Despite the staff being nice, the owner openly expresses his discriminatory views and behaves unprofessionally, which makes for a very off-putting environment.

Dolce Cafe may not serve Italian fare, but it's a charming spot with a varied menu, and a variety of tempting cakes. The atmosphere is cozy, and the staff are friendly. If you have a sweet tooth and enjoy a relaxed cafe setting, this place is worth a visit.

Food was in large quantities and tasted really good. Bottomless drinks were an excellent choice. Leftovers still tasted just as good! We enjoyed ourselves as first time diners and tourists.

Called in to break up a journey down the M1/M69. We ate in the restaurant, did not try the hotel. Myself and my wife had starters and simple pasta dishes for mains, they were very nice. Portions were well judged to be able to enjoy a starter and a main without feeling too full. House wine was good.

Friendly team, nice maximalist interiors, wonderful food at reasonable prices. Nothing negative to say at all!

Every table was dirty , no effort to clean by staff who were standing around idly with no customers. Noticed seats etc were also dirty. Seems everything needs a deep clean. Disappointing first ever visit. Wouldn’t return.

The food was incredible but unfortunately after driving 1 hour just to dine at sexy mammas, it was a horrible experience. The open kitchen meant you could hear every word from the kitchen which would have been fine but the man who seemed to be head chef was loud, argumentative and rude to all the staff members to the point we couldn’t focus on our own conversation and enjoy our time together. We left straight after our main as it was too intolerable. If this issue is solved, it would be a lovely experience

Nothing to write home about. Attended as a function for UTD with fixed menu for the group. The worst Italian food in dallas and was not fresh. The cannoli tasted rancid

£71-50 for a 2 y,o childs spag bol,1 lasagne, and 1 tagliatelle and one pint of lager, a J20 and a bottle of water.. The lasagne was absolutely awful. Tagliatelle, my son. said, was like cardboard. And child refused to eat the S.Bol.[her favourite meal] after one mouthful plus it was the same sauce as the lasagna. I lived in Italy for years and learned how to make these dishes. Definitely NOT 'like mama used to make' as was stated in the menu. Total rubbish and a waste of 70 quid. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere..Edit..I had 2 mouth fulls of the lasagna and couldn't eat anymore, it was that bad..

Nice restaurant for a family meal. The food was as expected (pizza and pasta) with generous portions.
