Zizzi charged me twice for the same meal (10.03.25) and despite me raising this with them I have been ignored. Their error yet I'm out of pocket. Avoid like the plague!!

Very slow service - food ok but not fantastic

I completely don't understand this current rating, Zizzi deserves better. Together with my boyfriend we had a pleasure to meet Raffa and Amelie today, they've been brilliant and super friendly. Our plan was to order sundaes plus drinks and that's what we did. It's not our first time at Zizzi so we knew it's going to be delicious. And it was! Thank you for everything Zizzi crew, we'll be back. x

My partner and I enjoyed a lovely meal here. Lots of choice on the menu and Laveesha provided excellent service. Would definitely recommend!

Food was OK but nothing was presented with any kind of garnish. Service was dreadful. After our main was cleared we were asked if we wanted to see the desert menu and preceded to wait 30 minutes before after trying unsuccessfully to obtain the waitresses attention my husband had to get up and go and ask someone for the bill. He explained the dreadful service we had received and was given a pitiful apology. The restaurant was very quiet with what appeared to be 4 staff on front of house duty so no excuse for such terrible customer service. Needless to say we will not be returning.

There is a really friendly and respectful team. The place is big and clean. Of course, it would be nice if you make a reservation, but if you are not crowded, you can find an empty table without waiting too long. There are many gluten free options. It's really delicious. I tried their pizza and pasta. There are also many delicious options for wine. Thank you Laveesha! For your friendliness and sincerity.

As someone who comes in a lot for takeaways AND eat in, this place is really good. I often will order a takeaway and sit in and the staff are always kind and friendly which is nice as someone who’s just getting something to go. Amelie is always kind when I’ve seen her busy or not which is always refreshing. 10/10 will always be here at Zizzis!!

Our order had a mistake down the line somewhere. Fellice one of the waiters was really helpful and friendly. He offered us more pasta chips when we were waiting for our food. He was helping to get our food done for us. He really changed the experience we had at Zizzi’s in a positive way :)

The ambience was great and we really enjoyed the desserts. Our waiting staff was a lady called Laveesha and she was fantastic. She was particularly helpful in choosing a dessert since I’m gluten intolerant and she found the perfect thing for me! 5 starts on everything ❤️

Had our dessert from here . It was amazing We were served by laveesha, and she was very hospitable and nice. She made sure that we get our dessert how we want it. Will definitely come again

Ate in. Gluten free salmon risotto. Yummy but not 'wow'. Portion size lacking given taste was just nice and not 'wow'. Service was a touch slow given the meal is semi pre prepared. Window (closed) seat was a touch cold. Lights flickering a bit. Waitress was extremely helpful and polite and kind and gave me time for a short chat which was very appreciated. Defo not a 'must come here again' experience but also absolutely fine, especially for groups of people with diverse tastes and desires where something 'good average' is exactly what you want.

Quiet day in early January, maybe three other tables taken. Seated at the bench peppered in crumbs, among several tables still uncleared. Wine glass on our table had lipstick on it. Toilets in a complete mess, terrible smell and green mould around the sinks. No major problems with the staff directly, but overall it really wasn't up to standard on the day.

There were 3 off us at the table afre a long wait i got my main then it was at least half an hour before the other 2 got theres, appatently i got someone elsrs food.

Had to wait nearly 2hrs for food to arrive - this was with several prompts. Only two out of three of us were served and the other person had to wait another 20mins. These guys are running their business way to lean. They are clearly relying on non-return business in a touristy area.

Came for a nice meal after visiting the winter park with another family. We couldn't have been more ignored, the order was wrong, and the toilets were in a ghastly and unsanitary state. It took over 20 minutes to get the bill from asking multiple times, and they had the audacity to add a tip on. We’ve eaten in many Zizzis and always otherwise had good meals and service, so this seems to be the wrong one to visit. Avoid this one, really disappointing. Also, two people had the 'triple pepperoni pizza', which boasts 3x the normal amount of peperoni. If that's the case, then the normal amount would be 11 small circles of pepperoni for a whole pizza.

Absolutely atrocious. Spent two hours here waiting for food. Food when it came was awful. Had to clear dirty plates from table ourselves. Despite fact that restaurant couldn’t cope with diners they still kept pumping out Deliveroo orders. Maybe that’s the priority.

Terrible. Was waiting over a hour and half for 3 pizzas. Service was very poor.

service took 2 hours for a starter and the pizza was burnt and 2 people left that went in at the same time as us a hour earlier.

Fuimos después de un viaje al teatro como es conveniente - vivimos en Cambridge, así que deberíamos saberlo mejor. Hemos estado antes y el servicio siempre es pobre aquí. Esperábamos mucho tiempo para tomar unas copas, tuvimos que pedir hacer un pedido y luego preguntar cuándo trajeron el arrancador de un niño y no el otro. Siempre se siente poco personal aquí, pero esto fue particularmente malo. Pedí una pizza vegana, pero por alguna razón decidieron hacerla en una base libre de gluten también. La pizza no estaba caliente y la base era poco apetitosa. Debería haberlo devuelto pero ya habíamos esperado tanto y tenemos una familia joven. Me hizo sentir mal después. No volveremos.

Sooooooo slow. Not sure if it was the wait staff or the kitchen, but we waited over an hour for our food, it was mediocre (could have made it ourselves at home, easily) and the food was bland. Wait staff was kind and apologetic, but still… 😕 won’t be eating here again.

You have to order from the approved which actually makes it easier. The order doesn't get submitted until everyone at your table orders. We got the sampler platter and it was so good! I loved it! Best marinara sauce I've ever had! Get something with the marinara sauce on it! I didn't and it was good but it could've been better. It was super busy so you don't see the server often but they were still nice.

Came here with my 4 year old - amazing service. Best place I’ve been with kids hands down- colouring pencils & paper immediately, great kids menu, very accommodating & lovely staff/service.
