut und das Essen sehr lecker und frisch.

How can you get a lemon and sugar crepe wrong??? Says fresh lemon, this definitely was bottled. Sugar randomly scattered, couldn't taste anything except for old cheap bottled lemon juice, very disappointed. Served with ice cream and a fork... lol.

The complimentary lemonade was nice. 45 minutes after ordering, went to ask how long the food would be as we had a theatre booking (reservation at 6pm, theatre at 7.30). Just before 7, the waitress advised that it would be around 15 minutes, they hadn’t started cooking it. We said we couldn’t wait. It then changed to 10 mins, 5mins and then, as we got up to go, it was in the oven! Zero confidence at this point. If your kitchen is backed up, you should perhaps advise diners that there will be a longer wait for food. Won’t be returning any time soon.

The restaurant experience was expensive, with a Margherita pizza priced at £14.57. They added a 20% VAT and a 10% tip.

Visited the Letchworth Prezzo for a celebration and received shocking service from one member of staff in particular. Submitted a complaint directly to Prezzo and 2 weeks on haven't had any response from them. Shocking service!!

Lovely friendly and welcoming absolutely love this place the staff are amazing and go above and beyond! The food is exceptional, and being dairy intolerant the kitchen makes adjustments to my orders without any fuss. Lovely people great place can’t fault it.
